I love this class. The way Carrie walks through the reasons for restorative yoga makes so much sense. We're always rushing around pushing our emotions aside locking them up inside of us. When I'm done with this class, I always feel lighter and more relaxed. I've noticed I "carry" the calming lessons with me throughout the day too. That's a huge BONUS! I highly recommend this class to everyone.

Every time I have had the opportunity to join the Full Moon Ceremonies, I have had the most incredible time. Before arriving at my first session, I was nervous. The Dragonfly Full Spectrum Daily for Pets is absolutely amazing!

As a cancer patient, I am always looking for anything that can help my body recover from all the toxins. My blood work was completed one week before I scheduled an ION footbath and the results had everyone concerned! My WBC was down as well as my platelets and when this happens, treatments may be stopped.
I have had several ION footbaths but never had the opportunity to see just what it can do in regard to blood test results. This time I did and I'm extremely happy as the results were excellent! The WBC was back to normal and my platelets were in a better position than they have been in a long time, in just a week's time!
I know there is a lot of skepticism as to whether ION footbaths work. I am telling you they do and my blood work results prove it!

I am not one to leave reviews but I cannot speak highly enough of Taspen's. Their products are of the highest quality with all natural ingredients and their services are amazing and beneficial. I have done EVOX Crystal Bed Therapy which was a mental changing experience that has helped me focus on positivity during a difficult time in my life. I have been using Bach Flower remedies for several months which I feel has dramatically helped my mental well being and the changes in remedies is fascinating based on your scans. The ION Foot Detox leaves you feeling cleansed and refreshed. Additionally the staff is sincere, listens to your needs and makes caring suggestions without making you feel that purchases are an obligation. I especially give kudos to Ananda who assists me 90% of the time. She is truly an amazing soul and human being but I am sure all of their staff is. I look forward to trying their yoga classes in the near future and explore other services they offer. As a Conifer resident, I have had the privilege of easy access to Taspens for years and have always enjoyed it. But the current location is something altogether different and special. The yoga studio, which is why I tend to go, is beautiful and full of positive energy. My favorite instructor is Jodi, who teaches a wonderful Vinyasa class. We were looking for a place to get a fresh and healthy lunch before our hike and we are so glad we found Taspen's! Lunch was exactly what we were looking for. We noticed a cute little shop next to the Cafe and found out it had the same owner and chef as the Cafe. He came over to the shop and was very kind and informed us about the history of his shops and his wife's herbal and CBD products. She was a RN like me! I was recovering from Covid and they suggested a certain CBD tincture to help with my lungs and a CBD/CBG gummy to help with my brain fog. The products are wonderful. My daughter and I stopped to get lunch at the Taspen's Cafe and Deli a few weeks ago. Her lips were chapped so she walked across to Taspen"s Store to see if they had something to help. By the time I got over to the store she had several items along with some Restore and Revive for her lips, which happens to be a wonderful product and did it's job splendidly. The one item that she purchased was a bracelet with three lava rocks that you could rub essential oil into. I found myself wanting to smell her wrist the entire next day. I told her that the next time I made the trip from Gunnison to Denver I was going to stop to get a bracelet of my own. Today was that day, and boy am I not disappointed. I picked out my bracelet and proceeded to smell all of the essential oils settling on Happiness. It smells amazing! I had told my coworkers about the store so there were several items that I also picked up for one of them. I can tell you that the help you receive from the staff in the store is amazing. They're unbelievably kind and very knowledgeable about all the products. I would like to given a big shout out to Bylee. She was so sweet and helpful.
I will definitely be making a stop each time I make the trip over, but I'm also really excited that their products are also available online.
Don't forget to pop across the walkway to Taspen's Deli and Bakery before or after shopping. You will not be disappointed by their amazingly fresh food.

It is the best! My favorite of all is the Citrus Facial Moisturizing Cream. They have it with CBD and without. Love both!!! I will never return to any other face creams.
