A dirty place. The floor is icky! Hair, dirt, and grime. The last two times I went there were no rags available to clean the pole. Very hot and stuffy inside, making it uncomfortable.
Any attempt to contact whoever runs this place is a waste of time. You will receive "thanks for your feedback!" from the chat bot but no resolution. I was considering getting a membership but after contacting them about my concerns and getting blown off, I will not be back.

Perfect place to practice all your pole needs privately and priced at a decent price. It’s helpful when you can’t afford to buy a pole at home or have the space for it.

Great place to breakaway from classes and work routines to specific music. While open pole at the other location is great, the Pole POD is better for focus.

This is the perfect place to come and rehearse some pole moves/combos if you don't have a pole at home! A clean, large space that's easy to book!

It's so nice to have the option of a private space to practice. It has keyless entry so it's conveniently available when you need it, plenty of mirrors, and plenty of space!

The Pole Pod is a dream for a pole dancer that does not have room for a pole at home. It's affordable, bright and clean, and the ceiling is really tall! Love going there to work on moves at my own pace, and the app makes it super easy to book.

The pole pod is such a solid place to work on your moves at any time of day due to their wide range of booking times. They also hold workshops which have a really great intimate vibe because it’s a small space so you can really connect with your instructor and get a bunch of work done on your skills in a short time.

Wonderful pole space and atmosphere! Love practicing here and the privacy of the place. Plenty of room, great mirrors! Also the person who runs it was nice enough to take the time to fix the app to where I could get it on my phone (was having issues downloading it originally) Plan on revisiting soon!

Amazing place to practice. Well-maintained, plenty of street parking usually, tons of natural light! My second favorite place in Denver besides Tease Studio, obviously :)

The Pole Pod is a brilliant idea. The fact that I can train whenever it's convenient to me is such a big win! It's well maintained and the staff is friendly whenever they're around!

I scheduled an appointment over here with one of my friends and we had to sit outside for over 25 minutes because they wouldn’t let us inside. We called tried to text the number and we use the messaging through the app and got no response. We never got what we paid for. Don’t give this place your money.

Edit: The email canceling my original appointment telling me to tour was sent three hours before my appointment. You should’ve sent me the email a little earlier. I’ve already came in and toured, my account has been made for over two weeks and I had visited multiple times before this. If your business is closed, and my account isn’t “fully made” then why do I have the option to pay for a pod? Fix your app. This is unprofessional and ridiculous. Never coming here again.

Feeling irritated. I usually love this space due to its privacy and freedom. However it’s advertised as a 24/7 spot while it’s not. In fact it has really weird time slots that are not available to book. However the app lets you book during these times even though they are “unavailable”. I just had a friend book here and have this happen to her and she was denied a refund even though it was the apps / owners fault for not denying a scheduling during those times and she didn’t get the service she paid for.
During a time where money is tight because of coronavirus, it’s discouraging to think that you won’t be able to get a refund or the service you wanted when the app allows you to schedule during these random times that are not allowed.

This has been a frustrating customer experience from the start. Instructions on the website were not clear and I needed to reach out a couple times for help with next steps. While that was provided, the initial customer care experience is not as good as it could be when the website does not make it clear what apps to download, how to get a fob to get into the building, etc. I stopped by twice after purchasing a class pass to try to get my fob set up. I tried knocking on the door loudly and no staff were there either time. It took me contacting the owner to finally get word on meeting someone at a confirmed time to setup my fob. The woman who helped me could not get it working, but assured me it was due to a needed system reset. She said her fob had not worked earlier that night and that a quick reset of the system fixed the issue, and that she would contact the owner to do the same for me. I booked a pod time a few days later and lo and behold - my fob still didn't work. At this point, I've wasted time and money driving out here multiple times.
Also, when I was getting my fob set up, the website for the classes you can stream from each pod was not functioning. The URL was broken. The woman helping me assured me this was also due to needing the system reset. Another issue I noticed is that the instructions in each room for streaming to the TV's were only for iphones. Frankly, they don't seem to have instructions up to be able to help android using customers. While I was getting my fob set up and the initial tour done, the TV's didn't seem to be connecting with phones either. So all in all,I have not been able to access the space on my own and don't even know if when I go in, the class streaming will even work.
They really need better organization and clearer instruction, and to provide their customers with a number to call should their fob not work.

If you are on the fence, at all, about trying Tease... you have to go try it out!! I found Tease a while ago and I was interested, but I could think of a lot of reasons not to put myself out there and try it out. But then one day I went, and it was LIFE CHANGING! Their community is so supportive. The teachers are wonderful. The dancing is top quality. I promise you, you will leave a class feeling more confident than when you went in. I loved it, I hope you do too!

I love this studio. I’ve been a client of the Denver location until I moved to DTC. I was thrilled when location number 2 opened. This location Is beautiful, close to home, and the instructors are amazing. I definitely recommend Tease Arapahoe rd.

I took the free introductory class while there on business, and then the level 1 class the next day. I have never done this type of workout before but it was SO fun. The teachers made it a very comfortable first experience. Will definitely be back next time I am in town! Highly recommend!!

I went to this studio when my friend was in town as something to do, sort of a fluke. But what I found was a way to release my wild side, feel sexy no matter what your body was doing, and be encouraged for it. Grace is an amazing empowerment coach, and she teaches a little pole on the side. The only critique I have is make the information to move up to the next level more available, and run through how that works with new students. My only regret is that I don't have more time to spend here.

I absolutely love Tease’s new location. It opens open the studio to people down south since the OG location is in RiNo. If you’ve ever wanted to try pole dance, learn how to embrace your sexy, of get fit in fun flirty classes, this studio is a great place to do it.

Right now, they’re even offering a free pole class on Fridays 6:00-6:30pm so you can check out the location and try pole.

This place is like Tease Studio Rino's adorable little sister. There are two rooms: one for pole and one for dance. Classes range from yoga to burlesque to pole (beginner to advanced) to sexy flow. The studio itself is welcoming, and Ashlee (the owner) truly fosters a body-positive, supportive environment in which you can not only get a good workout, but learn to celebrate yourself for who you are. This is a truly unique and transformative place. You'll feel welcome, seen, and included from the minute you step in the door!
