Sukha Soma offers structural integration and Hatha yoga classes.
Sukha is Sanskrit for "lasting ease" or "good space." Soma is a Greek word meaning body, and is used in the field of somatics to refer to a person's felt-sense of Self. Unique to each and every body's experience, our Soma is the woven network of sensory information. Through Structural Integration and movement education, Sukha Soma invites good space and lasting ease into body, heart and soul.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end! Painted Sky Farm is a beautiful, spiritual and relaxing place to enjoy for as long as you wish…hosts Katherine and Gabe are lovely and both provide incredible personal care services… yoga and structural integration. Enjoy those services and/or travel to nearby Mesa Verde, Mancos and Durango, including the most gorgeous hot springs in the area!
Five stars ⭐️ plus!!! I will be back ❤️

Kat Eggers taught a 5 day deep-dive workshop on the Anatomy & Physiology of Yoga and I am so glad I made the decision to sign up! She is *extremely* knowledgable from cells to tissues to breathing to nervous systems to asana and prana (and life well-being!). Perhaps most importantly, she ensured the dense information was digestible, tangible, practical, and in layman's terms - even when things got really jaron-y ;) Highly recommend her teachings in a workshop setting or class practice setting. Thanks Kat!

Kat led myself and a group of teens that I work with on a plant walk and it was absolutely amazing. I learned the names of plants that I had seen dozens of times but never connected with. I noticed plants that I must have passed just as many times but for some reason had always glanced over. Kat not only educates you on the names and uses of the plants you pass, what also what they can teach us about life. How the big-leaf maple teaches us about giving and the shortness of our life, or how the invasive blackberry shows us how we can take up space, but still have sweetness to offer. I would definitely recommend the experience to anyone looking to connect deeper with their local nature and themselves.

Our session with Kat was excellent. Kat has an extensive understanding of plants and their uses as food and medicine. And the yoga session was very fulfilling!
Thanks Kat. We look forward to having an experience like this again.

I went on a one day retreat that started with gentle yoga, nature walk with plant identification and ended with making our own tinctures. It was an amazing day! Our leader Kat was so knowledgeable, I learned a ton. I would highly recommend Dryad yoga for retreats, workshops or just a single yoga class.
