At The Pilates Lab we team-teach our clients. We believe this style of teaching is an effective + efficient way to offer our clients a custom tailored plan, so they can benefit from having a team support system. After a thorough health + movement history intake, we will create a unique program for reaching the goals and needs of each client.

This program is vastly more valuable than any Pilates program I know--or have heard--of. Heather Carey and Kortney Brewer provide individual -- but highly coordinated -- hour long sessions that have, over the past year, transformed my appearance, strength, flexibility, and mobility. They diagnosed the causes and dynamics behind sources of my pain, imbalance, and skeletal malformation. Then they implemented stretches, exercises and massages (and prescribed homework) that slowly but consistently alleviated and corrected my issues. They have transformed my physical being and commitment to improvement. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I would highly recommend The Pilates Lab to those who suffer from back pain, migraines, tense muscles - overall body stiffness. During sessions with Heather and Kortney I can relax and be present in the moment, moving with precision. Since I started my sessions I’ve leaned about body mechanics and became strong in my body.
