As a physical therapist, I highly recommend Taylor Pilates for your Pilates and rehab journey! Ashley, Rachel, and Michael are super knowledgeable in anatomy and how the body functions - way more than your average Pilates studio. Absolutely no cookie-cutter approach here; all individualized and specific. They are movement experts and are able to coordinate together isolated issues with whole body connection, then work to maintain and prevent any future issues. I loved the hands-on personalized approach I got in class and I'm sure it's even better in their one-on-one sessions.

Ashley is a master instructor. This is one of the few places where instructors go to get their bodies trained. She is knowledgeable, professional, sincere, and kind. Her private sessions, classes and her workshops are all fantastic. You will feel safe and cared for in her beautiful studio. The fact that you can be seen by multiple experts for more complete care, in one location, is a huge bonus. I whole heartedly recommend Taylor Pilates and Fitness.

It is rare to find someone who is impeccably good at what they do and Ashley Taylor and her team are just that. Staying at home has been hard on our bodies and I am no exception. Ashley developed a program for me and had wonderful referrals for chiropract and physical therapy professionals. Ashley is beyond excellent! She has helped me recover from multiple injuries and stress/ compensate patterns while helping me maintain full body strength and mobility. She is fun to be around too! I’ve been going to Ashley and the difference in my movement has let me to be able to go on crazy long and hard hikes to just being more mobile in day to day life. Ashley has given me programs that incorporated my busy schedule as well as knowing my limits on “homework”.
Even during the pandemic I have felt fine going to the studio because of their rigorous cleaning and safe distancing policies.

I just started Pilates at the suggestion of my fabulous massage therapist. Somehow, not knowing one thing about it, I thought it was going to be easy. Ashley and her studio are absolutely wonderful. I’ve taken Ashley’s classes since she started teaching Pilates. She provides her students with individual attention and instruction, even in a group setting. She is always very careful to consider any individual needs or limitations. Ashley puts a lot of time and thought into designing her classes. She switches things up, rather than repeating the same set of exercises each session. I love this studio and feel so fortunate to have found Ashley Taylor (owner) 5 years ago. As a newbie to pilates, she has worked with me at my pace through the years while nursing me back to full health. I came to find out about pilates from a co-worker as I was adopting a new care plan for my l4-l5 herniated disc in 2013 after failing with combinations of PT, chiropractic, massage, swimming, cycling, etc. Now, I am not the most macho guy in the world but I did "know" that pilates was something that my mom and aunt do to keep fit.
I skeptically tried out an initial package after being in pain for far too long - This was the single best decision I have made about my back. From severe back pain that not only limited my mobility but also kept me from the sports I love, I am back to soccer, mtn biking, skiing and everything in between. She has been nothing short of incredible.
Every class she takes the time to check in to see what is going on with my body since our last session and customizes what she does with me to maximize my benefits from the session!

I've been working with Hannah McElwaney on a one-on-one basis for three months now at Taylor Pilates & Fitness. I have a lower lumbar injury, and Hannah has provided supportive, challenging, and informative instruction. It has helped me to feel stronger and has contributed to a boost in my self esteem. I've learned so much already, but I'm just getting started. The studio itself is bright, clean, and well organized. I haven't worked with Ashley, the studio owner, but she has always greeted me with a smile. I can't say enough positive things about my experience at Taylor Pilates & Fitness!
