About the Club

I’m a Certified Fitness and Nutrition Coach. With over 10 years of practical experience acquired through training and coaching thousands of clients, I am driven to help men and women achieve their physique and wellness goals. As founder and Fitness Coach of Strength Mentality Initiative, I strive to give back and help people reach their potential with the right knowledge, motivation, and training techniques. It is truly an honor to be part of anyone’s fitness journey. Whether you are a seasoned athlete with years of lifting experience, or a beginner who’s looking to make the most of life and not quite sure how to navigate the latest fitness trends, my pledge is to help you be the most fully-developed person you can be.

Sean knows how stuff. I’ve been working with Sean for about five months now. As an extremely overweight peri-menopausal woman who has trained with at least half a dozen trainers in the last decade alone let me say as loudly as I can, Sean is hands down the best I’ve ever known. First and foremost, he LISTENS. His knowledge is top notch. With those two traits he targets the underlying issues. He strengthens the supporting muscles that are often overlooked and helps repair the injuries that create pain in day to day life. Sean has a way of pushing me to the limits of my capabilities without going past them but also without me realizing that’s what we’re doing. I’m motivated to work and the strength gains I’ve experienced make my day to day life less painful and more enjoyable. Sean goes above and beyond with everything he does! I came to him with an injured right shoulder from playing golf and figured we would focus on just that, because I know nothing. Not only did he get me on balance and strengthen both of my shoulders, but he got my posture more up-right because I'm a sloucher, and my spine, core and yes even my gluteus maximus! Sean, if you're reading this I truly appreciate what you've done for me and my body, I am playing golf with ZERO pain before, during, or after!! Highly Recommended from T$$!!! P.S. I think that pain in my big toe was gout and the Uric Acid control stopped it! Sean Rocks!

Sean knows his stuff and is always pushing you to be at your best! He never judges or makes you feel bad, but encourages and motivates you towards your goals. I would highly recommend doing in person training sessions with him to up your fitness game, but if that’s not an option, his online app is full of great content!

For me, I have always struggled to keep on muscle mass and Sean showed me new techniques for lifting and coached me through my daily calorie intake. I hit my yearly goal within a few months with Sean!

I never thought I needed a coach in this area, but it was one of the best decision for me in the last several years.

Working with Sean 3 days a week for a month has been life changing!!
