I tried to find this location on their company website, doesn't exist. Tried calling this location, call never connects. You guys been here for more than ten years and can't even cover the basic ways to be contacted by potential customers? I'll look elsewhere.

Signed up for a month for $8, was charged $35 keycard deposit. Went in at end of month to return keycard and get $35 deposit. Was then told they need 30 days to cancel membership so I bit the bullet and was charged another month to be able to cancel. Turned in keycard at end of month and was told I would not get my $35 key card deposit back since I went to month to month which was never my intention and was never told deposit was not going to be refunded because of this. So they got almost $80 out of me for what I thought would be a $8 trial month. Beware!

Great employee's, equipment and members. Very clean gym and an employee will answer your questions regarding the equipment. They are open 24/7 and have a trainer that can set up a program for you. This gym is for everyone, from beginner, log some cardio time or Olympic weights. Great prices, too.

This place seemed like a fair deal when I started out, but beware they will randomly raise prices and charge "Club maintenance fees" which will double the price of your membership for a certain month. I canceled my membership and they still charged me this extra fee. Their excuse was saying that I signed a contract saying that the prices could go up at any time... Really not a good business strategy to tell your customer you can charge them whatever you want when you want to. As a small business owner I sure wish I could just randomly charge my customers extra money when I want to upgrade my business but that's a good way to not have those customers anymore...

My name is danni and I have been coming to snap fitness for almost 5 months. I have to say they are the best gym I've ever been to. The customer service is awesome. They know you by name and they say hello to you every time I see you. They're clean, polite, and their equipment is outstanding. I would recommend this gym to anybody and I have recommended it to more than a dozen people. I love the snap fitness team. Thank you for making my gym experience the best. I will never go to another gym. The Fort Collins Jim is the only one that I will go to because I love the team

STAY AWAY FROM THIS GYM AT ALL COSTS! I don’t write negative reviews regularly and I feel it’s my duty as a citizen in the community to warn others about this gym. I’ll start with the positives. It’s a small gym with friendly employees and great group of individuals that come in to work out. One of the main reasons I signed up. Where this all turn’s sour is that when you want to leave for a few months due to a life changing event you can’t without be raked over the coals financially. If you want to cancel the membership you have to give them 30 days advance. I think I gave them just under that so I expected to be charged 1 month. However when I tried to cancel they charged me for 2 months and an annual fee of $35. So between all 3 charges comes to $105. I contacted the owner Jake and he wanted to know intimate details about my life before he would even consider giving me any type of refund. I think that is disrespectful and no one should ask that. He had a non-caring attitude and told me “why should I care to give you any type of refund?” I told him how about being a loyal customer and treating the equipment with respect and cleaning up after myself for so long. I was planning on coming back to the gym in a few months so I wasn’t quitting completely. He didn’t care and wasn’t willing to negotiate anything. Apparently as a business owner money comes first and he could care less about the loyal customers that keep him in business in the first place. My word of advice to you is do your homework and take your time before signing up to a gym. It’s a very competitive business and there are a lot of gyms out there. Make sure you read that contract you sign a few times because businesses like this one will hide things in there. Good luck with your quest for finding a gym that suites you.

I've been going to this location for almost 3 years(3y in February). I love the staff everyone is great there, they are constantly keeping up with cleaning, repairs, new equipment, etc. I love to tan, I've noticed they change the light bulbs frequently, and always have the tanning bed fresh. One summer, I put my account of freeze and returned in the summer with no issues. The membership is great because once you sign up your not locked in forever as you would with other gyms. I've never had a bad experience and I know if I did they would do their best to make it better.

Great place to work out. Staff is awesome and attentive. They have all the equipment you need. If you are struggling to get to the gym because of time constraints, this place is perfect because it is open 24 hours a day. Secondly, if you are "gym shy," you will enjoy this spot. It is a cozier gym with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. No judgements here. I myself was able to overcome that fear of the gym and have made it a habit to go. I actually look forward to working out now! Check this place out, you won't regret it.

This place is open 24 hours, the equipment I need is always available, the owner Jake is easy to talk to and responsive to concerns. Given the space is small, but this is obvious before you sign up. blocks from my house, very convenient.
