Hi my name is Garron Blake,
I am a firefighter for the state of Colorado, an accomplishment that I credit a lot to Richard and STAC fitness. I came to Richard searching for someone to prepare me for both my CPAT and pack test.
On short notice he transformed me from a weak minded/bodied individual into what I am today. After countless vigorous training sessions with Richard I was able to pass both tests with flying colors and achieve my dream career.

Richard is the best! If you are ready to work hard, no excuses, just dedication towards your goal, Richard is for you! I have known Richard over 15 years and had personal training with him for a cumulative of 4-5 years. Best shape I have ever been in, but plan on working hard for it. Richard is also an excellent resource for meal planning and supplements that fit you and your needs. Your the best Richard!

I’ve been training with Richard since approximately 2010. I went through a few self-professed “personal trainers” before I found Richard. I starting training with him after the birth of my first son at age 40 and have continued training THROUGH two subsequent pregnancies. I’m now age 55 and am in the best shape of my life since being in my 20s. Richard pushes me beyond what I believe I’m capable of and I couldn’t be more grateful. If you are looking for a personal trainer, I recommend you give Richard a try. You won’t be disappointed.
