We spend time in Vail and I'm extremely lucky to have found Synergy to continue my pilates practice while I am away from home. The studio is clean, well equipped with BB allegro 2 reformers and all the other necessary equipment for a great session. Online booking is simple and easy for the classes too. But the real reason I am writing this review is to praise the quality of instructors they have at this studio. All the instructors are great and different in their training but I must highlight the true gem of this studio (in my opinion), which is Whitney. I have practiced for many years and at multiple studios and she really shines as not only an incredible instructor who uses her depth of knowledge, cues and passion but passes it along to the students. She actually made me fall in love with classical pilates again after many years of doing a more contemporary style. I really appreciate Whitney for allowing her classes to be more advanced and not being afraid to teach and share her love of pilates. I hope Whitney realizes how much of an asset she is to the Vail pilates community and I thank her for a great summer of pilates!

I took 8 classes from this studio while I was visiting Vail this winter, and I cannot say enough good things about this studio. Every instructor was professional, friendly, extremely competent, and just a pleasure to be around. Although the classes were extremely challenging, the instructors provided modifications that made the classes doable and fulfilling. If you’re looking for a studio that is clean, welcoming, has beautiful equipment and excellent instructors, you cannot go wrong going to Synergy!

Amazing workout, went to the 6am with Anna and it was the perfect mixture of muscle burn and stretch. I definitely feel ready to hit the slopes now! Clean studio with ample amount of equipment. A Pilates girl’s dream!

This studio is bright, clean and class was very challenging but doable. Definitely a great activity to get out of the cold and get a great workout. Stephanie was welcoming and offered corrections as needed. Highly recommend!

I had a private Pilates lesson with Jennifer; she was amazing! It was my first time in a studio and she made me feel completely at ease. The studio was well organized, clean, and spacious. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. I highly recommend it!
