6month later post:
The gym just gets better, 13000 sqft of workout space. Plenty of space and I haven't waited yet for a squat or bench rack. The classes are dynamic and strength building unlike the cardio classes all over town. The staff is easy to talk to and supportive in my fitness journey without being judgemental. The value I perceive is amazing.
Original post:The gym you were looking for in the city, with parking! Lots of space, lots of equipment, tons of things to lift, push, pull, and generally move. When I mean a lot, one quick example is the squat racks, all 8 of them.
Classes include strength training, kickboxing, yoga and more, all included in the fee.
Coaches, trainers, and other enthusiasts are motivating and supportive.

This is such a great gym! I chose this for the convenient, walkable location on the edge of the Cap Hill/Golden Triangle areas. I have the Gym Membership + Personal Training options and have recently added on chiropractor services as well from Dr. Solomon Champagne (highly recommend, his business is in the gym itself). My personal trainer, Nate has done an amazing job working with my injuries and imbalances, which have only improved since I have been working out here. Overall, the direction, adjustments, and workout plans from the collaboration between Nate and Dr. Champagne have greatly improved my health and fitness.
Nate is a great asset for the gym, every time I work out with him I am challenged from cardio, strength, and stability perspectives. He knows his stuff and is very creative with the exercises we do in sessions (as well as in the written workout plans he gives me). Nutrition is also something he and I have focused on, he's been helpful by providing science-based suggestions and encouragement and suggestions when dealing with stomach issues and food allergies.
I highly recommend this gym, the staff is always friendly and they keep the place clean and inclusive.
The only critique I have (didn't warrant taking a full star off) is the music selection: the mix of classic rock, metal, or rap isn't at all very motivational, helpful, or pleasant to listen to when I'm trying to get my energy up during a workout (especially when I forget my headphones). The days that there is an energetic mix of EDM or pop are the best days. It seems some of the staff wants to play their favorite music instead of music that would be helpful for members' workouts.
Don't let that deter you though! Take headphones!

I cannot speak so much to the overall gym experience since I am doing a personal training only membership, but I have been working with Nate Cortez for a couple of months now since my last trainer at another gym moved. Nate is a great personal trainer but more so an incredible boxing coach. He's very thorough, caters workouts and programming to my specific needs, is motivational and the type of trainer you can tell practices what they preach. If you're looking for something different and not just your typical machine to machine training, I highly recommend Nate. Boxing is an incredible workout in conjunction with weight training and will leave you feeling amped! The gym seems to have a great variety of equipment and everything one might need. The locker rooms are a bit bare bones, but not a dealbreaker if you just remember to bring your own stuff.

Gym is amazing! Has all the essentials while also offering a more athletically tailored layout with a turf area and many squat racks well spaced out. The gym is on the second floor which offers a good view and great natural lighting. The staff is super friendly and even let me get a free workout on my first day in. I will 100% be getting a membership there and would reccomend anyone do so looking for a new gym that offers a good balance of a commercial gym and all the high end essentials for anyone thats just beginning there fitness journey or has been training for 10+ years.

Summit Strong has a great space — lots of free weights, a large area for sleds + stretching, and an extensive recovery room. The ice bath is a luxury amenity, paired with tall windows and natural light flooding in! We had a great workout and recovery, thanks to the kind staff especially Mason!

I took Brittany’s conditioning class at Summit Strong today and it was excellent! The workout was challenging and well-structured, designed to target multiple muscle groups for a full-body conditioning session. Brittany’s experience really shows—she clearly explains each movement and keeps the class energized and motivated throughout. Whether you’re new or experienced, this conditioning class will push you and leave you feeling strong. Highly recommend!

Best gym in Denver! Been going here since 2019. Excellent equipment. Friendly staff. Never too crowded. And now with the recovery room and their class pass program they literally have something for everyone! Top notch facility and a great team. I always look forward to my days spent here.

If you care about the kind of business you support, please read:
This gym is in a poorly built space where impact noise travels through the walls. The business owner knew noise was a serious concern for residents, and assured residents his buildout would capture the sound.
It is a year + later and residents are living with walls shaking and weights dropping, starting daily at 5AM. Rather than install basic soundproofing, like foam on the ceiling or wall panels, this business owner has elected to fight responsibility.
Very basic, readily available soundproofing.
We all want to support small businesses. But when a business refuses to acknowledge its impact on the people around it, please give your support a second thought.

I visited this gym while apartment hunting in Denver. It's a great space with high-quality equipment, friendly staff, and fantastic recovery facilities. The gym doesn't feature much in the way of machines, however, so best for workouts requiring only freeweights.

I started going to Summit Strong in November 2024, just a few weeks before my wedding. It wasn’t quite enough time for a full transformation, but it was the perfect moment to start building a consistent routine. Before this, I had never been able to stick with a gym for more than a month or two. Now, eight months later, I’m still going regularly and I genuinely couldn’t speak more highly of this gym.
I signed up for group training sessions with their trainers and, for the first time in my life, it feels absolutely worth every penny. I’ve not only noticed real physical progress, but also a huge shift in my mindset. About six weeks in, I suffered a fairly serious head injury and worried about getting back into the gym. It felt like starting from scratch. But Mason and Todd were incredible. They encouraged me in exactly the way I needed, making me feel both safe and confident again.
For years, I felt intimidated walking into any gym, convinced that everyone else knew what they were doing while I fumbled through. Summit Strong changed that completely. I now feel empowered, welcomed, and dare I say it, excited to go to the gym. The community is supportive, the members are kind and respectful, and I’ve never once felt judged or out of place.
The gym has all the equipment I need, and I never find myself waiting around for machines or space. Mason and Todd go above and beyond. Whether I’m in a session with them or doing a solo workout, they’re present, encouraging, and willing to push me (which I often need!).
Summit Strong isn’t just a gym. It’s a place that’s helped me build confidence, consistency, and strength, both physically and mentally. I couldn’t recommend it more.

I've had a really long physical therapy journey, and I finally got to a point where I can do lower body lifts pain free again (which is amazing). However, I hit a wall with my mobility improvements and it was causing joint issues. I had a feeling I could push my mobility so much further, but I was stuck.
Thanks to yoga with Victoria and advice from another personal trainer named Joan, I'm seeing pretty consistent improvements in my hip and squat mobility. I'm entering the mobility territory that I always knew I could get to (but needed some help getting there). I'm so in love with the feelings that I get from low-rep lifting: the grinding feeling of an rpe 8/9, the raw power output and expression of strength during the peak of a song, the coordination and flexing of my fully-caffeinated body. And now I get to feel all this with squatting again. I'm ecstatic. Thank you!
I also appreciate the mental/spiritual side of the yoga here. It's not "in your face" but it's there if you like engaging with stuff like that. For example, this idea of "letting go of control" has been a confusing and eye-opening experience to say the least.

In preparation of my wedding this Summer, I was graciously paired with Nikki who provided such fantastic personal training for me. I really can't recommend her more highly! Nikki is so warm and personable, notably talented as an athlete and trainer, and has so much to offer around different types of work outs like strength training, cardio, and HIIT options which I loved getting to explore. Nikki will help you feel so comfortable, even for someone like me who hasn't spent much time at all in a gym. She showed me so many useful exercises and made it really fun each time. If you have the chance to work with her, don't hesitate!

Lied and scammed all of their members. Illegally charged $100 dollars without a 30 day notice, ignoring the contract we signed. When I brought it up and said how thats not allowed they charged my card for another 2 weeks and canceled my membership immediately for bringing it up. Not even giving me the time I had paid for, and I never asked to cancel. Overheard many sexist things by the gym owner, extremely overpriced what was paid for. Worst gym experience I’ve ever had.

The owner is having financial difficulties with the gym (something he says is 100% his fault) and decided the best thing to do is charge all members an extra $100 with 3 days notice. I signed an agreement to pay a certain amount per month for a certain length of time - you can't just charge random fees on top of that because you feel like it! It's a shame...I liked the facility, staff and other members I'd met, but I don't trust that there won't be more random fees and increases in the future or that the gym won't suddenly go out of business.
Edit to respond to the owners response:
He continues to refuse to acknowledge or respond to the fact that he is not allowed to charge this fee by the membership agreement that he created. He also says "community is everything" and thank you for being a member of the community with out realizing that I've already ended my membership because of this fee. I don't think his actions really show that he truly cares, at least not that I have seen.

I would say as power lifting gym goes this one has everything you need. Great equipment, clean gym and super friendly staff. However, the price to value to ratio is hard to swallow considering that "community" fees will be charged at the owner's discretion. The owner also charges on a bi monthly basis which ends up being more expensive than his "monthly" pricing model.

In my recent journey to get back into shape for myself, I stumbled across Summit Strong and my god I am so happy I did! The staff is fantastic and friendly, and they have so many offerings within the gym itself. From classes, recovery steam room and ice baths, personal training, (and a physical therapist/chiropractor whose businesses are also within the facility but separate from the gym) cardio machines, and weights, this place has it all.
My personal trainer, Mason, is the best. He makes working out fun and really connects with each of us individually. But that welcoming energy is really part of the entire gyms culture. Yes it’s a bit pricey and people are a little upset about the extra charges for the gym, but I’m happy to pay it because of the return on investment is worth it.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I made an appointment to hear about the 6 week challenge. After talking with Todd (owner), receiving an overwhelming amount of texts from Todd and making an appointment with Todd, he never showed up. He had never planned on showing up and gave instructions for Cindy, the front desk worker, to show me my membership options. This was unprofessional. I texted him my thoughts about this and he never got back to me which tells me he doesn't care. Membership options were completely overpriced. Taking my business elsewhere and so should you.

Going pretty much on par with the other low star reviews about this place.
First off, absolutely amazing staff. I know they aren't getting paid what they deserve. Nothing about this has to do with them. Only reason it doesn't get 1 star.
Aside from being lied to about the new gym opening up, month after month, the owner is now trying to just magically charge every body here an extra $100 due to "rising costs". Passing this cost directly onto the consumer in this way absolutely destroys trust. Just raise the monthly rates. What's going to stop you from doing that again in the future? This gym is already INSANE expensive for how little it offers, and no working AC. Absolutely brutal in the summer.
It's the only gym in the golden triangle area, and they take advantage of you. Please just save yourself the $$$$ and go to YMCA or another gym slightly further away.
Also, people, if you're trying to end your "yearly" contract, ask the owner to see that contract you signed. There are no terms or any verbiage listed there that legally binds you to this place. Hold this money hungry guy accountable.

I've been a member for nearly three years now. It used to be a solid gym at the old location, I enjoyed it and had very little to complain about. It was recommended to me by friends, the freeweights equipment was good and they had mats if you wanted to hit bags or actually train martial arts. After three months using the new location, I honestly have to say it has not even laterally met that experience.
First off, the AC at this location doesn't work. It has not worked at all since they've opened. It is consistently 85 degrees or more in here regardless of the time of day, and i've seen it as high as 90. They brought in swamp coolers to help and it actually made it worse by significantly raising the humidity in the space. I understand "breaking a sweat" but good lord this place is a MRSA outbreak waiting to happen. It doesn't help that the locker rooms reek of mildew at the moment.
It's been three long summer months, let's get this taken care of already!
I liked to kickbox at the old gym, but now those mats are gone. They do have some room to work but the rubber floors are meant for weights to fall on and will absolutely tear up your feet. A lot of the boxing and MMA equipment they used to have has disappeared; they used to have stuff like a cobra bag, an extra large heavy bag and a speed bag that hung from the ceiling and I haven't seen it since. They also put the remaining bags on a sliding rail system that in theory is a great idea, but the sliding fasteners have no rubber mounts to them and they make a ton of noise. At the very least rubber tires should be set under the long bags; this is very common in muay thai gyms and it works!
You can't safely do olympic lifts here anymore either. Now that they've moved to a second-story location with no platforms or adequate sound dampening I was told I had to use drop pads for the barbell to land on because the neighbors complain about the noise.
The owner told me it would be temporary until they had some hearing with the Beauvallon ownership but it seems like this is just the rule now. I'll argue all day that it's not nearly as safe as just dropping a barbell with bumpers on the padded floor, especially when trying to use any significant amount of weight because if you miss the pads by a few inches the barbell will roll off into another direction and possibly hit someone. I had a barbell roll back into my shins and got an awesome bruise because I missed these stupid pads from the overhead position. So olympic lifting seems out of the question here.
The gym itself is fine. It's more or less the same equipment from the last gym. They have a lot of things to use. It's also nothing you can't find at a 24 Hour fitness for half the price. They have a cold tub and a sauna, and that's all fine and good if you believe in their merits but I don't see another $70 a month in value there on top of the membership fees. This honestly should have been folded into our existing memberships at no charge for the delays and inconveniences we've been dealing with over the last six months, but that's just me.
I waited three months for this gym to finally reopen from the mediocre temporary location they had across the street (after several delays and at full membership cost), and I only renewed my contract because of the hype they built as they promised the equipment and use of the space would be at least the same, if not better.
For the record: the staff members and trainers are great people, and I don't believe they're responsible for my gripes. But I'm also not surprised to see almost identical reviews to this one. It's completely understandable that we would be frustrated with not getting a free contract release due to this transition not meeting our expectations, and we've only been met with excuses and defensive statements about "paying what we agreed to" which is an incredible cop-out considering the lack of communication from their end about these legitimate complaints.
Needless to say I'm currently weighing my options but it's not likely I will stay much longer.

I moved here 3 months ago with 2 other travel nurses for a travel contract and we were searching for gyms and came across Summit Strong. We were able to try the facility for the day and had the best experience! Todd and Mason were so welcoming, we couldn’t have asked for a better gym experience! The gym is clean, organized, and has everything you would need for a great workout! We also got to try out cold plunging for the first time and Todd walked us through the whole thing and answered all the questions we had! We all would highly recommend this gym to anyone!

Summit strong is all around a great gym! I’ve been a member for 8th months and have also been doing personal training. I am very happy with the results and would recommend personal training with Mason. He is a knowledgeable and fun trainer to work with. The cold plunge is perfect for post-workout recovery, and the infrared sauna adds an extra touch of relaxation. I would highly recommend summit strong and Mason!

Been going here now for a over a year. My only mistake is not joining sooner. Walked in spoke to someone about my goals and got setup with Hank for personal trainer. Hank helped me rebuild confidence and helped me hold myself accountable. If you're looking for a trainer who will help you grind day in and day out, hank is your guy.
Another shout out to Nate the boxing coach. I try to work with nate once a week and the workouts are amazing. Working technique against a bag then sparring is pretty fun. Not only drenched afterwards, but just feel good to get moving that isnt just cardio or lifting.

Not a review writer truly ever!!! If i don't like something I usually just mind my own business. But jumping on the band wagon of other disgruntled paying members so that others can be warned. I joined this gym in December under the guise of moving into a "new and improved" location within two months- lie number one. They then sold me by telling me there would be a recovery room INCLUDED in the membership (sauna and cold plunge) which was lie number two.
It does not take a genius to know it is extremely misleading to say these things, and promise things that are not reality.
There are even videos on their instagram saying that we would be moving into the space in February (wildly inaccurate). Fast forward many months later- not only were we all paying full price during a temporary location with no locker rooms and one single toilet for the entire facility, but they refused to discount our membership and were rude during this process. Total lack of respect for customers that are trying to support you during a transition. Now finally in mid May they moved into their new facility and it is a total down grade, not to mention the recovery room is almost an additional 100 dollars which I have no words for as this was explained as an included service initially.
SO- When I kindly inquired about my contract/cancelling my membership I was met with someone who could care less about their paying customers. They were extremely curt and did not try to talk to me on a person to person level at all. I did not come for them or their business just asked them to right their wrong.
As a business owner you have a responsibility to deliver a service. When you mess up- you take accountability and rectify the situation. Not gaslight all your paying customers/drive away all future business.
SIDENOTE: The actual employees are lovely and kind. It is clearly messed up money hungry management that will probably doom this business.
update as a response to the business owner: Kinda weird that there are multiple of us that were told misleading information...? Does not seem like its a mistake on my end when I sign up for something and then do not receive it :)

Fun gym, but their new location is a downgrade in its current form. We needed to wait 2 months in a crappy location paying full price until we moved into the new place and we still aren’t getting what we are paying for. Who knows when the gym will actually fully complete. At $90/month though, you not acceptable to be working out in a space that is beaten out by $50/month gyms within the city ($30/month gyms best this out in a suburb, but you are paying for the location here and that is understandable).
You can’t walk in freely, you need to buzz in if you are on foot. Not too bad, but a minor annoyance and downgrade from the previous location.
The vibe is pretty good here - lots of hardworking and knowledgeable people to help out improve your lifts as well.
Great natural light in the space, but at the cost of available mirrors. Huge bummer and I wish the layout was different so I had more space to use mirrors and watch my form. Wasn’t a problem in the old space. The natural light is great overall, though.
The only reason to go to this gym is if you are local to the area. Otherwise it is an overpriced gym that is equivalent to the pricing of a climbing gym (that has better equipment). Many gyms around town that are cheaper if you driver here - this is strictly for those who want the convenience of walking/biking.

Excellent gym with plenty of equipment, squat racks, free weights, cardio machines, turf, and MMA/yoga area with mats.
Update: going on 7 years since my original review at the previous location. The new location is fantastic - huge space with great views of the city, dedicated stretching area, very large turf area, and enough space to fit equipment, weights and plates and still not feel cramped when a lot of people are there.
I'm looking forward to the opening of the recovery room with hot sauna and cold tubs in the near future.

I never write reviews but this experience pulled one out of me. Despite having a couple good trainers, Summit leadership is not honest. They raised prices without notice (when I was told I would have a fixed price for life), tried to charge me for a 6 month contract I didn’t sign, were pressuring me into paying a $400 break fee without a valid contract, and lied saying the recovery room in the new place would be free with membership to get me to sign. Not to mention horrible treatment of female employees, and lack of transparency surrounding the timing of the temporary gym space and move. Be aware they are also in a Civil Lawsuit with Zodiac Hause because they refused to leave after ZH acquired the property and was forced to pay rent for Summit’s space. Not a good way to be respectful to the cap hill community. Just watch as I am sure they will continue to deny these claims on this post.

Some great employees who try to curate a solid community. Billing / contracting is incredibly shady. My partner and I never re-signed for any length of a membership. We moved and were no longer able to use the facilities and were told we would need to pay over $400 to "break" the membership we never agreed to. This in addition to the several months in a terrible "temporary" location where I had my wallet stolen while paying for a premium gym was just wild.
That all being said, the new location seems great and if you live in Cap Hill, just be clear with what you agree to & I'm sure you will enjoy your time there. Don't count on prices staying the same or the recovery room being a part of your membership.

Kinda feel ripped off by this place. I came in to check out the gym in December and they said they would have the cold plunge/sauna done by January or feb. I signed a year contract (which obviously was my own dumb fault) that didn’t have anything about the recovery room.
Also was told recovery room was going to be about 35 dollars extra. They now have it marked at 80 dollars extra after may. It also is supposed to open mid may.
So mid-may vs Jan, and then 80 vs 35, like you gotta be kidding me. Super late, and more than doubled their price.
I am mad at myself for signing this place for a year, but this is not good practice.

The "gym culture" is like none other ive ever seen. Everyone is so welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have been lifting weights most of my life, and I get creative ideas from the trainers and other members every week. The gym has an outstanding range of trainers to choose from as well! There is a trainer for you at Summit Strong weather or not you're a gym veteran, or are new to the gym. Recently, I starting Boxing with the one of the trainers Nate Cortez. He is the best boxing coach I have ever had. His eye to detail in how to move your body is so helpful. My favorite part of training with Nate is how quickly and easily he can change a drill to make sure that I am understanding the fundamental movements that I need to learn. I highly recommend trying to this gym out!

Like others on here, I prepaid for a year membership and never renewed when my year was up. Summit Strong took it upon themselves to start charging me on a monthly basis after my prepaid month was over. There was not a single communication about signing up for another prepaid year or a change to a month to month plan, so I never authorized continued billing. Extremely shady business practices, especially for a small, local gym. I spoke with an employee named Mason trying to charge me for yet another month to cancel my membership. He told me to email the owner Todd to try and get fix the situation. I have emailed twice with no response.

TLDR: weight-training focused gym in a great location but lacks some amenities.
I love this neighborhood gym because of it's location and simplicity. The weight area and HIIT section are simple and no-frills but perfect if that's what you're looking for. Management, front desk, and trainers are all very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that the water fountain and bathrooms are quite outdated and always dirty. 5 stars once they install a water bottle filler and update the bathroom one day.

They have stolen over $700 from me and will not help me stop the charges or give me my money back. Last year there was a split in the gym and some trainers went to start a new one. My trainer was one of those people and the deal was that you could break contract if you wanted to go with your trainer. Lots of people did this with no issue but for some reason I did not make it on this list. I have called six times at this point always promised a call back and never receive one. The one time I did talk to a manager she told me she had fixed it and would call me back to talk about a refund and again they never happened. Even after she told me it was fixed I got charged again this month. Call me Todd and fix this mess you know my number has be written down in that gym at least six times.

It’s a decent enough place and conveniently located. I’ve been a member for almost two years. Some of the equipment is in bad shape but it’s mostly okay and only a few things. There aren’t many machine weights but I’m fine with that, just something to note if you like to use those. Otherwise it has everything you really need. The worst thing though is the environment. In the summer it gets so hot because there is no air conditioning and the air circulation is poor. I often have to abandon my workout or go to 24 Hour instead because it’s too hard to workout in the heat there. I get dehydrated just being in the room and sweating so much. That’s the main reason I give it four stars. I have to keep a second gym membership to plan for times it’s just too hot. Otherwise a great spot.

This is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to. We (my partner and I) love the culture, atmosphere and friendly employees/owners. We also feel like we’ve never been to a cleaner gym. I also feel incredibly motivated when arriving; people go here to work out, not to socialize. I especially appreciate how seriously they are handling their gym during the COVID pandemic. I feel very safe coming here, knowing that every single person is screened for temperature when they arrive. Everyone is required to wear masks at all times. There is an abundance of sanitation supplies for cleaning equipment. There is plenty of space to work out, and with the garage bay doors open, there’s plenty of airflow. Hand sanitizer is provided, and encouraged. And all members are educated about expectations when they are in doubt, or make mistakes. I feel so fortunate to have a gym to go to during these times, and above all, to feel safe while working out.

I initially posted this as a 1 star review, but was so impressed by how this business handled this issue after the fact that I decided to change it to reflect the situation. Below is the original review and account. Roughly 30 minutes after I posted this review, I received a voicemail from the general manager in question, in which he apologized for coming off as rude, and offered me a free week-long trial period at the gym (something they aren't currently offering because of COVID, so this is an exception). He explained that he hoped this would give me an opportunity to have a better experience at the gym. When I returned the next day for my second trial class, another manager, Geni, was consistently very kind and helpful to me. After my class she not only set me up with my free week trial, but she apologized to me personally and told me that she had spoken to the manager I had the initial interaction with concerning the issue. She also said that the owners of the gym were aware of the situation and that they had quickly taken steps behind the scenes to address this issue within their staff to prevent this scenario from happening again in the future. She expressed that she was happy to help me in any way she could to improve my experience there. While this is a very brief synopsis of what was a longer and more thorough conversation, I want to emphasize that I felt it was a genuine and sincere interaction and I left feeling heard and cared about. This gym has earned back my respected, and they've shown me that they're willing to go the extra mile to resolve issues - something that can be rare and honestly surprised me.
Also, Mark's strike class was awesome. His energy made me feel super welcome and better about my experience even before my conversation with Geni.

Love this gym. I left there a couple months ago because I moved across town, but ended up going back and dealing with the extra commute time. Totally worth it. Lots of squat racks, specialty bars (safety squat bar, football bar, etc), full set of kettlebells, oly plates, tires, prowler, cables, etc. If you want to lift it, they probably have it. Perfect gym for strength training, whether novice or advanced. I mostly work out in the mornings and the members that are training then are pretty serious. And, the gym is never so crowded that you are waiting for a squat rack (it helps that they have 5) or can’t do a superset. I have gone there at night as well and that is a good group too (with the occasion person that walks around talking on their cell phone, but what are you going to do). Overall, I generally appreciate the ease of training at Vital. And they provide towels. Love that.

I love this gym. I've been a member now for about 3 years. The personal trainers are great. But I suggest you don't go if you're trying to look cute or want to flirt because this is a no excuse, work hard-kick ass gym that will make you sweat.

Moved close by and tried all the surrounding gyms before joining Vital. Over the years I've been in many gyms but none quite like this. It's one of the most functional and efficient spaces for working out. They have everything for any type of workout and the place is kept super organized and clean. Never seen a gym so well maintained. They take pride in their product. The staff is awesome, especially Ben. Amazing vibe with lots of smiling faces. The only downside is the hours on Saturday and Sunday. They close fairly early, but I guess working out earlier in the day wouldn't be such a bad idea anyway.
