It is now Oct 4th. They have blocked me from social media. They have zero accountability. These people do not care about their athletes. Zero response.

Don't bother with this gym. My kid got a fracture in her right arm 2 weeks ago. Nobody has contacted us through any channels as of today. Nobody came out to make me aware when I picked up my child. We rushed to the ER after practice. She was screaming in pain the entire car ride. The coach (and owner apparently) knew she was hurt at 530PM and still made her train until 8pm. Her teammates were devasted as well, and the coach/ owner still made her train. Complete negligence from the so called owner and coaches and entire gym.
Coach Brie (however you spell the name) and Coach Kendal.

Crooks. Unprofessional. Poor management. I wanted an assessment for my daughter to determine her level (she has a gymnastics background), but owner sent me an email for signing up for tryouts with payment request attached. I paid. Went to check out gym and have my daughter assessed. It took 15 minutes for an assessment. She was not interested in their program, so I made a request for refund. Tryouts were not for another 2 months, so there was plenty of notice. They never refunded or returned any of my communication attempts. Spent three months trying to get any information. Literally ignored.

Thrive was such a positive place for my daughter. I don’t have the words for how wonderful Kendall was to her. He genuinely cares about the athletes, not only their physical talent and skill progression but also their emotional well-being. We drove for an hour and a half to get to thrive and it never felt like I was doing the wrong thing.

Overall a positive experience for our family at this Gym … the owner Kendall takes time to get to know the athletes. It is a smaller gym right now but growing fast. There are some growing pains as this is only their 2nd year in business… but the benefits of a more personal relationship with the athletes and expertise from great coaches make this a great place for my daughter to develop as a cheerleader and learn life lessons along the way! It definitely has a family feel.

Very disappointed with this gym and their unethical billing practice. We almost joined believing their fee structure was one way (per the handbook I was presented) only to discover a whole other addl surprise schedule. We opted to not join once these fees were discovered but the owner has apparently chosen to keep my money he took for services and products not provided as opposed to doing the right thing and returning it.
