My daughter LOVES the little gym! She has learned so much in just a few months and always talks about her coaches at home and “how nice and silly” they are. Joining the little gym has made such an impact on her confidence and social skills too! She hasn’t started school yet, so her weekly class has been a great way to practice her listening skills and independence without me in the room. I can’t wait to see how much she grows in the years to come..and her little sister too!

We just had our 2 year old’s birthday party at The Little Gym, and it was hands-down the best party we’ve ever thrown for either of our daughters! The staff were absolutely incredible. So friendly, organized, and constantly checking in to see how they could help. From setup to cleanup, they truly made everything effortless.

We were able to drop off our decorations ahead of time, and when we arrived, everything was already perfectly arranged. The kids had a blast, the parents could relax, and the staff handled every detail with a smile.

Honestly, it was the easiest, most stress-free party we’ve ever hosted between our 2 daughters. We can’t thank the team at The Little Gym enough for making our daughter’s big day so special! Highly recommend for any toddler birthday.

We absolutely love our weekly classes at The Little Gym! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, and the gym is spotless every time we visit. Coach Kelly and her team are amazing! they are engaged, friendly, helpful, love the kids, know the kids, care for the kids. each lesson is carefully planned. the kids are busy all the time - no waiting around for their turn as they do stations. Our daughter has really grown in her gymnastics in the few weeks. the coaches give corrections to the students' technique all the time which makes them better each time. we were at chameleon before going to little gym and the coaches there just showed a skill and then gave no instruction on how to improve after that, so my child just kept making the same mistakes again and again. It was such lazy coaching. Little gym is the complete opposite to that and makes constant adjustments so the children really learn and improve.

My daughter has been hesistant to participate in any activities. Whether it be gymnastics, soccer, or preschool in general but she love the Little Gym. When we first tried out the class, I assumed my daughter would be sitting on the floor watching and begging to leave but nope! Mr Trevor, Miss Kelly, and Miss Bell had her smiling the whole time. She is excited to go, excited to participate and when she is having a harder day, miss bell is always there to greet her with a hug and the extra cuddle she needs. They have met her where she is and that is exactly what she needed. We love our trips to the little gym.

We had my son’s fourth birthday party here and it was the perfect experience! Kelly and Karenna were so kind to the kids and catered activities that were perfect for their ages. All of the kids had an absolute blast. It was the perfect mix of structure and free time. The team also set up the decorations that I brought, served the food, cleaned up, and packed up and loaded everything into my car for me. So much fun and truly a perfect day for my son.

Little Gym of Castle Rock is absolutely amazing! Our time there has not only been a great way for our little girl to play with others her own age - but was instrumental in getting her to walk on her own. She took her first steps at Little Gym which was really special. Miss Kelly and the remainder of the staff are so sweet and incredibly knowledgeable. Every week we leave with things to work on (sign language, physical activities, etc.) - Each has been key to our daughter’s development. Little Gym is a must!

I highly recommend the Little Gym. Our 3 year old looks forward to going every week and we all have so much fun when we go. The teachers are very engaging and do a great job of building a safe and fun environment for the kids. Since our kid doesn’t go to daycare, this is a great opportunity for her to socialize with others and learn how to adapt to an instruction lead environment.
