As a personal trainer, I help clients get fit, stay active, and develop healthier lifestyles by creating personalized exercise programs and guiding them through physical activities. I work one-on-one with clients, with small groups, or travel to clients' homes if they have equipment.

Maggie is an outstanding trainer!
She is considerate, passionate about her work, and truly cares about her clients’ progress. She always brings the latest technical advice to help you achieve the best results while staying safe. What sets her apart is how observant and attentive she is to proper form, which not only helps you get the most out of your workouts but also prevents injuries. She’s great at working around old injuries so you can keep progressing, and she’s also helping me improve on my biggest weakness “my legs” while making the exercises I used to hesitate doing alone more fun, easy and safe!

I worked with Maggie after my hip surgery, and she was instrumental in helping me recover. I was so impressed by her attention to detail and the personalized care she provided. She created a great plan tailored to my needs, and we worked on it together step by step.
Before working with Maggie, I went to more expensive places covered by my insurance, but they didn’t provide the same level of care. At those places, one trainer worked with 3-4 people at the same time, so I was essentially left to work on my own—it felt like a complete waste of money.
