I started going to Spring House Pilates about eight months ago after struggling with consistent lower back pain, and it has been absolutely life-changing for me. Building core strength has made a huge difference—I went from working through a flare-up when I started, to now being pain-free without any additional back flare-ups since.
One of the things I love most about this studio is the variety—there are plenty of class types and times to fit any schedule, and the instructors each bring their own strengths and teaching styles. Every instructor I’ve taken a class with has been excellent, but Mary, Lachelle, and Lee are some of my favorites! The class sizes are perfect—not too big—which allows for a more personal experience and attention when needed.
Another bonus is that there are two locations, which makes it super convenient. The studio environment itself is welcoming, non-intimidating, and very accepting of all levels of experience. Whether you’re brand-new to Pilates or have been practicing for years, you’ll feel comfortable here.
I can’t recommend Spring House Pilates enough—it’s made a huge difference in my health and daily life!

Just wrapped up a 2-week intro to Pilates—and I’m loving it.
In just 6 classes, I’ve felt a noticeable shift in my overall health, especially in my joints (the main reason I decided to give it a try). I feel stronger, more balanced, and more in tune with my body than I have in a long time. Excited to see where this Pilates journey takes me next! Spring House offers a great selection of class times/ offerings/ and a variety of instructors.

Spring House Pilates is a great addition to our Applewood neighborhood. I’ve taken Pilates reformer classes for a few years, and am very happy with the experience at Spring House:
1. All the instructors are experienced and professional. They are focused on the class and students, and give help when you need it. Without exception, they’ve also been very kind when you might be struggling.
2. There is a variety of classes and instructors, and I like being able to choose easy or more difficult classes depending on my day. The classes always have some differences, you never keep repeating the same class.
3. The studio is immaculate, and seems to be the right size (eight reformers) for the instructors to give corrections and for good availability of classes.
4. I really like that the pricing is readily available in the app. You can change your plan, or buy extra classes and know exactly what it will cost without having to call the studio.
I’ve enjoyed the classes I’ve taken at Spring House, and have found it to be a welcoming environment for both new and experienced Pilates students.
