Drew is a fabulous teacher and I did his online program all during the pandemic as well as now and gave it as a gift to my daughter in Telluride. We do the active classes together on line.

Drew's fitness program has become an important part of my weekly routine, as it has my husband's. We make no plans that would interfere with a Live class, plus we schedule 2 additional classes on our calendars each week to be sure we get them done. We love the variety that allows us to use weights when we choose to in a Strenth class, get some aerobic work in with a Fit class, or select a Flow class for its strengthening yoga movements. Drew is very responsive to any questions we email him, making it a highly personalized program. I have worked with Drew in person and online. His classes in yoga, strength, fitness and meditation are the best I have ever taken and I have been doing this for many years. Drew is a great teacher and motivator. He has the perfect choice of classes for all ages. I am over 60 and I enjoy his choice of exercises in each class.
