Amazing pole studio with classes taught by fantastic dancers and wise mentors. Inclusive of all bodies and walks of life able to appreciate an up and coming artistic trend!

Pole, Lyra, Dance, Burlesque, Pilates and more!

Very clean, great facilities, something for anybody that likes to move!

This studio is pure magic with a side of filth—in the best way. Folks cheer for each other in class, and Ashlee runs the place like a hilarious, no-bullshit, filthy fairy godmother who deeply understands bodies and wants you to feel powerful and sexy in yours.

All the instructors are incredibly talented and deeply knowledgeable about how bodies work, so you feel challenged but never unsafe. And there’s everything—pole, dance, stretching, lyra, and more.

It’s sweaty, sexy, silly, hard as hell, and totally addicting. And the vibe is just the best. Come for the pole, stay for all the amazing people.

I've been coming to Tease for a little over 2 years now and cannot recommend it enough. Every bit of this place embodies what it means to be welcoming and inclusive - from the instructors to your fellow classmates - It's the closet we'll get to real life BarbieLand (with a little less pink). If you've ever wondered what it was like to pole dance or burlesque, just give it a try! Im glad I did and am forever grateful for this community.

Tease have been my home for over 3 years. I've felt welcomed and encouraged from the start, even as I started out out of shape and having zero experience, I"ve only been hyped up by teachers and classmates alike. I've also loved the emphasis on warm up, strength, mobility and flow, and not pushing students to get into tricks they are not ready for just for clout, with no regards for possible injuries, All in all a very accepting, uplifting and safe place.

I started private lessons with a friend after having taken a break from it due to bearing children. I was so nervous that I wouldn't feel good about it as I was quite out of shape. Ashley was our instructor for the first few lessons, she was amazing! Made me feel great about myself and instructed very well, starting off easy and really watching my body to come up with moves that catered to my natural body movements.
My friend could no longer take lessons with me and I did one more lesson with Ashley before she had Mariah fill in for her. I immediately realized she was a perfect match for me and the kind of workout I was looking for. She became my instructor from that moment on.
It has been amazing! I really feel Ashley knew based upon working with me and then studying my movements and what I was wanting to pair me with Mariah for the perfect match. I am getting everything I hoped for out of my lessons with her. I was happy with Ashley but it was the right move to pair with me Mariah. They pay great attention to learning your body more than you realize at first.
Thank you tease for the great experience and work out I get every wednesday, well worth every dollar spent! I couldn't be more satisfied with my private lessons! The best!

Tease is literally the best place, so many great, supportive instructors and the community is really special and everyone uplifts one another. I never thought I could dance and felt wicked uncomfortable in any form of dance and after a year, it’s all change for the better.

The instructors are so patient and kind. Everyone who are students are so respectful and non-judgemental. I felt comfortable taking the classes and am glad I got a membership because these classes are addicting.

Update: It’s been a little more than 6 months and I still love it here! It’s such a confidence booster and everyone is so encouraging and inspiring. I’ve broken out of my shyness and I couldn’t have done it without Tease studio.

My boyfriend got me and him a private lesson for Valentine's Day and it was SO much fun. Our teacher was Mariah and she was so nice and really broke down each step for us. We had so much fun doing this and will definitely come back for another lesson once we practice some of what we learned.

The reason I dislike this studio is its lack of diversity in trainers /coaches for the classes (yt women or Asian women) and the music lacks diversity. The coach for the class is going to put on the worst mix ever and it hinders me from getting in the zone. Even during open pole. All they do is play white girl stripclub music. If they had a more diverse team that would likely not happen and they could cater to the non white girls who attend. I hate having to pay for a class and not be able to get into the dance part because of the music selection. Also each class is like 70% yoga 10% pole 20% chit chatting. I am also not paying for a POLE class to warm up for 40 mins. It wouldn’t take that long to warm us up if the studio wasn’t set to frigid year round. I literally would rather do pole in my house

My therapist actually recommended this studio to me. She said "I would credit Tease for saving 2 of my ED clients' lives. That studio deeply supported their mental and physical progress whether they know it or not." I've been going a couple months now and I can't say enough good things. Ashlee is so encouraging, witty, and fun. She will work you for sure in the best ways. Love her Look Good Naked class. Becka is so knowledgeable and really cares about supporting your stretching goals while making light and having fun during intense stretches. Love her Stretch It Out class. Abbey was really encouraging and empowering. Loved the Liquid Motion class. Ryley's Dance Cardio has been fun. We sing along, dance, sweat, and laugh. No biggy. Georgia's Burlesque class and Rachel's Bass Babes were a lot of fun. Still working my way up to pole dancing and the heel classes but the studio overall has been so supportive. The wide variety of classes makes it so there's always something for me to do. Cannot say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend.

I signed up for a membership with Tease and didn’t realize they required a 30 day cancellation. I got charged and notified them immediately. I was advised the membership would be cancelled and they would extend the lessons from the last month to give me more time to take the classes. It was worded as if I wouldn’t be charged again but to my surprise I was charged the following month. So be aware if you’re a new customer and sign up for a membership and don’t like it, you’ve just bought yourself two months. A 30 day cancellation notice on a monthly subscription is at the very least bad business and at worst a predatory practice.

My home studio! I've been to studios in LA, Boston, NYC, South Carolina, Arizona, Athens Greece, and Singapore so far, but none of them felt like home. Everyone here is friendly, motivated, welcoming and fun. There are lots of entry level classes for beginners with no dance experience or background, once you start advancing, the class progression feels really solid as well. Instructors are great and really care about what they do.

I called 5 hours in advance to let the studio know that I wouldn’t be able to attend a class I was scheduled to take that evening because I had dislocated a tendon in my wrist that afternoon. I was able to provide a doctors note but was still charged $15 in addition to losing the class (which was deducted from my monthly 4-class pack) because of their rigid 8 hour policy. I’ve been coming to this studio for over a year and it’s disappointing to see that the owner doesn’t value the health of their patrons. I didn’t just decide that I didn’t feel like attending, I had medical orders not to attend.

UPDATE: my year long contract came to an end this month (12/23). However, I received an email informing me that I was auto enrolled in another year. The studio began charging me again and the manager has been completely unresponsive and unwilling to remedy the situation. I did not consent to a renewal or extension of this contract in any way. I don’t want to continue going to this studio and I haven’t attended a class there since July 2023. Beyond this not being ethical, it’s illegal to force someone to pay on contract they did not sign.

Have taken many classes with Rachel and love them, though at times it feels crowded and there are already cliques in class so less welcoming. But I went for myself so that was fine. No place but bathroom sink to fill up your water bottle so don't bring a big one...and it gets hot as hell in the summer in that studio.

I took mamy classes this year & joined in 2 showcases, both felt unorganized/last minute details from big picture things. I ordered photos from the first one but never received them. No one could tell me where to get more info for them, owner never responded to questions either. I was never charged so I let it go.
But they did overcharge some fee that was supposed to be included, again owner never responded to me during process but instructor Rachel was able to figure it out & get it refunded eventually. I got exactly 1 email response after it was done as it had been a couple weeks since refund was approved...and I found Ashlee to be quite rude & unhelpful in that email.

On my 2nd showcase, I specifically did not sign up for photos/videos since it never happened the first time, but got charged anyway without my auth?? Emailed owner Ashlee a couple times, zero response. Had to get my CC company to force the refund.

Love Rachel's classes & being able to perform, but the organization is rough, the owner is worse, & I don't take kindly to multiple unauthorized charges. So ill be going elsewhere.

If you’re going to advertise your studio at Pride and allow folks to play on the poles, maybe try being a lot nicer. Blonde lady (I assume the owner) was super rude despite my knowledge of pole even though she let people who have never been on a pole come play.
If you’re so worried about liability, don’t let randoms play on the pole. In my opinion a total newbie is more likely to hurt themselves and risk “liability” than someone with basic pole knowledge.
Lots of people do pole now; lots of people understand that your pole is “slippery and a stage pole.” Drop the ego and try being more fun, inclusive, and celebratory.

That being said I will look to perform and practice with other pole and dance studios in Denver. I suggest other folks do the same! Would not feel comfortable dancing in a space with such negative vibes. Happy dancing!

Just when I thought I was stuck in a rut with my pole dancing abilities and not really learning much of anything new tease came into my life and reignited my passion for pole dancing. Even just taking one class once a week for four weeks I’ve seen so many improvements in my strength and abilities. The wonderful instructors and employees at tease are so supportive and free thinking. I really feel like I’ve found a place to express myself without judgement. I can’t go on enough about how excited I am to continue my pole dancing journey with them and if pole dancing is something you’re interested in I suggest giving them a try because you won’t be disappointed! I also want to add that good amount of these bad reviews are posted by people affiliated with a different competing “studio” in Denver that just opened a few months ago. I suggest giving it a try to see if it’s for you first before you post a review or form an opinion on this small, local business.

Not professional, perpetuates judgmental ideologies on patrons. This rhetoric leads to the endangerment of women. And discrimination of other customers. I enjoy taking Lyra classes at Tease whenever I have enough points on class pass. This studio has an inclusive, body positive atmosphere that gives me comfort and confidence taking classes. I almost always take Sarah's beginning class because I don't go regularly. There is a sense of community here and I always feel welcomed at whatever level I am no matter how long since my last visit and I get inspired to keep coming back. Sarah cares about us having fun or getting what we want from class and also makes sure we are working safely. It's really important to me in classes that a teacher be informed about injury prevention and proper techniques especially in warm up and cool down. I find that the case here. Prices are good for aerial and parking isn't bad. Front desk has always been helpful. Check them out!

I was really looking forward to trying something new so I signed up for a class. I had to cancel because I had to work late. I discovered that you get charged for the class and a late fee. I find this to be a poor business model. If you already pay for the class why do you have to be charged twice? When I brought this up to them they said to read the fine print. Okay you are right but if I paid for the spot in the class, there should be no reason for another charge regardless if I use my spot or not. I got a rude response back. So I won't even try to use this dance studio. Based on a first impressions, they have very poor customer service and lack consideration for their potential members. Really have enjoyed my classes at Tease. The variety keeps me interested and fully engaged which is great. Sometimes it’s hard to get into certain classes due to popularity as well as less times available offered, so best to plan ahead if you can. I love it all. Pole, Dance, Ariel, Fitness! Dope! Keep it up Tease ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I came into tease as a Classpass user. I took a level 1 intro to pole class and the famous "look better naked" class through the third party app before deciding to become a studio member. A year later I am SO GLAD I went for their membership. The studio is always clean, the instructors and staff are not only supportive, friendly and knowledgable but they make you feel safe in an environment that can be really intimidating. I would recommend this studio to anyone looking for a new type of workout in a empowering and fun atmosphere.

Went for a bachelorette party and had a great time! Our instructor was so talented but was also able to give us more of a rookie approach (she showed us some AMAZING moves but they were a little above our skill level 😉). She had a fun energy that made us relax a little and upbeat music that really got us into it. The location was a little bit hard to find so I would recommend giving yourself a few extra minutes to make sure you aren't late. 10/10 experience and I would especially recommend it for bachelorette parties.

Going to this studio is my place of peace. My first time going into the studio i had no idea what to expect and even with no expectation they exceeded all expectation possible. I know tell everyone that will listen to go here and they also left satisfied. The studio is amazing, clean and welcoming. The staff is phenomenal which is a understatement. This place has become my new home and I'm sure it will be yours too.

Took two classes when travelling in Denver. Tease was great! I took an aerial conditioning class which used sling, but was great regardless, good level of challenge. I also took a stretching class with Casey and I LOVED that class. My body felt so good when I left and I also have some good tidbits to add into my own training. Thanks for the classes! Highly recommend.

I have been taking classes at TEASE for almost 4 years. At first I was just going to take a class to see what pole was all about, but I immediately got hooked. The classes are amazing, the instructors are fantastic, and it is the best workout I have ever had. I highly recommend TEASE to anyone who wants to have fun, get their sexy on, and get a great work out in a highly energized and supportive environment. TEASE rocks!

I took my first pole class at Tease, not expecting that it was something I'd want to spend too much time on. A few months later, I'm there several times a week. It's challenging, fun and a great workout.

I am a fat woman (descriptive, not a dis) and body shaming etc. was a big concern for me when I started pole. But I've never experienced anything but positivity and body acceptance at Tease. I've seen instructors help people with all sorts of bodies figure out how to make different moves work for them, and there is a general awareness that not every thing works for every body. I love pole, but one of my favorite parts of the week is Monday night burlesque with Parker. Taking a dance class from a woman who's a fantastic teacher, dancer AND who has a body that is shaped more similarly to my own is a little bit of magic.

That said I've enjoyed every instructor I've taken classes with - and I love having the variety available, because sometimes if I'm not getting a move with one instructor, another has a slightly different way to do it and - BAM- it makes sense. Also, everyone who works at the front desk is helpful and kind.

If aesthetics are important to you, the space is always clean, shiny and welcoming.

I haven't taken any pole classes here as I am nursing an injury, but I can say I LOVE the dance classes at Tease. Ashley M & Kismet are both wonderful instructors and create such a fun and welcoming environment for dancers of any level. Tease is such a great studio! Every instructor is kind and patient (I’m a newbie) and there are so many class options. I love pole, but if you’re just looking for dance classes, they are great here too. For pole, Ashlee and Jess are awesome. For sling, Casey, Toni, and Staza are all wonderful. For dance and conditioning, Kismet and Alena are amazing! I highly recommend coming to this studio and trying a variety of classes.

Tease is fantastic💕. I started in July of 2018 and think this place is wonderful for complete beginners. I came in wanting to find something new to do after a bad L5-S1 buldging disc. I found pole dancing and love it now. All the teachers have their own personality and strengths in the classroom so be sure to try out a few classes. The people who become your peers are also generally super lovely.

Having attended pole and other dance fitness classes at several different studios in Denver, I can say with confidence that Tease ranks high on the list. Instructors are precise and professional; if your goal is to advance a skill, they will see you get there. Regular attendees establish a sense of community. The only drawback is that it's so popular, you may be crowded out of certain classes--sign up early, and don't expect 100% individual attention in a packed class. Also, the pricing can be a little steeper than some other studios who offer equal quality, but perhaps aren't as popular or "chic." Keep an eye out for promotions by getting on their mailing list or Facebook group.

I have been absolutely blown away by the atmosphere at Tease. The instructors do a great job creating an safe and welcoming space for student to learn. I absolutely love Tease and would live there if I could. They offer aerial hoop and sling, chair dance, pole, and so many different dance classes.

I would recommend new to the studio students try any of the lvl 1 pole classes, Kismet’s Naughty Hour, or Ashley’s burlesque class. The studio also has a free intro to pole class Tuesday 6:00-6:30pm.
