Went to check the space on their hours of operations but NO staff was there... Went back a second time (during their specified times), again NO staff present. A guy training let us in and the place looks well set up and clean (which is why I am giving them 2 stars). We decided to signup online since there was NO staff member present and it is been over a week and we STILL DO NOT have a key fob to go in the gym, even though we already paid for an entire month. We have called MULTIPLE times and left messages BUT NO RESPONSE on when we are getting the fob or if we can even go to the gym. Stopped by again yesterday, during their hrs of staff operation, and AGAIN NO STAFF was there. They have yet to send us our fob and yet to answer any messages. Already disappointing on their service to say the least... Guess we'll see if my review gets updated in a few months once I'm actually attending the gym (THAT"S IF WE EVER GET A FOB TO GO IN OR IF WE EVER GET IN TOUCH WITH ONE OF THEIR INVISIBLE STAFF MEMBERS WHO ARE SUPPOSE TO BE THERE DURING HOURS OF OPERATIONS BUT ARE NEVER THERE).

Absolutely impossible to try and cancel from another state! Called repeatedly only to get an answering machine and no call back! Sent in paperwork and still came out of my account! My next step will be the bbb

Very small gym. Lacks newer equipment. Looks more l like an apartment complex style gym but unfortunately still the larger gym prices.
