Kelli is absolutely outstanding. Motivating, challenging, FUN! She got to know me and my needs, providing a tailored workout for me. She knows what she's doing - proper form, how the body works. Provides accountability, education, care, support, and knows how/when to push at the exact right time. She IS the best personal trainer!

Kelli is just awesome! After years of letting my fitness routine slip, I needed to find something or someone who could help keep me motivated and accountable to take better care of myself. Enter Kelli. She takes the time to listen to my needs and goals, and keeps me on track. I never feel judged or pressured to do things outside my ability, but she knows when and how to push me to do things I didn’t know were possible. She is also a joy to be around, and reminds me that working out is supposed to be fun and feel good. If you’re looking to get back into a routine, or improve upon the one you already have, Kelli would make a great partner in that journey.

Kelli is the best trainer! She pushes me VERY hard but also listens to me when I tell her I need to take it easy. She is always on time and always comes prepared. I feel so fortunate to be working with Kelli, going on 3 years. She has made me much stronger and taught me how to take better care of myself. Cannot recommend her highly enough!

Kelli is the best trainer around! She provides such a high level of care and has an amazing plan to get you where you want to be. Her workouts are challenging but she has such a fun personality that makes me forget that I'm struggling to breathe during them. She is also very flexible and accommodating to my busy schedule. If you are looking for a personal trainer, you can stop looking! Kelli is as good as it gets! I can not recommend her enough!

If there were a 10-star review option, I'd use it! I cannot recommend Kelli enough! She has transformed my life. I am a mom of three kids who needed to feel strong and confident inside and out. She has helped me recognize that in order to be a happy, active and present mom I needed to focus on my own mental and physical health first. I can't take care of my family if I don't take care of myself. She has mentored me toward becoming an avid runner and has guided me on my journey of making healthy choices, not just with the food I eat and the workouts I do, but the mindset I bring with me each day. No matter your age or ability level, Kelli is skilled in creating effective workouts for all of her clients and their unique needs.

I hired Kelli to help me build up strength and endurance while pregnant and for labor/delivery. She built workout routines for me that were perfect for where I was in pregnancy, and she even adjusted in real time if there were things that didn't feel good. She helped me focus on getting my legs and hips strong, and helping my hips to open up toward the end of pregnancy. I felt strong and empowered throughout my pregnancy and absolutely credit her training as an important part of my successful VBAC delivery. Her personalized routines, encouraging personality, and motivating accountability make her an excellent and unique personal trainer. And, she worked with me entirely remotely since I'm based in a different state. Cannot recommend Kelli enough if you are looking to build up your strength and get in a consistent workout routine!

Kelli is amazing! I started working out with her virtually when I found out I had gestational diabetes. She helped me stay active and motivated. She started where I was, pushed me just enough but not too much, and helped me modify based on some previous injuries and sciatica. I took a break after baby arrived and have missed our workouts! Best of all, she's so fun to talk to I forget the workout is work!

Kelli offers the BEST personal training experience I have ever had! She has a focus on proper form and understanding of body mechanics - but in an extremely approachable way! She educates you on each exercise, holds you accountable for your goals, helps you feel comfortable in your own body, and makes every workout fun! I've participated in her group virtual workouts and Sustainable Wellness program and always feel empowered and refreshed on my wellness journey. Pricing is very fair and worth the investment.

I have worked with Kelli for 5 years now and she is excellent. I look foward to working out with her twice a week, she pushes me, holds me accountable and has helped transform my overall health. She understands the physiology of how the body moves and has been so instrumental in rehabilitation old injuries so they no longer hold me back. If I could give her 10/5 stars, I would.

Kelli is such a fabulous motivator in the most outside the box way. When mental obstacles are my biggest issue with exercise, the universe gives me Kelli, who promotes curiosity over judgment. How badass is that?! Her realism and her positivity are perfectly balanced and that is matched with obvious expertise that makes me feel like my risk of injury is very minimal. The workouts are varied and fun and challenging. What more can I say?!

Friends! This gorgeous woman is legit! So fun, motivating, and positive. She is not a one-size-fits-all trainer and truly takes into consideration you, your needs, your body, and the environment you are in. She has great training sessions in person as well as online session for anyone…anywhere! Love her!

I have been working out consistently with Kelli for over a year. She is motivating, knowledgeable, and kind. She modifies when necessary yet pushes me when I need to be pushed. I always feel better when I leave a session and feel it in my muscles the following day without being too sore. I have absolutely gotten stronger from working out with her.

I have been working with Kelli for several years now. She has been an incredible accountability partner. We have worked in-person as well as remote and I get a great workout everytime. I like her so much, I have kept working with her even after I moved to Mexico. You cannot go wrong.
