Travis is so much more than a personal trainer! He is well versed in the body and how to improve, not just aesthetically but also every day function. He will help and guide you to meet your goals! I can’t recommend him enough. I have been working out for decades but wanted someone to guide me through working out safely but effectively as an ‘experienced’ woman. Travis (the trainer) is extremely knowlegeable in what he does! His knowledge of the human body it top tear for fitness, functional training, body composition training and general well being. Travis has great bed side manor and is fun to work out with. He is able to motivate you and meet you where you are at. I personally train with him and have gone through a hypertrophy and then a strength program with great results; now I am doing functional training, and I have sent patients to him (I am a local Chiropractor) that needed movement in their life but didnt quite know what to do or I was afraid that they might injure themselves trying to get more active. If your trying to get your fitness to the next level or are a biginner and want to get results without injuring yourself, Travis is your guy!

Travis is a great personal trainer. He is always making sure that you have proper form and is making sure that everything felt ok. If you have an injury he works around that.
