Beautiful studio with 10/10 instruction! The space is clean, thoughtfully decorated, and the perfect place to take a cozy yoga class. Very mom and kid-friendly. Another huge plus that the owners/instructors go out of their way with added touches like warm eye masks, essential oils, and high-quality equipment. Definitely coming back for more classes!

This studio is just what I was looking for during my second pregnancy. I love the wide range of classes and was primarily drawn to the strength and flow based prenatal classes, though I am always encouraged by the community, women’s circles, and family-friendly options, also. One thing that has stood out to me is how Kendra will give specific cues and modifications to aid women who shared particular body ailments, and the whole studio feels inclusive and empowering. Meg and Jess have such great insight and energy, as well. Very glad to be nurtured and challenged through this studio. Thank you!

I had the privilege of attending a Pelvic Floor + Meditation + Breath Workshop at The Studio in October! As an expecting mother, this workshop provided me with practical knowledge and movements to best prepare for childbirth.

I also LOVED the atmosphere at The Studio. The space was beautiful, and Kendra's hospitality went above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend trying out a class or workshop at The Studio!

I started going to The Studio because I fit into every category of the classes they offer! Ha! I have a 1 year old and am pregnant and looking for community and this space is everything I've been looking for. Kendra has a heart for this community and the classes are taught by skilled instructors! I feel supported and welcome and cannot recommend The Studio more.

What a beautiful studio with the most beautiful community! Kendra is building such a welcoming and supportive space for mommas to be and mommas along with their littles:) I am 31 weeks and have been going to the studio since I was in the first trimester and it has been such a blast, my favorite group class is the prenatal strength class if you’re looking for more a weight inclusive workout, the prenatal yoga circle has also been enjoyable!! Thanks for all you do Kendra!

I've been to both prenatal and postpartum classes here and I can't say enough good things about The Studio! I love the small class sizes and how much support you get from both the instructors and other clients. It's really nice to find a community like this as a first time mom.

I absolutely love the community I’ve found at The Studio! From the very beginning, I’ve felt so welcomed and supported. It truly is a safe, nurturing space for both me and my baby. I started coming when my little one was just 7 months old, and now that he’s over a year, it’s amazing to see how much we’ve both grown together through these classes.

We began with Baby Yoga, which was such a special bonding experience, and now we’re transitioning into Yoga Little. I love that there are even more classes we can continue to explore as he grows. It’s wonderful to be able to share my love of yoga with him from such an early age.

Beyond the connection and fun, The Studio has also been a huge part of my postpartum fitness journey. The focus on pelvic floor health and mindful movement has made such a difference in my recovery and overall well-being.

I’m endlessly grateful for this beautiful community and the space it provides for mamas and babies to move, connect, and grow together.

I can’t say enough good things about this postpartum yoga class! As a busy mom, I was looking for a supportive space to reconnect with my body, and this class was exactly what I needed. The instructor, Kendra, is knowledgeable, compassionate, and mindful of the physical and emotional changes that come with postpartum recovery.
