I’ve been training with Ollie for almost 2 years & it’s the best investment I’ve made in both my physical & mental health in many years. Ollie isnt only knowledgeable & skilled, but he puts forth the time to genuinely get to know you & understand your body. When I initially started seeing him, I had both a herniated & bulging disk that caused me medium to severe back pain on a daily basis. Ollie was able to cater my exercises so I could not only get a solid workout in & build strength, but we were able to do so without further injuring/bothering my back. Prior to this, nothing had offered an actual solution (PT, Chiro, etc) & I was even told to shy away from strength training by most. Not only have I become much stronger over the last 2 years & seen desired changes in my physical appearance, but I experience almost zero back pain now which was my #1 priority for getting into shape. Equally as important, Ollie is also extremely personable. I look forward to working out now & much of that is due to his personality & motivational style. Ollie has made me more confident in my physical abilities which has cascaded positive changes in my overall day to day!

I (43F) had been having major lumbar spine/disc issues. I finally realized that surgery was necessary and went ahead and scheduled it. It was a few months away so I hired Ollie to help build some strength in the meantime so my recovery would be easier. I could barely move during my first few sessions, but he was able to assess what my issues were. Within the first month of working with him my pain had drastically improved. Thanks to Ollie I’ve built up more strength than I thought was possible and have been able to manage my pain/symptoms and cancel the surgery. It might be dramatic, but he saved me from spine surgery, so I say he basically saved my life!

Ollie has been the most beneficial support system to my physical health. His weekly workout programs have helped me reach new levels of athleticism, injury prevention and competition. Ollie is very attentive to an individuals needs and very knowledgeable in how to get the most out of you. After working with a PT for months on a nagging hamstring injury with no real progress, I scheduled a one hour individual session with Ollie. He took the time to really understand what was bothering me, test my baseline, correct my form, and provide exercises on how to help heal and support my injury. I made more progress in the week following meeting with Ollie once than in months of PT, and was fully healed shortly after. I cannot recommend Ollie’s training enough!

Ollie is fantastic! He has helped me build the foundational strength and mobility that I needed to exercise with confidence—all while navigating recovery from a frustrating hamstring strain. Ollie is patient and encouraging, balancing pushing me with respect for my limits. I went from being able to do 0 pushups to doing 3 sets of 10-12 (never thought I'd get there) and am now deadlifting, squatting, lunging, etc. I'm so grateful to have found him and wish I had started working with him years ago!

I had a wonderful experience training with Ollie! Previously I had gotten in shape quickly, but gotten back out of shape just as quickly. Ollie crafted for me a sustainable plan that I could actually stick to long-term and showed me that I didn't need to be as crazily restrictive as I had been before to get back in shape. Working with Ollie I became a lot leaner and stronger (doubled my push-ups and became able to do pull-ups for the first time in my life). Ollie also played a critical role in mentally and physically getting me through quarantine and an ACL tear. Sadly I have moved to a new city, but I look forward to continuing the build upon the foundation Ollie laid. Thanks again for everything, Ollie!!

I can't say enough good things about Ollie's training style. He is super knowledgeable, knows how to tailor the workout to most anyone for any activity. He explains things, teaches you how to do exercises properly and makes it fun. He is also a really nice person and it's a pleasure to have him make you work your butt off! : ) I would highly recommend him whether you need to just get in better shape or need a more athletic focused workout.

Ollie leads the warm ups for our ultimate frisbee team. He does an incredible job. The warm ups are dynamic and he does a good job incorporating both stretching and strengthening excersizes. He also does a really good job helping players who have specific injuries. He is knowledgeable and approachable. I highly recommend training with Ollie!
