I’ve been training here with Bradley since October 2024 and it has been wonderful! I started here because I felt like I didn’t know what I was doing in the gym and was not seeing the results I wanted. In the 6 months I’ve been here I’ve already seen results and have dropped near 20lbs all while also gaining muscle!! I have even noticed if I miss a day I still feel the want to workout which never happened when I was going to the gym by myself. I will continue here as long as I possibly can and can’t recommend Summit Fitness enough!

I am 55 years old and I have been working with Jermaine for over six months at Summit Fitness and I am so happy with my decision. I am grateful that I am able to work with someone that could take me from ground zero and helped me build strength. I am so amazed at what I have been able to accomplish. I never could have done this on my own, I needed to work with a trainer like Jermaine he is knowledgeable, patient, personable and professional. I am building strength and I am able to do things that were really a challenge just six months ago. I have lost 30 lbs and I am not going to stop, I know I can reach the goals I have set of climbing mountains and skiing again. Jermaine and Summit are the what I had hoped to find.

I’ve had the pleasure of getting to work with Jermaine at summit Fitness. Jermaine knows how to balance workouts well so they are just enough to challenge you but not over do it, and he does a wide variety of different workouts including strength and HIIT. I had received an excellent recommendation form a colleague of mine for Summit Fitness in particular Brad Williamson. With the exception of one previous trainer, I have had terrible previous experiences with trainers, mainly because they did not listen to me, consider my age and fitness level. I am 65, overweight and have a chronic back issue along with sciatic pain down my legs. I explained all of this to Brad along with my desire to increase my general stability, strength, and fitness level. Since working with Brad, I physically feel better, stronger, have more energy and have lost weight. I appreciate that Brad has been very patient with my physical limitations and sometimes my hectic work schedule. Very important to me is the fact that Brad listens and always asks how I feel, if something is too difficult, he figures out either a work around or another exercise to meet my level and skill. I never feel I am being put in a situation for which I could get hurt. Brad is professional, extremely knowledgeable, motivating, and sincerely cares about his clients reaching their goals, no matter their age or fitness level. I highly recommend Brad and Summit Fitness for anyone looking for a terrific trainer.

I have been training with Brad for over a year and have been very impressed with his knowledge of training and fitness. He is able to personalize a training program that will fit your goals and work with you to achieve them. He comes prepared for each session with an individualized workout which rarely is repeated while being challenging and fun.
His studio is very clean, spacious and has all the weightlifting, bands, dumbbells, etc to make a well rounded workout. The shower is also a big plus for those of us that need to go to work after an early morning session.

I have been training with Brad for over a year now. I went to him after recovering from a torn rotator cuff repair that surgically didn't turn out as well as I hoped. Since working out with Brad he has brought total range of motion and strength back to my shoulder. I am playing tennis at the level I was before surgery. He is a fantastic trainer. Really knows how to get you to the performance and help you perform to the athletic ability you want to attain and keep. His knowledge is incredible and his attention to detail is keen.

Fantastic gym with a great owner, Brad! I became a personal training client 2 months ago and I could not be more pleased. The training studio is spotless, well appointed, new and well maintained equipment, centrally located, and respectful of all COVID safety requirements. The small group fitness classes are appropriate for ALL fitness levels and everyone is incredibly supportive. My husband even loved the Saturday class. Saving the best for last... When I was searching for certified trainers after my ACL injury Summit Fitness was one of the first to pop up. Then I realized Brad (who I know through friends) worked there and I knew I was in good hands!
I ended up working with Alex and he was awesome! We worked on getting my knee stronger and getting me ready to ski while also working on my overall health needs. The workouts were always challenging and (mostly) fun!

I was referred to Alex at Summit Fitness as I had a shoulder injury that started to affect neck movement as well (I work at a desk job). With bad posture and this injury I was slowly losing mobility in my heard turning.
I was seeing a massage therapist and a chiropractor already when I met with Alex. In the free consultation he immensely improved my neck mobility with one mobility exercise! All the tension in my neck released immediately and took away the migraine that was building!
It was a no brainer for me to continue to work with Alex as he clearly showed that he knows his stuff!
I signed up right before the pandemic, we worked together thru virtual sessions under quarantine. Since this is a private gym we were able to come back to in person sessions sooner than public gyms and It is never crowded so I always feel safe.
Alex is awesome to work with. I have not only healed and strengthened my shoulder but also lost weight, gained muscle, and fixed my posture!
I also enjoy the group classes provided here as well as the 1:1 training sessions.
Definitely come check out this gym! I will never go back to a big box gym after this!

I decided I wanted a little help before a milestone birthday and got in touch with Summit Fitness. I ended up working with Kayla and she was wonderful. She helped me dial in my eating with specific macro goals and checking my food diary app that was super easy to use. She had great recommendations for ways to switch up my diet. I was only able to meet with her 4x a month due to work and she worked with me on that. Our meet up work outs were great. During the pandemic we met outside at the park and that was a wonderful experience. Then once we were able to get back into the gym it got even better. I ended up losing 10 pounds while working with Layla and some inches. I am SO HAPPY I worked with her and look forward to working with her again. HIGHLY recommend going to Summit Fitness.

I was referred to Kayla by a client of mine who said that this changed her life. I whole-heartedly agree! I just turned 50 and things were starting to ache, and not in a good way. I've been working out at Summit Fitness for nearly 18 months now. I signed up for a small group circuit training class and have been at it ever since. I had a membership at a corporate gym for years that I almost never used because I didn't care for the scene. I struggled to find motivation to hit the gym but as it turned out, I just hadn't found the right workout for me.
When I decided to make a real commitment to getting in shape, I shopped quite a few gyms but something about Summit just felt right. Kayla coaches my group and we all appreciate her personal approach and style. She's very professional and motivates us to push it a little outside our comfort zone while respecting our individual needs and goals.

I found Summit Fitness via a search online and am so happy that I did! After a knee injury, I was nervous to get back into the gym. I had fear of re-injuring myself and not knowing what exercises to do to build back strength in/around the knee. Brad paired me with Kyle for personal training and it has been an awesome experience. Kyle is a real professional who really listens to what your goals, aches, concerns are and addresses both mobility and strength. I feel much more confident and strong after 3 months working with him. Working out with Alex has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. When I started personal training at Summit I had a lot of reservations about the effectiveness and cost of individual sessions. My fears were overcome by a welcoming group of people who wanted to help me learn about building strength and mobility. I no longer felt intimidated about being the girl who didn’t know what she was doing in the gym as I started learning from professionals. I feel much more confident. I’m definitely stronger and my back feels better than when I was just doing yoga 5x/week. The coaching went beyond the gym as Alex helped me clean up my nutrition and set and stick to dietary goals, something I’d never been able to do on my own. I am moving and wish I’d been able to continue my training at Summit, or that I could take Alex with me! This is the first gym I joined that does only training. It is a great environment with nice equipment and everyone there wants a good workout. I train with Bill who is a fabulous trainer. I’ve completed a 6 week challenge. I’ve not been able to exercise for years due to injury. Kayla is our coach and works with me to modify exercises for my abilities and age. I was able to ski this winter for the first time in 10 years. I am stronger than I thought could be possible. The atmosphere at Summit is so friendly and I feel safe working with Kayla. I participated in a 6-week group challenge geared to those over 40 and it was fantastic! I’ve worked out on my own for years, but I’ve never achieved the level of success I’ve seen while at Summit Fitness. In 6 weeks, I’ve successfully lost 2% bf, reached a weight I haven’t seen in the past 15 years and can see AND feel my results. All the trainers are knowledgeable, friendly and know how to challenge you to your limits in a fun, positive and supportive manner. Erin Jansen is a great personal trainer who can help set and attain personal fitness goals. I've been going to Summit and training with Kyle Norman for about 6 months now. I'm 52 years old. I've had a back injury when I fell down the stairs at the age of 5. Uneven pelvis, sever pronation on left foot and chronic pain. About a month ago my back literally snapped into place. For year I've been going to the Chiropractor and have been doing Pilates as well (and many other treatments including Accupuncture and physical therapy.) I noticed a big change in my back when Kyle who is an expert on back problems used uneven weights. I highly recommend Kyle. Over the last 20 years, I have worked with many trainers, and he is the best I've seen. I have not been able to run for about 25 years. Now I've started running agin. All thanks to Kyle.

I trained with Kayla for a few weeks. My previous trainer had since left Summit Fitness, so Kayla became my new trainer throughout the remainder of my time here. I recommend training with Kayla for anyone looking for challenging circuit workouts. Kayla was very nice and pushed me through my workouts. Summit Fitness is a very calm, quiet location. I enjoyed this, since I prefer a quiet gym that doesn't require me to fight for equipment.

I’ve been training with Cora for the last month and I’m so glad I found her! My goal was to hold a handstand after struggling for months to come close to holding one, I did it after a few weeks with Cora! I worked out with her a few times post op and really struggled, but she still took the time to slow things down and really help me get the correct form down. She also really helped me learn how to lift correctly, such as lifting with the legs and not the back. Every time I've done a workout with her, my body has been extremely sore the next day. I definitely recommend Cora to anyone looking for a personal trainer that truly cares.

I’ve had trainers before and I must Josh Gote is really the best I’ve had. I see results. He does his best to work around my discombobulated schedule. I love the one on one attention that I get. I worked out in places where you feel like you’re being run over or just waiting for another client to finish. I’ve never experienced this at Summit Fitness.

I've worked with Kyle, Brad and Erin for over 2 years and can attest to their knowledge and effectiveness. They are all top notch trainers. I've been a personal trainer for 14 years and recently hired Kyle as my own personal trainer. His vast knowledge of how the human body was meant to move, function and opperate is apparent in how he trains his clients. I have been working with Brad for almost 2 years now. His workouts are something I always rave about to my friends and co-workers because of how unique, fun and challenging every one is. I've been working out with Brad for about 3 years now and it's been one of the best things I've done for myself. At first I just wanted to lose a few pounds and look better but Brad showed me I could get a lot stronger, too, and I got bitten by the weightlifting bug. Brad is conscientious regarding form and safety, but he pushes me, too. The new studio is super cool looking, well equipped for beginners and advanced athletes, and easy to get to. I followed my personal trainer, Nicholas Romano, to Summit Fitness after he left a different gym that used outdated methods. I couldn't be happier with Mr. Romano - I have never felt better in my life at the age of 37 in just 10 weeks. Nick is committed to education and using the best methods for increasing strength and endurance. I like how the focus is on increasing general fitness in the most efficient way possible to feel my best which makes me motivated in all areas of my life. Of course, the side effects are shredding fat and finding an incredible shape! Nick is always mindful of accomplishing the individual's goals in a safe and effective manner. He is an incredibly qualified trainer and a respectful person.
I was thrilled when Nick moved to Summit Fitness! I absolutely love the comfortable yet professional feel of the gym. The atmosphere is one of acceptance and support. There are even private rooms for exercising if someone feels more comfortable that way. Summit Fitness allows trainers to focus on the needs of the clients and has no hidden motives and rigid old-school rules. I have found my home :-)

I have trained in small group classes with Brad for the past 4 years and could not be more satisfied with my results! Working from home, I sometimes lack the motivation to get out and workout like I should. The small group class at Summit Fitness allows me to get an amazing, effective workout during my lunch break!
Previously, I worked out in large corporate group classes, such as Orange Theory and Core Power. The difference is not even comparable! Just for starters with Summit Fitness I now know correct form! No more lower back aches from incorrectly utilizing my lower back for crunches or my knees flexing outwards during my squats (not to mention the difference in crowdedness or finding a spot which I won’t get drenched in someone else’s sweat).
Brad continually takes training to the next level to make his classes more challenging and fun at the same time. A daily positive energy in the class helps create motivation and push each member to their fullest endurance. I highly recommend both Alex and Brad at Summit Fitness if you are ready to start seeing results!
