Called multiple times with no answer.
Was given a card with a name and number for volleyball and got no response back. Went in personally to enter my daughter into volleyball and no one could help me. I was just given a card and told to call that person and was again ignored.

Not a good experience. This facility didn't have heat, bleachers or a concession stand. It was 1 degree when we arrived. We was prepared. I understand we live in Colorado. What if someone got Frostbite or got ill. If I was a Facility Coordinator. I would had at least Coffee or Hot Chocolate, and even a Food Truck.

+ Indoor Baseball Turf Field
+ Bar
+ Restaurant
+ Volleyball
+ Badminton
+ Swimming
+ Outdoor Volleyball
+ Great Weightlifting and Crossfit Gyms
+ Wallball
They since closed down their restaurant and bar, which were really cool to have in the same building. The outdoor sand looks like it's rarely used and the rest of the venue is usually empty on Sundays, which is disappointing. Easily a marketing failure because of how much this business could offer under the right management. Easy program setup and special events would get this place in business right away.

What a beautiful facility.. I'm so happy my son gets to work out here.
They have a viewing area of with snacks and bar. Clean restrooms, I also heard they have darts and a trivia night. What a wonderful place for athletes to come train.

The best real baseball training facility in town. I highly recommend The Farm. My son actually loves going to practices and games. Past facilities we have joined they don't really train the kids and my son never got to play in games. My son gets to play in every game and the coaches don't yell they teach them the right way to play. We are so blessed we found this place.

The staff were extremely helpful. They're more set up for baseball, but were able to accommodate softball. The facility is large and we felt welcomed. Grateful to find this gem, as they are open early.

the place has a lot of space, it comes clean and several activities, but I didn't understand anything about the office, there's no one to help you, show you the place, we really got lost, there are no instructions or anything like that, we won't return

There was a volleyball tournament there this weekend & 1 of the women's stalls was clogged & they didn't call a plumber to come fix the toilet. A 2 day tournament with morning & afternoon waves & they never bothered to get that fixed for all the people (GIRL'S VOLLEYBALL) tournament. That left 4 stalls for the whole weekend! TERRIBLE! I'm sure they charged enough to have the tournament that would have covered a plumber!

Truly awful staff and ownership. Was not greeted by the wait staff or ever addressed after sitting down. Are speaking to the reported owner he rudely informed me they are counter service only and that we could not sit where we were. It was the only place to watch our kids play, but he clearly couldnβt have cared less Would highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

What did you all do to the pool??
My mom used to work here when it was known as Lynmar and never did the grounds look so pitiful.
It looks so ghetto.

Such a great experience so far! The indoor facility is awesome. We practice at The Farm three/four nights a week and there's always activity to include Corn Hole tournaments, baseball, volleyball, softball, and soccer. The ACME Bar and Grill offers good food, specials, and has a full liquor license. Coach Reida offers superb baseball training with experienced collegiate coaching - an indoor full-sized infield, plenty of room for outfield training, pitching/batting lanes nets, and the right equipment to train with.

We started the HS baseball training program this past August and have continued through winter. This is a top notch facility for baseball skills development, strength and conditions for the off season, and mental guidance from a very qualified coaches with college/professional baseball experience. They offer their Cage Rats club travel team as an option and I highly recommend them. Thereβs nothing like this in SOCO given our previous experience with many of other local clubs weβve had the unfortunate experience with. Start here: they are the professionals if your son/daughter is looking to gain a solid foundation to play in HS or travel teams as well as preparing for the next level.

Top class facility .. I would really encourage people to come here and spend time on any sports including icehockey. The owner Richard is very friendly and accommodating and a sports lover . We really want to encourage private owned sports facilities like this. We play badminton here 2-3 times a week here

I am a golfer and went to see if they could help me train/ build more muscle to help with my swing. I was told they only work with baseball and softball players. They told me I was not likely to get the type of training I needed from them. I did not feel it was helpful.

Love Tad and Matt! Fall ball is over and usually my son is burnt out by now. Tad and Matt (and Mike) are not only great coaches but also expect the best from him and he loves it! They have not only helped him improve his skill level but his confidence has improved as well! They are great athletes and know what it takes to make a great athlete. If you're looking for the best, you've found it here!

Great place! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The place can get busy in the off season, so make sure to call for a spot ahead of time. We've been going here for a few years and have utilized batting cages, private lessons and now have our son on their club ball team.
