SOMA Performance & Fitness specializes in helping youth athletes improve speed, strength and confidence. As well as helping active adults improve overall health and fitness. We offer personalized one-on-one and small group training programs both in person and online. We also offer in-person team training programs as well as coaching programs designed for team coaches to run with their teams. Our goal is to offer high quality training programs to individuals and teams locally and nationally. All of our coaches are certified and insured! We pride ourselves on the relationships we build with our clients and the countless success stories we have seen amongst our clientele!

What started out as my son’s workout through the high school turned into mother son strength sessions 2x per week! From there it grew into a partnership with our feeder basketball program. This place has been incredible for our teenager. The physical growth that I have seen in my 14 year old is incredible but what is even more amazing is the growth in his confidence, the ease of his anxiety and the level of his energy. If you have someone who deals with anxiety - we have found the perfect anecdote is movement. These amazing coaches have been a blessing!

I have been working with Soma for in all 8 weeks over summer. I wanted something over the summer to help me as an athlete competing at the division 1 level. It helped in so many ways. I could tell it enhanced my athletic performance a lot as well as it helped me a lot as an athlete. By helping me with learning different muscular disconnects I carried from years in gymnastics. The guidance I received helped me to finally engage the correct muscles and move with the right intentions, forming not only my technique but my confidence as well. I came in with an oblique injury and they helped me get strong while listening to my body and working with it not working against it. The environment at Soma helped me so much as an athlete and I feel like I am stronger by working with them.

My son plays tackle football and does much better in 1-1 or small groups. We did the large packet for 1-1 training with Brandon and the Soma team and honestly couldn’t be happier. My son loves going to train and loves seeing his own progress over time. We added training to work on speed, agility, and reaction before he starts his football camps and practices and he is feeling great! This is a hidden gem truly!

I've been working with SOMA since I was in 3rd grade and I'm currently a senior in high school. I am a basketball commit for the University of Denver and SOMA has been a huge part of my athletic journey! I've been able to increase my strength, speed, agility, and injury prevention through SOMA and everything that I've worked on here has translated onto the court and throughout my career. I worked with SOMA Performance with my Arapahoe basketball program throughout the summer and fall and saw drastic improvements in mobility and strength. I have been using the online performance fitness program for three months, and it has been an excellent training program. After rotator cuff surgery and the amount of rehab spent to get my stability back, I quickly realized how much total body strength I had lost. Being a 45-year-old dad who still wants to show my kids who is boss in the activities we love, I needed a focused program to get me back in the game. I am so grateful to have found Brandon at SOMA. Before committing to any program, he took the time to meet with me to discuss my goals and physically assess where I was. I really appreciated this approach in making sure I was ready to train and custom built a program for me. I was looking for a focused program to get me back and not have any setbacks; SOMA has been what I need!
I opted for the online training program for timing reasons. However, there is no doubt that you are still held accountable. He can track my daily workouts (if I do my part). I can communicate with Brandon when I have questions or need to modify, and he’ll make those corrections. I receive my workout a day or two in advance, and it has a short video of Brandon explaining each exercise for that day. I love this! It allows me to prepare and focus on what I must do beforehand. It’s all on an easy-to-use app, so I can refer to it if I need that instruction during my workout. I also like that all my exercises are tracked with reps and weight, so I know where to start when I return to a particular exercise. This program keeps me focused on getting to the gym and getting a high-intensity workout done in an hour….Perfect!!

As a busy professional who travels a lot I needed an exercise solution that was more flexible while still allowing me to be challenged and improve my conditioning. Brandon and SOMA were the solution. Brandon builds custom workouts for me I access through an app. So I can do them on my schedule.
