I had already dropped weight and gotten into great shape, I hadn’t been this weight since I was a kid. I went to Spencer when I had stalled out and wanted to put on muscle. Never had I been shredded and after a year of hard work I was 8.5% body fat and my back didn’t hurt. Spencer knows his shit and got me into an entirely new level of fitness. Weights and core were never my thing and he lit a fire. I love both and actually have a lot of fun doing them.
Bottom line, can’t recommend Spencer enough, plus he’s a funny guy so you’ll get a laugh or two along the way to being jacked.

Spencer is an amazing person and a very educated trainer. He makes you feel comfortable in an intimidating environment that many trainers lack in. Not only that, but He is informative about weightlifting, calorie deficit, nutrition etc . I have lost a lot of weight with him and feel amazing every day . I cannot be more thankful to have a personal trainer like him. He knows what he is doing and enjoys doing it . That is a reason why I enjoy weightlifting with him . I began training with Spencer while recovering from a knee injury. Spencer is amazing! I am 60+ years old and he made me feel so comfortable, I was not intimidated at all. He knew exactly how to strengthen the muscles around my knee while providing a great full body workout every time, and my knee is doing great! The icing on the cake is Spencer is fun to work out with, great conversation and a great motivator. No matter your age or fitness level , I would highly recommend him.

I've been training with Spencer for about a year now, and it's incredible the progress and change I've noticed in myself thanks to his guidance and advice! Spencer does a fantastic job ensuring each workout feels different and productive, while always taking the time to explain what muscles are being worked and why. I never feel intimidated going to the gym anymore with him there explaining the different machines and how to use them safely. He's also a pretty good chef - always willing to give advice on new foods or meals to try: whether that's to try to eat healthier or branch out on things to try cooking for the first time!
