It has been a great experience! My granddaughter has gained a lot of confidence, discipline, and learning how to problem solve when it comes to bullying and questionable behavior by her peers at school. One of the most important things about Taekwondo World and Fitness is that it is very family oriented and it involves everyone in the family unit!

Master White is very good friend of mine i have know him for over 30 + years he is one of the best Martial Arts Instructors in the state of Colorado his experience & knowledge of the Martial is top notch. I my self have been doing martial Arts 50 plus years i highly recommend him, an His School. Taekwondo World & Fitness is a wonderful, family oriented place where students of all ages can learn Traditional Taekwondo. The knowledge and understanding of Taekwondo and the usage of the sport is taught by highly knowledgeable and skilled instructors. Aside from the regular group class, they take the time to show you individually if you need a little more one on one instruction, or just to help you master the techniques. Master White has even taken time to help address school behaviors, showing his commitment to developing well-rounded individuals. My grandchildren absolutely love Taekwondo World & Fitness and have learned so much including The Five Tenets of Taekwondo: courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self control and indomitable spirit, as well as discipline and how to defend themselves. Master Tony White is an amazing teacher and fellow martial artist. Not only does he love teaching martial arts, but he teaches the history of it. Knowing why we do something is very important. When people ask me to recommend a TaeKwonDo school in the Colorado Springs area, his school jumps to the #1 spot on my list.
