Having a personal trainer really helps keep me motivated. Working out there goes so fast, it almost like NOT working out, but my muscles let me know that I did ;) Following what the computer screen tells you to do, almost makes it like playing a game. I enjoy each of the trainers I have seen, they are all helpful and encouraging.

I love the strength building program and how doable it is. I feel great after the 20 minute intense workout and enjoy the sessions two days a week. I've been at it for seven months and feel great! My body has firmed up, and I'm stronger and much more flexible. I have lots of energy and a stronger feeling of well-being. I also love the owner and staff! They are encouraging and supportive, and also very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. Working out at The Exercise Coach is an all around wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it!

I have been working out here for almost 2 years and just love it. I’ve never been interested in “exercise” but as I age I know I need to do SOMETHING! I can be there and back in 30 minutes, twice a week, and can tell my body is stronger and more stable. It feels so good to do this for myself, and after years of gym memberships, expensive trainers, and home exercise equipment collecting dust… I’m finally doing something good for my body and sticking with it!

I was so excited to find a studio that meets my needs to a T!! I am a busy, professional and mother. I’m active- always outdoors and walking dogs. I need strength training but I don’t have time to spend an hour or more at a gym, not to mention I hate how crowded and dirty gyms feel! The Exercise Coach is a focused 20min strength training workout that is a killer!! There is never more than a few people in, as it’s designed to be intimate 1-on-1 coaching. It’s always possible to squeeze into my day plus Meredith and the team are so motivating and hold me accountable in the best ways!! This has been a life changer for me!!

I've been going here for several weeks and I really like it. It's 20 minutes of hard work - to MY scale of "hard" not someone else's - and I can already tell I'm getting stronger. Dylan (the coach I work with) is such a nice person, and he keeps me motivated to do my best every time. I'm very glad I found this place!
