I’m not someone who sticks with workouts easily — I’ve tried it all. But Sweat Den is the first place that’s made me genuinely excited to show up. I’ve seen a bigger change in my body in just a few months than I’ve seen in years doing other workouts. The instructors are encouraging, knowledgeable, and fun, and the overall energy of the place keeps you motivated and wanting to come back.

I took my first class at Sweat Den only three weeks ago, and I am hooked! Kelsey and her team of teachers (Kelsey D. and Britt are two of my faves) have made me feel so incredibly welcome. It had been a long time since I had worked out in a studio/class setting, and I was nervous going into class. Kelsey D. taught my first class and really took the time to get me acclimated and settled. It felt vulnerable to not only walk into a new community, but to work out with others when I wasn’t in the same shape I was a decade ago — but I was immediately put at ease by how welcoming everyone was. And I had so much fun at that first class... and every class since.
I was tired of my perimenopausal body changing in ways that seemed to defy math and effort, so while I went to my first class looking for a good workout, what I’ve gotten in the ten classes I’ve taken is so much more than that — I feel like I got myself back in many ways. The workout, the energy in the studio, and the teachers’ encouragement have truly enlivened my whole being — body, mind, and spirit. I feel lit up and alive after every single class. After a tough season this past year, this has been such a gift to give myself.

Update: I have been coming to the Den for 1 year + 3 months, and during that time I have lost 30 lbs. While I have been at this lower weight before I did not previously have the muscle tone and strength that I have gained from working out at Sweat Den. For the first time in my life I have toned arms and visible obliques! Fan for life. Love my new routine, my new muscles/strength and of course no longer feeling squeezed into my clothing. And...because abs are also made in the kitchen, the Sweat Den recipe library is a life-savor, easy, delicious and is NO additional charge with my membership, whoop-whoop!

A workout at the Sweat Den just makes my entire day better. I don’t always show up to class feeling ready for a workout, but I’m quickly in the zone, feeling motivated and energized, thanks to the incredible vibes and encouragement from all of the instructors that teach here. I’m never not full of gratitude on the days I take class here. Not only has my body composition changed (along with the number on the scale) but my mindset has changed too. Sweat Den has made it so easy for me to be consistent with my workouts, which has also helped me be consistent in multiple areas of my life that desperately need it. My mood is better, my sleep and eating habits are better and I move around this earth with much more ease and flow. I pickup some great anecdotal words of wisdom at the beginning of each class that have made a lasting impact on the choices that I make daily. I love ALL of the classes and ALL of the instructors, sorry friends I can’t pick a favorite! Sincere thanks to Kelsey, Ross and team!💫

I had not been working out regularly prior to starting at Sweat Den. I had heard wonderful things about the classes so I decided to try a class. I received a warm welcome from the moment I stepped into the studio. The classes can accommodate many levels of fitness so I felt comfortable with modifications. I have now been going for about 3 months, 2-3 times per week and feel so great. My strength has improved as have my confidence. The instructors are encouraging but challenge you. They are warm, genuine, and a real inspiration to someone who has never been consistent with workouts. This studio, and these classes, have been such a bright spot amongst the chaos of daily life. There is no judgment in these classes, it just 45 minutes for you to take care of yourself. I cannot recommend Sweat Den enough!

I am so grateful this community exists. Every interaction with everyone who works there and the community is incredible. I am almost at 250 classes and this past summer is when I decided to really step into following the format- committing to a consistent schedule and saw incredible results. I’ve wanted to lose 10-15 lbs since having 3 kids and commit to my physical well being. This summer I did it! I’m down 15+ lbs from this strength training method and my Dr. is shocked at the increased muscle mass and decreased body fat percentage. I signed up for the 6 am classes and any other time slots when my schedule allowed and got it done- showing up 5 days a week right now. Sweat Den is a wonderful and welcoming place from the moment you step inside. The instructors(Brittany, Kelsey D., Kelsey S. to name a few) are knowledgeable, skilled, and committed to the process because they are performing the routines right along with you. They use language that connects your mind to your body helping to ensure you’re meeting the current goal. They encourage safe practices with plenty of modifiers since we are all in a different part of our life’s journey. I’m inspired every time I walk in there, and not only by the instructors, but by all the other people who showed up for themselves that day.

I’ve been taking group fitness classes for 10 years, and Sweat Den is by far the most intentional and thoughtfully designed workout program I’ve ever experienced. Sweat Den has truly been life-changing. I found them during an open house while going through a major life shift, and from that first class, I was completely hooked. I started with just a few classes a month due to the drive, but I kept coming back because the workouts made me feel so strong, energized, and grounded every single freaking time.

What began as just Monday tempo has grown into a full weekly rhythm: sculpt (humbling in the best way), perform, and tempo Fridays, the occasional Saturday Sweat Den (iykyk). They totally meet you where you are, every class includes modifications, so whether you’re new, dealing with an injury, or just having a low-energy week, you’re never left behind. I’ve also joined Ross’s breathwork classes and they are next level—deeply centering and powerful. The mindfulness piece is such a rare and welcome layer in a fitness space.

After years of bouncing around studios, I’ve never seen the kind of results I have since committing to this community. Holy smokes, the difference is real. Kelsey and Ross have created something truly special and the instructors, especially Britt and Kara, bring so much energy, strength, and encouragement. You feel seen, supported, and part of something meaningful. I’ve never felt stronger or more inspired. And yes—totally worth the drive.

My love for Sweat Den knows no bounds! Kelsey and Ross have created such a welcoming space rooted in perseverance and community. Everyone uplifts and encourages each other, and the energy is unmatched. I’ve taken classes with Brittany, Liz, and Kelsey—each one is truly amazing and motivating.

I started coming for postpartum weight loss and have lost 10 lbs after just 20 classes. But it’s not just about that—I feel stronger, more grounded, and capable in my own body again. And the fact that my 2-year-old now feels like a sack of feathers when I pick him up? Just the cherry on top.

I gotta say, this place has really stolen my heart! Sweat Den gets it right on so many levels. The instructors are just the nicest, most supportive people. They make a point to connect with you, whether it's cheerful banter when you walk in or follow up with support after class. They're passionate about what they do and lead their classes with heart. That goes a long way for me, because fitness in general is challenging and requires vulnerability just to show up for yourself.

I know fitness classes can be intimidating for some folks, especially when trying something new. Rest assured, you will feel right at home here. The workouts are fun, the community is super supportive and you are encouraged to make modifications as needed. Some days I show up and just need to move slow, focusing more on my breathing and form. Others, I feel strong and can really turn it up. Whatever the case, I ALWAYS leave feeling great and keep coming back for more!

I’ve gone to a handful of different gyms/studios in the last decade and Sweat Den is the highest-quality fitness experience I’ve had!

My Sweat Den experience started few years ago before I moved to Denver. I started doing on-demand workouts after not working out consistently for a few years. I immediately loved the on-demand option. The workouts are super efficient, approachable for any fitness level, well-rounded, and achievable with essentially zero equipment. It was so ideal for someone like me who was just trying to get back to a routine (and a bit intimidated to do so!).

Everything you get from Sweat Den on-demand is amplified at the Platt Park studio. The Sweat Den instructors are true fitness professionals that are extremely dedicated, energetic, intentional, and knowledgeable. Working out in the studio, I’ve seen progression in my physical and mental health that I know I could not have achieved anywhere else. Every time you step in the studio, it’s a positive, supportive, and personal vibe that consistently inspires me to train hard.

Overall, I cannot say enough great things about Sweat Den. No matter where you’re at with your fitness, Sweat Den is a place you can come to connect with amazing people and improve in ways that go far beyond just weights and cardio.

Sweat Den has absolutely changed my life!
I moved to Denver 8 years ago and have tried about 6 different gyms / workout methods over the years - absolutely nothing worked for me until I found the Den!
I had my first baby 5 months ago, so returning to an active lifestyle after being sedentary for years was intimidating and overwhelming.
The instructors at the Den (major shoutout Britt and Kelsey D @ 7:15 am) have been incredible not only for teaching me how to build strength, but for supporting my journey into the gym truly for the first time. This morning I was looking at how many Sweat Den classes I’ve attended (especially as I’m about a week away from my wedding day). And it just hit me that I needed to get online and write a review. I am SO PROUD of how I look and a big part of that credit is due to Sweat Den. In 5 months I’ve taken about 76+ classes, consistently 3-4 times a week. I have lost 15 pounds! And I am so much stronger! In addition, I’m an avid mountain biker and I’ve seen such an improvement in my athleticism and endurance. I just did a huge ride at elevation this past weekend and my fiancé remarked at how impressed he was with my climbing and how much I was pushing and challenging him! These are great classes for anyone no matter where they are in their fitness journey but as a mountain athlete I am getting the bulk of my training here when it comes to conditioning, lifting, core and unilateral leg work. Such, such, such effective programming. And then it changes every 4-5 weeks and we progress again. Kelsey and Ross hold themselves and their instructors to such a high standard. I am in awe of them and so proud to be a member of their community. Thank you to both of you! See you at 6am!

Finally I write a glowing review about this place after hitting 100 classes today!! I’ve been a group fitness girl for over a decade and I think this is the first time I’ve ever reached such a milestone. Since day 1, I’ve loved the vibes here, the community, the coaches (Brittany’s playlists/classes are the best), and of course the workouts. From HIIT to resistance/strength to mat pilates - I can really have it all here in one studio! I admire the coaches especially because they actually DO the workout with you, they’re not just there to yell and give directions - they’re your biggest cheerleaders and mentors. Everyone here is so positive, judgement free, it’s easy to leave class making a new friend or connection. And the workouts are SUSTAINABLE, meaning they’re tough and challenging but doable and programmed to help you build/grow. I never leave feeling defeated or too weak or like I didn’t do enough, that’s the beauty of the den!

I haven’t worked out this consistently since high school sports almost 15 years ago. Nothing has ever motivated me so much to move my body and stick to a routine. Loved this studio, the energy, the music, the workout! I was in town for work and decided to venture out from my normal hotel radius. Exploring platt park was great and the Sweat Den did not disappoint. The workout was hard, but could totally modify. The instructor was very helpful and motivating. She even gave me a shoutout for doing so well my first class :) I wish there was something like this with this vibe in St. Louis. There is a super cute coffee shop across the street too (it’s super craft coffee though so takes longer than your usual coffee stop). Take advantage of their 1st class free if it’s still available!!! 10/10 will be back next time I’m in town.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. I've been taking fitness classes for 15+ years and this is the first studio I've found in Denver that infuses their classes with positive and inspirational energy each and every day. I took one class out of curiosity and have since returned every morning since, taking 5-6X per week. In the past 3 months since joining Sweat Den, I've felt a true shift in my body and mindset and honestly feel sad when I have to miss a class. The founders, Kelsey and Ross are both incredible motivators but so are the other teachers they hire! It's rare to find a studio where I'd be happy to take from any teacher on the schedule and I truly feel that way. What a special place! The atmosphere and energy you get here is unlike any other. Coming to a workout when you’re 7 months pregnant is definitely intimidating to say the least, but not when you’re working out at SweatDen. Kelsey & Ross are so incredible and made me feel welcome every single time I walked onto my mat. They never failed to make sure that I was feeling good and were there to make sure I felt 100% with the modifications. What really stood out to me is Kelsey giving me a specific modification during class and she took the time to hang right next to me and do it with me. There’s not many coaches like this. You can just tell the amount of love that has been poured into this place. Sign up for a class, even if you’re in a place and feeling like “you don’t know where to start.” This is the place to start. You will not regret it.

Hands down the best and kindest trainers I've ever had the pleasure of working out with. Their investment in everyone's fitness journey is obvious and genuine. The workouts are consistently challenging, and there is a format for everyone's preferences, though rotating through them all weekly keeps my interest, and I am able to balance all aspects of upper body, lower body and core. Sweat Den is a community that is encouraging and kind, not competitive and intimidating. Everyone needs to know about Sweat Den. I joined in 2020 when I was pregnant for the first time, and was able to do every workout during my pregnancy. Kelsey and Ross provide modifications to meet you wherever you are in your fitness journey, making the workouts accessible for everybody. I am now on my third pregnancy, and can say that Sweat Den is the gold standard of workout platforms.

When I was cleared to workout postpartum, I didn't feel like I was starting over. I had gotten stronger by following the Sweat Den programs and, with a lot of modifications, was able to jump back into my routine.

The virtual/on demand workouts have been a lifesaver during this phase of life. As a busy mom of young kids, my schedule is unpredictable. Being able to squeeze in a 30 minute workout at home is an invaluable piece of maintaining my sanity.

Finally, the workouts pack a serious punch. 30 minutes or "low impact" does not mean easy. They are HARD. It is truly like having a personal trainer in your home. Kelsey and Ross are extremely knowledgable in anatomy and the process of building and maintaining lean muscle. So not only are the workouts safe, but they are designed to push you to get stronger. I have learned so much about building muscle just from listening to them during the workouts. They always say that "we are the lucky ones", so if you're able to workout, you should take advantage of a Sweat Den class ASAP!

My cousin, Brittany, got me into Sweat Den post having Lumbar Spinal Fusion Surgery. The workout is as intense as you want to make it with a main focus on form, stability, and confidence, which really helped me reach my fitness goals post surgery. Kelsey and Ross are so fun and energetic there is absolutely never a dull moment in these workouts. I honestly cannot recommend Sweat Den enough!

I started working out with Kelsey in 2018 when she was teaching pilates in Cherry Creek, and then I joined the virtual Sweat Den community during COVID (with my 70yo mother-in-law!). She and Ross are the absolute best. The workouts are hard but fun, and they do a great job of keeping you motivated. Would highly recommend them to anyone regardless of your fitness level or age.
