I was introduced to Pilates in a more modern, high intensity setting. This studio offered a more intimate class focused on full body form and intentional muscle movement in a lower intensity manner. The studio was clean and welcoming. The instructor was kind and extremely knowledgeable. ◡̈

FINALLY a Classical Pilates studio in Denver Metro!
I would be here 3 days a week if they offered more night classes.
Please add more!

A second location that focuses on Reformer Pilates. Smaller class sizes and great for lots of individualized attention serving form/technique. If you have the energy to push, the instructors are sure to help you achieve the workout you need!
Clean, quiet. Open most mornings, but sign up quick! Class spots go fast.

This studio is where I go to get my ass kicked with love. It’s challenging in the best way—my core is stronger, my back doesn’t ache after a day at my desk, and I’ve gained actual height (or at least it feels like it). The reformer workouts are brutal and oddly addictive.
Ashlee knows bodies like a mechanic knows engines, and she’s built a team that’s just as sharp. I’ve done a ton of Pilates/reformer/yoga etc. including private classes, and this is the highest quality instruction I’ve ever had in a group class!
Classes are super small, and I appreciate the personal coaching and hands-on feedback. I sweat, I swear, and it’s worth it when I see my posture improving and I feel stronger in other practices like dance and pole.
And just like the Tease dance studio, the vibe is supportive and playful with a little sexy spice. ✨

Knowledgeable instructors and small class sizes - perfect to get the workout you want with less of the noise of big classes, more personalized attention. Great addition to Tease !

Love that Tease Studio has expanded to a Reformer-specific space. Stretching and Pilates is so important to keep our bodies flexible and build strength to prevent injury. It’s something that should absolutely be part of anyone’s practice. Love that the space is small, it really allows us to interact with our instructor 1:1 and make sure we’re stretching properly and can get modifications if needed.

This is my first studio for reformer and is so welcoming and fun. Love the small class sizes and instructors. A great compliment to pole at Tease down the street. Same amazing vibes!

Ashlee is a fabulous teacher and I love this little studio! The classes are HARD but she pays really careful attention to detail and alignment so you never feel like you're totally overwhelmed or going to hurt yourself. (I've been to other studios where they just throw you right into big impersonal classes and you feel like you're going to hurt yourself on the reformer...) Highly recommend!!

The classes are small so that personal attention can be given to prevent injury and maintain proper alignment. The instructor is super knowledgeable about the body and has a sense of humor that makes coming to class the highlight of my week! In the 3 months that I’ve been attending Reformer classes at Tease 2, I’ve noticed that I feel stronger and my posture is better.

I've been to a couple of reformer classes at bigger chains, and they've been impersonal and a bit robotic. I felt like a customer not a person.
Here, it's 5 machines so the class size is always small. The instructors actually pay attention, there's a focus on individual form, and they always provide adjustments for different body types and levels. Every class I feel like I'm being pushed just past my current ability and stretching a little bit more. It's paying off, my core feels stronger and even my posture has improved. I almost don't want to leave this review because I don't want this place to get too booked up, but the studio owner is the most genuine, knowledgeable, and kind person ever, and she deserves a fitness empire.

First of all, this is a separate location from Tease Studio on Walnut, but they are owned/managed under the same company.
Teaser 2 is a Reformer Pilates studio that was added to the Tease family to provide additional fitness options for folks training at Tease (or anyone really.) The studio is clean + well lit, the teachers are super knowledgeable and will definitely give you a great workout. Classes are adequately priced for what you get out of it, and if you already have a Tease membership, you can roll Reformer classes at Teaser 2 into that existing membership for a little bit more.
If you've never taken a Pilates class (or a Pilates class on a Reformer) Ashlee is SO knowledgeable and will walk you through the different pieces of the machine so you don't feel like a confused pretzel. She's great at giving detailed instructions on what muscle group you should be feeling, how slow you should be moving, and how to breathe through it.
If you're already an aerialist at Tease, Pilates is EXCELLENT cross-training and helps to work on your isometric strength conditioning (aka holding a stationary move for longer.) If you're not an aerialist, and just looking for a Pilates studio that will give you a good workout and make sure you do it right and don't leave injured, Teaser 2 is that studio!
Located in RiNo just off the 38th/Blake station, it's easy to get to via public transit, there's nice wide sidewalks for walking or biking there, or street parking and a paid parking lot around the corner are available.
