the showers and bathrooms don’t get cleaned often enough, surfaces are frequently dirty. i’m not sure if anyone walks through regularly to do things like wipe down benches and rerack weights (weights are often left on bars). all of the wipe containers are always empty, all there is to clean benches after yourself is a bottle of spray and a cloth that looks like it hasn’t been washed the entire 4 months i’ve worked out here. the owner brings his dog in to work out and expects everyone to be okay with that. which i find extra rude, because people have a right to not want to work out with a dog, and should be able to complain to someone. but it’s the owner doing it, and they know that no one can ultimately tell them no. they don’t have a first aid kit, so if you have an ordinary scratch or something you have to go up to the coffee shop. speaking of which 🥴 some of the coffee shop employees just roam in and out.

Beautiful, clean and lots of nice features like separate showers and dressing rooms, fun classes and great hours. Located in the basement of the Suder building this gym is nice, new and private. Great design, equipment and room to do whatever sets you like. Great offerings for classes with some morning, some at noon and some in the evening. Perfect for getting a quick set in during work hours.

This is a fictitious business and is obviously a scam. There is no phone number, no way to access the gym, nothing. When you get to the building it's completely locked. No entrance or signage. DO NOT SIGN UP ONLINE, you'll get robbed.

Theres a YMCA 1 block away. Just go there. No need to risk it with this scam.

Response to owner: No phone number, no physical access, no way to validate if this business is legit. I wasted my time coming to your location to check it out.

Just give you money and hope you're not ripping me off? No thank you.

If people want to take the risk of giving you hundreds of dollars with zero physical evidence, no way to contact your business, that's their prerogative.

But any rational adult can look at this set up, visit this location and see it's a scam.

Great gym tucked into the basement of a super cute, newly renovated office building! It’s always clean and has everything you need for a great workout. The locker rooms are really nice, and the fitness classes are a great bonus. Plus, the coffee shop upstairs is a perfect post-workout stop!

Sudler is a hidden gem below my favorite coffee shop, which is perfect for people like me who appreciate a latte after working out. The gym is very inviting, clean and the classes are amazing. I’m lucky to find a place so convenient and welcoming!
