I can highly, highly recommend Squires Fitness as the best personal trainer I've ever worked with. I have trained with Shanon Squires for nearly 10 years. His mix of education, real-world experience, and knowledge in the areas of exercise, nutrition, sport performance, corrective exercise, and more, qualifies him as the best personal trainer in the Denver area. Squires Fitness is a one stop shop; simply apply what you are taught, be dedicated and consistent and you will get amazing results. Personally, I’ve successfully lost weight and have kept it off - nearly 60 pounds - improved my overall health and I move better than I have in years. I'm way stronger also, which is important as I age. Squires Fitness offers training at multiple locations around the Denver metro area, including, in-home personal training, and online training and coaching. I don’t think you’ll find a more educated, knowledgeable and patient personal trainer near Littleton / Highlands Ranch / Lone Tree. If you are unable to fit into Shanon’s schedule he will connect you to the best trainer for your needs and he won’t hesitate to recommend other professionals if he doesn’t feel he’s the best fit.
