Very knowledgeable (and friendly) coaches, they instruct patiently, and help avoid injuries and pain by watching and adjusting the trainee movements. I can't believe the progress I am making, just in a few months. As a woman who never thought to go near a gym, I am grateful for this method and for the patience and personal attention to my different, specific needs or need for adjustments. Ladies, It's time to prevent bone loss and build strong muscles, and it's not as daunting as it sounds :)

This is a great gym and effective program for anyone looking to get strong. I joined as a beginner lifter, and I felt welcome and supported. I'm really happy with my progress over the past several months. I've lifted alongside much more experienced lifters who also seem to get a lot out of the program. Andrew is an incredible coach.
