I am obsessed with Superset! This is a very personalized gym, focused on weightlifting, without the intimidation you may feel in other environments. Small class sizes, various knowledge and fitness levels of the people attending. Greg is extremely professional and delivers spectacular programming all-around. He is invested in the health and well-being of each person that walks in the door. I've never been happier in the 25+ years I've been lifting! If you want to try weightlifting - this place is for you. If you are a seasoned athlete, Greg will challenge you. I can't recommend Superset enough as a place to invest in your health and wellness!

Superset is amazing, Greg keeps the classes small which makes you feel like you're getting a personal trainer without the personal trainer price tag. Every session is challenging in the best way and the semi-private format makes it feel personalized while still having the energy of a group. Excellent gym and small group training. I went three days in a row using ClassPass and really enjoyed the workouts. Small class sizes so you get personal attention from Greg the owner and trainer. Greg is highly experienced and provides a great environment for all skill levels. The intensity is moderate and breaks are recommended so this is not a HIIT or CrossFit style workout. It’s designed to build strength and flexibility. The gym is spotless with new equipment and an easy free parking lot. Lots to like here so I definitely endorse it and recommend you check it out.

You might think it would be difficult to connect with a Hungarian body builder who used to be in the circus - but you’d be very wrong. I’ve known Greg for several years and while fitness has been a major interest of mine for over 20 years, it was Greg who really got things to “click” for me (and not the five or six other trainers I’d tried before him in other states).

A lot of trainers and fitness gurus (especially online influencers) claim to be experts, list off a bunch of degrees and certifications etc they may have - yet have a challenging time connecting with their clients… that is, connecting the dots on strength training, cardio, diet, and other crucial factors. Greg, however, simply gets it - and explains it in a meaningful way that is repeatable and actionable - and fun.

He is a tremendous asset to the Denver fitness community and it’s so wonderful to see his business “taking shape” (pun intended).

This place is amazing! Greg is so welcoming, helpful, and just a wealth of knowledge! (not to mention the dude is like the most interesting person you're going to meet in Denver)

The equipment is really nice and the place is clean and comfortable. And It's a really nice change of pace from my normal workout experience. A much less cluttered environment than most gyms I've been in.

I cant say enough good things about this gym and the owner Greg! I started here a few weeks ago and I haven’t found anything else like it in town. The classes are all weight training based and focus on either Push/Pull movements, Legs/Abs, or Total Body. The classes are always challenging and kept small so you get a lot of personal attention from the trainer if you want it. Greg also basically looks like Hercules so you know he knows what he is doing lol.

I really like this place because it feels like personal training but without the high price tag. Other pluses- brand new equipment, clean, great location, and easy parking.

Greg recognizes any constraints you may have and tailors workouts for optimal gains and recovery. His new gym is perfect for group exercising and individual training sessions. There is free off street parking making access off Broadway more manageable. I cannot recommend Greg enough for his knowledge and instruction.

This place is like a wish come true. The Baker/South Broadway area has a glut of group fitness studios and, until now, none of them catered to traditional weight training. Superset not only fills that niche — it exceeds all expectations. The facility is spacious, clean, and stocked with brand-new equipment — the most exciting feature being these super cool all-in-one machines that offer endless workout possibilities. Definite game changer.

I also can't say enough good things about the owner and head trainer, Greg. I've been working with personal trainers on and off for almost 20 years at this point — and for the last five, I’ve been training with Greg. He is easily one of, if not the, best trainer I've had. He's thoughtful, ever-patient, and genuinely cares about helping you meet (and even surpass) your goals by tailoring the routine to your individual fitness needs.

One of my favorite things about this gym, though, has to be the flat-fee membership. It includes unlimited sessions with flexible scheduling, which has been huge for accountability. At my last gym, I was only able to squeeze in training sessions once, maybe twice a week due to scheduling and cost. But ever since joining Superset a few months back, I’ve been able to make it in 3–4 times a week. The progress I’ve made is incredible. Plus, it’s never the same workout twice, which keeps things fresh and keeps you on your toes.

So yeah — if you're really into weight training or just curious about giving it a try, this is the place. And if you're new to group fitness, no worries — the members are all super friendly and supportive. I honestly couldn't be more excited or proud to be part of this growing community.
