Love the Cycling Yogi! I look forward to each class. Consistency with exercise has gotten so much better since joining. The space is lovely and everyone is so friendly and supportive. I appreciate the small touches like the lavender towels at the end of the work out and the bathroom/shower amenities. So glad I found this community!!

Highly recommend The Cycling Yogi! There is a variety of classes available: spin, yoga, barre, and strength. Also personal training is available which I do weekly with Susie! Beautiful studio that is very well maintained and full of kind and encouraging people. Also they offer a great trial deal before committing. Check em out!

I had such an amazing time at the Cycling yogi this past weekend. My dance team and I had a sponsored workout with Ashley and she was amazing. It was my first time taking a cycling class and it was so fun! I 10/10 recommend!!

Ashley from the Cycling Yogi was amazing! She led me and the MSU Denver Dance team through a great workout, with weights, cycling, and yoga. My girls and I felt so good after the workout and will definitely be coming back. 10/10 recommend this place for a beginning or returning cyclist.

As someone who started at The Cycling Yogi as a β€œnon-athlete,” I am continually amazed at what I am able to do now! I am stronger and more flexible and confident than I ever have been. Every instructor and class is different and challenges me in different ways and I feel great after every class. The community is so fun and supportive…it’s definitely one of my favorite places!

What a cool idea! Combination spin and yoga for a fun and challenging cardio and strength workout. Facilities were clean and modern and they had mats, weights, blocks, etc for you to use. I loved Ashley’s Wednesday night class and want to go back soon.

I enjoy the variety of classes, and all the instructors are very nice and supportive. The classes are small, so you feel like you are getting some personal training. I'd say the majority of the clientele are average, middle-age adults, so it is not intimidating at all, especially for a newby to yoga such as myself. I would recommend going here for anyone wanting to change up their exercise routine.

I can't say enough good things about TCY! From invigorating cycle sessions to soul-soothing yoga classes, this studio has become my haven for fitness and well-being.

The instructors are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly motivating, creating an environment that's both challenging and supportive. Every class feels like a journey, and I leave feeling refreshed, energized, and accomplished.

The studio itself is immaculate, with a serene ambiance that instantly puts you at ease. The attention to cleanliness and the welcoming atmosphere make it a joy to step through the doors every time.

What truly sets TCY apart is the sense of community. The staff is friendly, and fellow members create a positive and inclusive vibe that enhances the overall experience.

I am so grateful to be a part of this wonderful studio, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a holistic approach to health and wellness.

Love this community and variety of classes. Yoga Sculpt and circuit classes are a great way to use weights and get stronger, but also get some cardio with cycling. All the instructors are helpful, kind, and patient for all levels which I really appreciate. A smaller studio that offers a lot! Highly recommend!

I am so happy to have found this wonderful workout community. With covid, my old yoga studio closed and I missed the community so much. I had never done indoor cycling and was worried that I wouldn't be able to keep up. I especially LOVE the hybrid classes, but all the classes I have done are so awesome. The classes are fun, and you are able to go at your own ability. The teachers have all been great and knowledgeable and helpful about what they are teaching. They also host specialty workshops which I have done as well and they were very good. I highly recommend the Cycling Yogi if you are looking for a welcoming workout community.

My wife and I joined The Cycling Yogi at the beginning of this year, and have done many spin cycling, yoga, and barre classes. The community there is amazing. All the instructors are so chill, accepting of whatever level you are at, and supportive.....and yet inspire us to improve in whatever area we need improvement (flexibility, cardio, etc.). I am addicted now, and enjoy it so much that I am taking a class to become a cycling instructor there. This is a great place to establish your exercise practice.

After leaving NYC I never thought I’d find quality studios or instructors again. This studio is even better than the NYC studios. They have a variety of classes that fit all levels: yoga, spin, barre, strength training, etc. I’m a few months post partum and this studio is forgiving if you aren’t able to complete every exercise, but they also push you to do your best. Highly recommend for anyone who loves group fitness classes!

I live with five dudes. I needed a spot I could go for a different vibe. A more calming, centering, expressing vibe. This is a place I can go to work my sh*t out. The instructors are helpful, welcoming and open to all. If your new to cycle and or yoga, the cycling yogi is a great place. If your a veteran, the cycling yogi can also offer you a beautiful wellness experience. Your needs in your wellness journey can be met through the various classes offered at the cycling yogi. I have had the pleasure of experiencing Dennis's cycle vinyasa 30/30 class and he was great to guide and give modifications so you can spin at your comfort level. Jaime's vinyasa class was such a healing experience for me. Jaime asked the class what we want to check into in our bodies, what's needing attention on us. So considerate to open with that. Helpful for me specifically because I was able to getΒ some relief from neck pain and gained more movement in my neck. A true therapy Jaime's vinyasa class offered me, my body and my mind. Overall my experiences thus far at the cycling yogi have been such a positive in my life. I highly recommend this to anyone. You deserve a great wellness experience and here you will get it.

The Cycling Yogi is a hidden gem in Green Mountain, Lakewood. I have been going to this studio for about 8 years and not sure what I would do without it. This is a quality, cost effective studio that has a lot of offer from yoga, cycle, sculpt, barre, cycle/yoga and personal training. It is truly the one stop shop. They offer a variety of classes to keep things fresh and are always trying something new. The owner spends an enormous amount of time and energy making sure the studio, is safe, clean, has quality classes, and has something to offer anyone and everyone. The classes are small but no problem getting into a class. The classes are a great workout, I never leave disappointed. And don't be surprised if a cold, lavender washcloth shows on your matt or bike after a vigorous workout to cool you down. The best part of all, the instructors are top notch, welcoming and fun. The Cycling Yogi is truly a community and a special gift to the Green Mountain area.

Great fitness studio! Fun workout!

Me and my wife have been going to their classes for the past 10 days, and we love their classes. Didn't imagine we could bend ourselves so much and do all their workouts, but we have been made to! The instructors are good with correcting our wrong postures.

The cycling/yoga 30/30 format is a great one. Barre fit sessions are great too. Deep stretches and yoga sessions are so relaxing.

Its safe and encouraging environment there.

Initially I felt the membership fees were expensive, but actually if we give it a deeper thought and do the actual math, it turns out to be very good deal. They have classes at convenient times and you actually can attend most of the classes. Their sessions are focussed, with mix of both cardio, endurance and yoga. So its good value for the money and time. ...And unlike the big chain franchises and fitness clubs, you can directly talk to the owner Patsy (locally owned club it is), ... and you never know ... you might get a great deal!!

This place is a lot of fun! They offer several strictly yoga classes, strictly cycling classes, barre classes and some combo classes. I've done the cycle/yoga 30/30 class a couple times. Since I just started working out 3 weeks ago, I didn't want to jump right in and do the full 45 minutes of cycling for fear of death. I thought the combo class would be a good stepping stone.

It was a little tricky to find at first, but my GPS had me turn one parking area too early, where a Burrito Express was. Coincidence? I think not. It's behind/adjacent to Tuesday Morning. Do not give into the seductive burrito place!

Megan was the instructor my first time. She made sure my bike was adjusted correctly and explained to me the adjustments she made and why so that I would know how I would need to adjust it on my own the next time.

Let me just say, after 30 minutes of cycling, yoga was a great way to wind down. I was still breathing pretty heavy when we started yoga so the "slowly inhale and exhale" was not happening! But by the end, I was nice and stretched out and most of the sweat had subsided. After trying several different classes, I ended up getting hooked on Jill's yoga sculpt class. She's so fun and really works your booty. A big plus, they provide yoga mats, sweat towels, and an amazing lavender scented wet towel to use during yoga!

This is a mediocre studio that is extremely expensive for what it offers. Comparable studios have cheaper rates and honor their consistent clients by offering them discounts. This studio only offers discounts to new clients, then they increase the price drastically. I just received an early black Friday offer from another studio for $99 for 3 months unlimited. The cycling yogi charges you $327 for this. Huge difference in price! Other local studios charge 10 classes for $100. This studio charges $169 for 10 classes. I would give it a 4 if the prices were reasonable.

I love this place! It is a really awesome location and I love the instructors, although I wish that sometimes they had more time offerings on Saturday/Sundays.
