My husband and I highly recommend Exercise Coach: the program, the staff, and the facility! We are not β€œgym goers”, so the Exercise Coach has been a very easy β€œdo” for us! Don’t get me wrong~the physical work on the machines is HARD and seems even foreign when you first start, but it doesn’t take long to get the hang of it. The trainers are great! They are helpful, instructive, encouraging and supportive~NO intimidation or pressure here! They listen to you about your needs. They can modify exercises for a bad knee, bad back, bad hip, or for whatever ails you. The machines keep track of your progress, and it doesn’t take long to see and feel progress. Those machines and your hard work build strength! The best part of their program is that it only takes 20 minutes, and it WORKS!!! We are over 65, so we have seen and felt results! For us the facility on Pierce is close, the exercise cycle on the machines is only 20 minutes, progress is seen and felt, and the staff is wonderful! If you’re looking for something that is good for you, builds strength, takes only 20 minutes, and works, the Exercise Coach is for YOU, and it is so doable!!!

I was skeptical my first visit, but the feedback I get from the resistance machines is great. I see the improvement during my classes and in my day to day activities. Absolutely am loving the Exercise Coach in Littleton! The staff is friendly and knowledgable, the equipment is state of the art, there is an easy plan to follow when you arrive, plus who can complain about a workout that only takes 20 minuets?!?! I am 64 years old, recovering from a ski accident that resulted in compressed neck vertebrae and rotator cuff/bicep tendon surgery. Everyone has been super supportive and provide alternative moves when needed. I cannot recommend them enough!

I was looking for strength training and came across The Exercise Coach through Facebook. I found an Exercise Coach in Littleton, only 10 minutes from our house. We (my husband and I) have been members for over 2 years now and really enjoy our sessions. This is the first time getting my husband into a gym! These are excellent sessions for senior citizens as they focus on balance, keeping active and strong. We have both gained muscle strength and I feel stronger and healthier than ever, even losing considerable weight. I would highly recommend the Exercise Coach to anyone (young or old) who wants to increase or maintain their strength and health.

If you are older and looking for away to get stronger and have better mobility safely, then this is the pace for you. I deal with stenosis and am bone on bone in my lower lumbar region.. I need to rebuild my core muscles to avoid surgery. I have been going here for last 5 months & just bought another 5 months. Improvement is slow, safe and steady but results driven. That’s what you need to get your life back. Kyle and his team are wonderful & take the time one on one to help you get there. I have made exercise a part of my life since I was 16. I'm 68 now and have bad arthritis in my knees and tendonitis in one of my elbows. Really appreciate the team at Exercise Coach. My husband and I are in our mid 30s and hate working out, to be completely frank. We have always had trouble finding any type of exercise we could consistently enjoy and stick to but EC's program makes it approachable and dare I say... easy? I mean, the workout itself is not easy - but it feels like all we have to do is show up and do our best. Kyle, Philip and Nabeel are all super friendly and chill and make the setting very comfortable so that it truly feels like a no judgement zone. I feel stronger and can feel the soreness you feel the next day after a workout. I enjoy the change in workouts so you do not get bored or get complacent in your workout. My time is valuable as-is everyone else and I appreciate the new workout method created for you (depends on the package you purchase).

Dudes, it's worth your time and your money. The facility is clean, the people are kind, and the coaches are encouraging and patient.
