As a result of training for over a year at GU my 8 year old has accelerated in her academics and developed strong relationship building skills among her peers.

The encouragement, structure, training to overcome difficulties and pain, to get up when you fall down and the support for the path forward.

we have been at the Rock for 2 years and we have had a great experience. The Staff has really stepped up their game. they have brought in experienced coaches and continue to push the girls to do their very best. Patrick is the owner and he is very hands on when it comes to any issue that may arise. He is always willing to go the extra mile to help out students and parents.

I love this place! Started taking my girls here last December! They are very reasonable and understanding if you are unable to make a session, they will actually let you make up that class if wanted! They are definitely starting to feel like a second home and family! Definitely recommend this place!

Overall a great place for girls and boys to learn gymnastics. Prices are affordable for all which is a plus for families that are low/middle class income. Groups are small (no more than 6 students) which allows students to get more individualized coaching.

Been at this gym for over a year. My grand daughter loves, loves, loves it. The coaches are professional and attentive. Staff is constantly cleaning the

Relentless with calling me, even after I said I'm not interested!!

I had signed up my daughter for a trial class a while back (Oct 2022 ish). In between signing up for the trial, and having my daughter attend the trial class, I had spoken with a friend whose daughter used to attend gymnastics here. My friend said they stopped going for multiple reasons, one being that the place smelled like a sewer. I kindly called and said that I changed my mind about the trial class and my daughter would not be attending.

Now, Linda has called me relentlessly over the past two months seeing if we are still interested. I think she has called 9-10 times and left voice messages each time. Like...do you not get the picture?? If I were interested, I would have called you back after the 1st or 2nd time you called. She then texted me and I told her we weren't interested. Here we are today, and she called and left yet ANOTHER voice message. I would never have my children attend gymnastics here with how dense and senseless this lady is.

I had a trial class for my 4 year old daughter, I was there the door was open but no one in front, I called many times but no one came to the front I waited for 20 minutes for someone to show up and I had to go back home with my sad little girl, she was so excited, it was disappointing

I've been to the facility a few times to watch my niece. Patrick and coaches are very friendly! My niece loves it there. She has learned so much in one year of training. Already did a few competitions. Looking forward to seeing what the future holds for her and her team!! Great job all, keep up the good work!!

It's a reasonably priced gymnastics center. My daughter has been there for a year this month. Patrick, the owner, is very kind and seems to genuinely care about his students.
The only downside is there seems to be alot of turnover- my daughter has had several different coaches since our arrival. I would rate them lower because of the lack of stability, if it weren't for Patrick and his drive to keep the kids on point. He's the 1st one to be in there with any group or student if needed.

My daughter has been participating in gymnastics at another gym for many years. Throughout her time at that gym she progressed to the competitive team where she began to stagnate.

The atmosphere at The Rock has renewed her passion for the sport. Patrick truly shows care and concern for his athletes. They receive the coaching and encouragement to be THEIR best in a supportive team environment.

I really hate leaving negative reviews but I felt that I needed to share our experience with potential students and parents... The owner was never kind of personable, and it was clear that our business was not appreciated. We did meet a lot of lovely children and families at the Rock, and I wish they knew that they deserve better. The facility is extremely dirty and smells like sewage! The observation room and bathroom are obviously never cleaned and the chairs are horrible. We gave it almost two years here but just couldn’t continue to attend because our child wasn’t progressing and I just couldn’t spend one more day in that filthy room. Coach Kathy and the two younger, male coaches were very nice, however, the staff is a revolving door and there’s got to be a reason for that.

I would not recommend going to this gym the coach's sit there on there phones and don't spot and the team girls are really disrespectful and like to make fun of you for your body and your strength so I work not recommend going here! You guys should try cleaning the gym too

If you're looking for a friendly, active and affordable place to have your kid's really learn some gymnastics. This is the place!

We have three girls, 7, 6 and 3, and they all love their weekly gymnastics class. We have seen them progress and improve each week, and the staff here does a really good job of teaching the various skills and exercised.
