Solstice is amazing. Training with the trainers at Solstice feels like more than just a workout. They will meet you where you're at that day and work around it. The trainers are also all amazing, during workouts we would chat and the time would just fly by (even distracting me from the pain of pushups). They have supported me so much physically and mentally; super down to Earth and willing to have hard conversations if you're struggling. I was having issues with stressing about going off to college and they helped me talk through my anxiety and fears. If I was having a bad day, they would keep me moving, even if it were something small like a long walk, or a mild workout. They will push you when they know they can, despite that, every workout they give you, they know you are capable of doing.
I highly recommend training with Solstice, even if you have a busy schedule. David will always find ways to get you on the calendar, even if it means planning a week or two in advance. The team is always top notch no matter what day or time you come in. Whether it's 8 AM or 6:45 PM, they will always find time for you.

I've religiously been attending semi-private class 3x week for over a year, and the gains I've made in strength, functional movement, weight loss and endurance are very noticeable. I was nervous about starting personal training because of bad past experiences with exercise. I am also in recovery for an eating disorder and I was worried I would have to weigh in and talk about nutrition. While weigh-ins and nutritional input would be their traditional format for measuring progress and setting goals, David and his team were willing to work with me to find different ways of doing those things. I feel that the workouts are challenging but appropriate and the trainer always checks in after each workout to see how it felt for you. I can't recommend Solstice Personal training enough, they have helped me look forward to going to the gym and have a better relationship with exercise.

I been going to various gyms to see a personal trainer for over 10 years. This is by far the best experience I have had. Professional people that make you work hard in a pleasant environment I’m not a big fan of working out or gyms but find it unnecessary endeavour. I began my fitness journey at Solstice Personal Training, with David Diaz and his team by my side every step of the way. They coached me and helped me to establish S.M.A.R.T. fitness goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant & Time-Bound) which helped me to stay focused on my desired outcome.
When I walked in the door of Solstice Personal Training, I did not imagine my life changing in such a big way. I was approaching my 50th birthday, had been living a sedate lifestyle and was morbidly obese. I had a considerable amount of work to do, and it was time for me to make a change.
With the help of David and his team I lost 220 lbs., began running, completed multiple 5K's, a BOLDERBoulder 10K, and several sprint triathlons. I became an athlete! I could not have done it without their expert coaching, emotional support, challenging me and keeping me accountable.
This is the team you want to help you reach your health and fitness goals whether it is weight loss, overall fitness, or conditioning for a 10K or climbing your first 14er.

David has created an incredibly warm and welcoming environment at Solstice! All the trainers are fantastic – each has their own style so it’s easy to find a good fit – and they have kept me motivated and held me accountable which has allowed me to make more progress than I would have ever made on my own.
While going through a divorce I was looking for something to help me feel stronger and generally more capable. The team worked with me toward that goal – I’ve lost almost 20lbs and feel stronger than ever. I love that I’m modeling good habits for my kids (who also have fun with the mini workouts they’re given when they come with me lol).
My current passion is dancing, and my training has given me better balance, reflexes, and endurance, which in turn makes dancing so much more fun!
Scheduling is always easy, and I’ve been able to change the frequency of my appointments as needed. The workouts vary every time so I never get bored or feel like I’m in a rut. I actually look forward to the gym! Who would have thought that was possible?!

I came to FT because of an injury I had from hypermobility and overuse from my desk job. My PT recommended strength training to help with some pretty significant body pains and issues I’ve been having for 6 months. Working with Josh, David and the team at FT has been nothing short of amazing! Josh’s PT background comes in handy during every session and every small injury from life I’ve had over the past couple months 😂. It’s been transformative to use movement as a way to fix issues I’ve been seeing countless chiropractors/PT/acupuncturists and I’m learning a ton! I really appreciate the 1 on 1 sessions. The space and equipment is great. As someone who was very out of shape I feel so much stronger due to their careful workouts. They help schedule around my work. They also push me to work out hard and teach me safer ways to work out. I appreciate the balance work as well, even though I am so wobbly. I have my bone density test every even year. Good news! I no longer have osteoporosis because my numbers quality for osteopenia which is much better for your bones. I’ve been going to Fitness Together in Edgewater Colorado. Thanks to David Diaz and his team, my bones are much stronger from lifting weights and doing a lot of core work. I also lost 20 lbs and reached my weight goal. I love all the fitness coaches at Fitness Together

My husband, Chris, trained here before he was murdered in December of 2020. When I decided to find a personal trainer, I knew how happy he had been coming here so I decided to give it a try. What a blessing these trainers are. They know when to push me and when to back off. Fitness together is the best place I have ever found to workout! Completely unpretentious and accessible for all fitness levels. I joined Fitness Together Edgewater to become a healthier and stronger person. I wanted to get in shape before I turned forty and today I have never felt better. Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. It started with the location and it quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and willing to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there!! I started working out with Alex 4 months ago and it has been a fabulous experience. I've never used a trainer before and was badly out of shape. Alex has exceeded all my expectations! I've been going to FT for about 6 months and am pleasantly surprised how much of a positive impact it's had on my life. I actually have FUN when I workout at FT, and I'm having less ache and pains and feeling stronger, more toned, and playing better at all my sports. David and his staff have great senses of humor and are laid back enough to keep things fun but intense enough to make sure you get a great workout. I LOVE Fitness Together Edgewater ! I started working out with David and his amazing staff about a year ago. I have lots of arthritis in my joints and my doctor prescribed exercise. I was reluctant because I was totally out of shape and uninspired to do anything about it. David and his amazing training staff helped put me at ease and got me started on a wellness path. The environment is welcoming and unintimidating. The trainers accommodate my physical challenges while challenging me to work harder than I thought possible. I've been going to FT for about 3 months. When it comes to getting to the gym I've always had a problem with accountability. I work out 1x/week with Alex and my accountability problems are gone. She encourages me to work out 4x/week (3x/week on my own) and I've been able to stick to that. I've learned new movements and have pushed myself more both when I'm at FT and when I go to the gym individually. I've felt better and have been losing weight at a healthy pace. I would encourage anyone who has trouble getting in to the gym to sign up soon!

I have been going to FT for about 6 months and the difference in how I feel is incredible! Alex is a gifted trainer and is skilled at finding your upper limits for a truly challenging work out every time! Until I found Fitness Together, I was never able to stay with a workout regime. I would either plateau, with months of no real progress or I would go too hard and burn out. David, Alex and Anthony do a fantastic job coming up with workout routines specifically for my goals, that push me toward steady progress, with lots of variety to challenge me each time. They take care to ensure I perform exercises safely, and always stretch me out at the end. Everyone at FT are genuinely friendly, supportive, and keep me motivated to come back to my next workout.

I began training at Fitness Together about 3 months ago. I wanted to tone and lose a little weight. The twice per week workouts with my personal trainer were fantastic. She helped me meet my goals and have a fun time doing it. Wow!!! This place is a great investment in my health! The trainers are fantastic! My trainer, Alex, is helping me bust through the consequences of five years of bad mojo to regain both my physical and inner strength. She knows just how hard to push me to keep me from cheating, and to keep me motivated and coming back for more. I’ve made progress every week. The workouts are varied, interesting, and challenging. I never feel bored or defeated. Every time I leave feeling like a soaking wet noodle. My relaxation, sleep, and mood are way up. I even ditched the hormones I was taking for mood and perimenopause. Though I’ve been working out on my own for years, I’d realized that I’d reached the limit of what I could do by myself, in terms of improving my physical fitness. I have been working out with David for over four months now, and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I am stronger, feel more confident, have tons of energy, and my clothes fit better. David is a great coach and communicator, and incredibly supportive. The gym is a bright, clean, inviting space that I’m always happy to walk into—and really, the entire vibe of the place is that everyone seems glad to be there. I have been working with The Fitness Together team for about 3 months and have never been so inspired and motivated to be fit and healthy. The trainers work with you to help you not only meet, but exceed your personal fitness goals. When I first joined, I just wanted to get in the habit of being more active but the trainers didn't let me stop there. They encourage me to eat healthier and even helped me get a diet plan going. They even have inspired me to quit smoking which is something I originally had no desire to do. Every session they challenge my body and help me reach my full potential. I never feel complacent and I always feel amazing afterwards. The trainers are also excellent life coaches because they care about you and what you experience in life beyond the gym. I am so happy with this team and am most certainly seeing results. I will continue to work with them even beyond when I achieve my Beyoncé body. I absolutely LOVE Fitness Together in Edgewater. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. More importantly, they got my body moving. I haven't felt this good in ages. This is by far THE best gym/place that I've been to between Denver and Minneapolis. Now, while I haven't looked at or experienced every gym in those geographies, I do know people. Great people and good energy! Anthony and David are both personable and professional, making you feel at home here to meet and exceed your goals! David is skilled at connecting the people within the gym too so you feel like you're part of something bigger. Anytime someone new started or was there and I hadn't met before, he would introduce us and share our goals so we could support each other, if even sometimes in passing.
That being said, I've spent the last six months there, reigniting my health and wellness life and from the moment I walked in I felt welcome. No stuffiness. No unhealthy competition. No unhealthy comparisons. Just you, a plan and a will to achieve your goals.
I had the opportunity to enjoy personal training twice a week with Anthony from March through August 2016, and, in that time, I've been able to gain strength, physical and mental confidence, energy back in my days, AND as a bonus, down 12 lbs on my 20 lb. goal!
I know I can do all of this on my own, but the fact is, I'm not. And I don't really want to. I enjoy seeing others who are working towards their goals, checking in on each other and celebrating the wins!

In July of 2012 I realized I was lost, withdrawing and spiraling into a deep depression. I've never been one to accept the band-aid approach for problem solving and so I knew I needed to make some serious life changes. So, I contacted Fitness Together, changed my food choices, and went from working out 0 days a week, to 6 or 7. As I began losing weight and gaining strength, my energy came back, an insanely awesome confidence built up, and a bubbly joyful side of my personality, which I thought I lost years ago, was finally revived and positively impacting my friendships. I am now at a healthy weight, and after dropping 4-5 clothing sizes, I am even smaller than I was at age 15! I haven't been rattled by depression in over 2 years and I am truly happy and fully confident in the woman I was meant to be...even if that woman now likes burpees!

Before Fitness Together, getting in shape and losing weight was just a thought that may or may not happen one day. My health was mediocre but I knew I had more potential so I decided on getting a trainer. Finally, I decided I wouldn’t put it off another year.
