I absolutely love this gym! The owner has created such a welcoming, no-pressure environment where everyone—from beginners to seasoned athletes—feels comfortable. You can tell he genuinely cares about getting to know each person and helping them reach their goals.

The community here is amazing—everyone is kind, supportive, and there for the same purpose: to get stronger and feel better. The mix of strength training and HIIT workouts keeps things fun and challenging, and the energy in the room is always motivating.

This is the longest gym membership I've had! The workouts Brandon programs each week are super helpful and I love not having to think about what I will do. No waiting on squat racks or equipment and it's a very welcoming environment.

A great fully equipped powerlifting gym with friendly people. They have everything you need, bars, weights, belts, shoes, wraps, bands, chalk, showers, caffeine. I was traveling and the day pass was super convenient to stop in and still get my session in. And did I mention they are open 24/7!

I've been training with Brandon for 7+ years and would literally cry if I had to find another gym. The classes are fantastic and the open gym option is great for when I go during off hours. I started working out at The Gym 8 months ago, and expecting to get a good workout. But I got much more than that. The programming is great, Brandon and the other staff are attentive and fun, and the gym feels like a community. I’ve made some great friends and we’ve done some fun events together, from holiday parties to 5ks. I have felt welcomed and seen from day one and I feel stronger than I have in a while because I’m consistent, and that is because it’s fun to go to the Gym!

I’ve been working out at The Gym (previously Central Park Strength & Fitness) regularly for about two years. I’ve done a variety of workouts at local and big box gyms over the years and love the solid workouts I’m getting from the combo of strength and HIIT programming at The Gym.

I mainly choose to workout during class times to take advantage of the coaching and occasional form correction from Brandon (the owner), Tara, Chris and the other coaches, but like the flexible start-times and self-paced workouts. The community at The Gym is very welcoming, whether you’re in your 20s, 30s, 40s or 50+, relatively new to lifting, like me, or have years of experience, and the programming is easily adapted if you’re nursing an injury or rehabbing. Check it out!

I can’t say enough good things about The Gym! Coach Brandon is amazing—he’s genuinely supportive of everyone, no matter your fitness level. There are zero bro vibes here—just a super welcoming, encouraging community. I love the flexibility of his programs that drop every Sunday. You can follow them at your own pace, ask for help when you need it, or team up with a friend or another member if that’s your style. The setup makes it easy to do what works for you. The app we use is super user-friendly, the equipment is top-notch, and everything is always clean. It’s such a great space to get stronger, feel good, and stay consistent.

A great space for strength training. Such a versatile area with programing that is a challenge but can accommodate all skill levels. My favorite part is the open gym with a key code entry to suit those with non traditional schedules. Good selection of kettlebells with weight ranging from 5lbs-70lbs. Love having equipment that is accessible and no waiting lines!

It's always hard finding a home gym after moving, but The Gym is the first and BEST one I tried. I love that I found a gym that focuses on lifting vs the big name, crazy HIIT gyms. I’ve been a member of The Gym since 2019, previously known as Central Park Fitness, and it’s the longest gym membership I’ve ever maintained. The credit for that goes entirely to Coach Brandon. His ability to make every member feel welcome, comfortable, and genuinely heard sets a unique tone that distinguishes this gym from others.

Weightlifting gyms can often feel intimidating, but that has never been my experience in Brandon’s classes. His supportive and inclusive approach creates an environment where all fitness levels can thrive.

As someone who prioritizes mental health, incorporating this gym into my wellness routine has been incredibly valuable. I highly recommend giving it a try—it could be a meaningful part of your own journey toward better physical and mental well-being.

I appreciate the options for HIIT or strength - the programming is thoughtful and safe. Low pressure to hit your max but supportive coaching and community to lift safely and to continually learn better technique. I appreciate availability of a coach during open gym along with the flexibility to come when you can within a timeframe (for the strength classes). Newcomers made to feel welcome.

I started here a little over a year ago and couldn't be happier with this choice. I was looking for a gym that was small and community oriented as I haven't really had a serious weight training program before. Brandon and his programs are amazing. I'm getting serious results. I'm a mechanic and always had some sort of overuse injury going on. Since I've been working out, the injuries have stopped. I feel stronger, look better, and am super happy with my health. There is no judgement from any of the members or coaches and the whole community has a really awesome vibe. Would highly recommend The Gym to anyone looking for strength training in an awesome environment.

2 years ago I had never lifted weights before, going into a weightlifting gym felt intimidating. Brandon though, has created a space welcoming to people at any level. He is kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and committed to making sure you understand the fundamentals of lifting so that your workouts are safe and effective.

I had a great workout today. I dropped in using my WellHub membership and the owner, Brandon, was very welcome and friendly. The members were equally welcoming.

The gym itself is clean and organized with great equipment for weightlifting and powerlifting. There's even two showers so you can get a workout in before work. I'll be coming back every week!

It can be rough getting up for a 5 am class, but Brandon has great workouts ready for us. He is a great support in making sure correct form is used while lifting heavy. All workouts are now streamlined day to day strength and HIIT can be easily integrated every week.

I have been a member of this gym for a long time. After trying various types of workouts, I have achieved the best results with a true strength weightlifting program. Brandon's program has transformed how I look and feel. I have been a member here for several years, and The Gym just keeps getting better! The facility is super clean, with all the equipment you could ever want for a great workout. Lots of free weights, Olympic bars, weight machines, stationary bikes, assault bikes, and so much more. Everything for everyone at this gym! The people who come here are so friendly. They become your workout buddies and biggest supporters! The owner, Brandon Harkey, is not only a great coach and personal trainer, but he really cares about us as friends. He encourages us in our weight training, and also in our everyday lives. There are several social events throughout the year, along with organized competitions. You won't find a better gym in Colorado. You really need to check it out!

As a longtime member, I cannot recommend this gym enough. It differs from any gym I have belonged to with a true sense of community and camaraderie. The owner, Brandon, is down to earth, approachable and very knowledgeable in power lifting/strength training. I love that he provides the programming in an app so I can keep track of my progress. It is also extremely valuable to be able to go to the gym when Brandon is there to get the same type of guidance as you would with a personal trainer. Best gym in Denver!

In my first 3 months here, I have regained confidence in the gym and found a wellness community that is inclusive and supports personal improvement. The 24-hour access coupled with multiple group training options throughout the week are wonderful.

The owner, Brandon, provides a solid program with variety in exercises and focused on growth. He makes himself easily available for assistance, encouragement, and instruction throughout the program. I love that I can track progress on my phone.

I'm so glad my friend and long-time member of this gym referred me. What a treat to be part of such a positive community that supports members at any level of fitness and goals.

The Gym is an amazing and inclusive community I am lucky to be a member of. I have been coming here regularly for almost a year and have been impressed by the results! I was initially very nervous about checking this place out as a single woman, but I am so grateful I did. Brandon creates the schedule and all I have to do is show up and follow it! He is there nearly every day to provide direction, support, and encouragement! Brandon and all the other instructors are so personable, knowledgeable, and kind! My strength and confidence have grown considerably since joining 11 months ago. I have been able to meet other awesome individuals through the various community events Brandon coordinates (BBQs, Rockies games, etc). Believe it or not, my workouts take longer because I ENJOY interacting with the other members there in between sets! It's truly an awesome and fun community! Don't look any further :)

Best gym in town! All the coaches are great and some of the best. They have all the powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting equipment you need. The community here is the other half of what makes this gym the best, great people and events and a lot of support for everyone with their own fitness journeys and goals.
