I loved coming here when it was on my Onepass tier through insurance but unfortunately Onepass increased the price out of my budget. I like the breakdown of cycle, strength and yoga… feels like you get a full body workout. This is the format I do at home yet somehow this kicked my butt more than I ever could at home. The instructors always provided modifications if you needed them and correct form to ensure you’re getting the most out of your workout. Danette is super nice and welcoming, you can tell her passion is helping people move and being healthy. I was so impressed by her and miss coming here!

This studio is amazing! I was in town visiting family and got to try a class with Danette and now I wish I could pick up this place and bring it back home with me! All the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout the session and even had a little welcome note waiting for me on my locker! The combination of spin, strength and yoga left me feeling so good and wonder why I’ve been rotating between so many studios just to get a holistic workout. I walked in about a month ago and haven’t looked back! I love the mix of spin, strength and yoga - somehow they make each of them fun! I prefer the low impact of spin instead of a treadmill that is offered at other places. In 30 days, I’ve seen real results! I love the philosophy of building a body that feels good in every season for the next 50 years, not just for the next bikini season.

The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and supportive! The music is great and if you’re looking for a great workout I highly recommend giving it a try. It’s an hour each day that helps me get stronger physically and is great for my mental health too.

I’ve tried several different workouts in the past few years but none of them have held my interest for more than three or four months - I am less than a month from my two-year anniversary at Spenga Littleton now though! The format works really well for me - instead of doing the same thing for an hour we switch every 20 minutes - first spin, then strength (like weights or TRX), and then yoga. The strength and yoga routines are different everyday too. The people who teach are basically coaches - they know a lot about anatomy and suggest alternative exercises if something isn’t right for you. Another thing I like is that they have new playlists everyday and you can even suggest songs. But for me, what makes it better than anywhere else is how friendly everyone is - from the people who work there to the people who workout there. They remember your name and that makes a big difference.

I found my smile again thanks to Spenga Littleton! I was circulating the drain last year. Overworked, stressed, high anxiety, poor health, out of shape and absolutely no energy. I was in real bad shape. I walked in for my first werkout a few months ago and I was greeted with huge smiles and a poop ton of energy from the entire staff! Just what I needed!

The 20/20/20 format of spin, strength training, and yoga gives you the full workout and recovery. Cardio, weight training and stretching is the whole package. Their trainers are supportive and work you out hard. In addition, they will provide options to the strength training exercises if you need it. The entire community at Spenga Littleton is extremely supportive and friendly. Best decision I made was to join Spenga Littleton! I feel so much better, sleep better and am a much happier person now thanks to Spenga Littleton.

Excellent workout! Not too much of any one thing. 20 minute spin for quick and hard cardio starter followed by 20 minutes of strength training focused on different muscle groups. Finally a 20 minute yoga and stretching routine to improve flexibility and make sure you have a quicker recovery.

I am an older woman who loves to workout. Spinning, weight training and Yoga are some of my favorites, and it is SO great to get them all in one hour at this fantastic business. Danette, the owner, is ALWAYS welcoming, and beyond helpful. At first I was skeptical about receiving only 20 minutes of each format, but it is the perfect workout, and very challenging. SPENGA is one of the best things to happen to my mental and physical health in years. This gym is so much more than a place to work out; it’s a wellness community.

SPENGA is a truly inclusive gym that allows anyone of any age and fitness level to participate in the classes. Overall, the classes are extremely low impact as it’s 20 minutes of bike, 20 minutes of strength, and 20 minutes of yoga. As someone who has a chronic back injury that is unable to do high impact training this mix is perfect. My mother who suffers from severe arthritis can also participate and workout along side me as the instructors will happily provide any modifications in the strength or yoga sections.

The classes also allow you to push yourself according to your own fitness level without plateauing or losing motivation to workout. The bike portion is personalized and engaging with the 4 bike zones and your sweet spot. They have a wide variety of weights that allow you to challenge yourself in the strength portion, in addition to the different strength formats that work on muscle endurance, strength, and power. SPENGA also provides fun challenges and competitions through out the months to keep you motivated. All of the instructors are so knowledgeable and have something unique to offer. They make their classes fun and challenging.

All the instructors are amazing, but the owner, Danette, who’s also an instructor, is dedicated to showing that having a healthy lifestyle is obtainable. She provides cooking classes and nutritional advice that perfectly complement the exercise classes. She is genuinely invested in helping you optimize your life through nutrition and exercise. I LOVE her and it’s one of my favorite parts about SPENGA.

Danette has cultivated an amazing team of instructors that create the perfect environment to obtain your health and fitness goals. I would highly recommend anyone to try SPENGA.

This is by far the best workout I've done. I love how I always leave feeling every muscle group worked and then stretched out (from yoga).
On top of the incredible workout, is the community aspect. I love showing up and feeling supported by the other members and the instructors.

Finally tried Spenga! I have been wanting to try it for awhile now and just wanted to hop on here to give it a plug. Such a cool gym! It’s a mix between spin, strength training, and yoga, which is perfect for those who get bored with traditional gym classes (like me). I’ve never gotten a better workout…the gym is under new ownership, and Danette is amazing! Also, the gym manager Rebecca is great. They’re so sweet and welcoming and make you feel at ease trying a new workout class. They explain everything and you get 3 free classes so you can really get the hang of it…and actually it’s super easy. In addition to the great workout, the community feel is awesome. Danette plans to deepen that community feel with fun events and by offering more things like the ability to buy her amazing healthy baked goods at the gym and nutrition counseling. If you’ve thought about trying this place, you absolutely should. I feel reinvigorated!

Went to the morning session today with Rick. Amazing start to my day! The 20 mins of spin had high cardio output before leading into the strength training portion that totally gave me the muscle fatigue using functional movements. but the best part was the yoga and stretching at the end for recovery. As someone who just started working out as a young woman, I absolutely love SPENGA. It’s much smaller and calmer than most gyms, but you get the same workout you would anywhere else. The coaches are amazing and super helpful in guiding those who are beginners and challenging the more advanced members. The combined spin/strength/yoga has been a great change of pace that I really enjoy. I highly recommend joining as a member, young or old, new or experienced, because SPENGA is the best new workout addition to the Littleton area.

Go try Spenga! You will love it! The facility is beautiful and sparkly clean and the staff is professional and friendly.
