Oh man what can I say? Total niche movement philosophy. Almost entirely guided fitness classes that are well off the beaten path from your standard gym fair. I cannot recommend enough Dante&Ren's guidance to achieving safe and long lasting fitness.

Ren & Dante have named their gym well. This gym is so much more than a place to workout. It’s a haven for connection, empowerment & authentic community. I enjoyed the womens self defense workshop so much tonight. Thank you for making this topic digestible & being sensitive to what so many have lived through. So excited for future workshops & classes where I can physically/mentally sharpen ⚔️ Thank you for creating & continuing to grow this space guys 🤲 ♥️ ✨ much LOVE

Small but mighty, this is how I would describe the Den. They are working to build something and I want to share why that’s important to me. I’m a disabled veteran. Some of my injuries and pain have at time brought me to a place where I no longer wanted to be here. I happened to meet Ren and Dante through a men’s group that Dante was a part of. I went to him in pain. His hippie/spiritual bend to fitness and to community and his different way of approaching my pain brought me relief. Words right now cannot convey to all of you what that means…tears, a spirit soaring, a smile where there was none …and for that he has gained a client and friend for life. They are not like any gym that you would expect. Yes, they train, yes, they have the nutrition, yes, they have the classes, but it’s not what makes them special…they seek community, family, a special place for people to both support each other and to suffer in a good way and grow. Their place isn’t pretty…yet. Their hearts and spirits are beautiful. If I could put one thing out there is to come talk to them, come support them, help them grow to a place that they deserve to be…they are my family now, for the life they added back into my years, for the belief that I can live and find a path through my pain. 🙏

I tried a few gyms when I wanted to learn women’s self defense before finally finding the Den. Come for the classes and stay for the incredible community! The owner, Dante, is very knowledgeable and creates a safe, inviting space for all levels. Hope to see you there!

Such an amazing space. The community is really welcoming and supportive. The coaches have such great knowledge and care for their work. They take a really mindful approach to movement, and offer a big diversity of class types and times. The strength and conditioning, primal movement, and steel mace flow classes are my favorite! Highly recommended!

I absolutely love this gym, atmosphere and people. It’s a very tight nit group, and I’m biased but the teaching is awesome. Come check it out!

I wasn't aware that a gym like The Den Somatics even existed... This place a more than a gym but rather a place of transformation. Their holistic and mindful approach to movement and exercise has helped me build new levels of strength and skills while also deepening my understanding of how to care for my body. The coaches and community were exactly what I was looking for. Do yourself a favor and give this gym a try!

Highly recommend this gym for anyone looking to get into martial arts or continuing to build out their skills. Dante coaches in a personalized way that is mindful and focuses on improving skills + he is just a great guy. I've been to other gyms and this is by far the best!

It’s a great place not only to learn about training but how to mentally/ physically be a better person. It also has a bunch of different classes not related to training which are amazing to heal your soul!
