The best gym I’ve ever been to! Traverse is so intentional with everything they do: from the welcome texts to the tours to the fitness programming to the events. Traverse goes above and beyond your everyday gym needs.
There's a workout for everyone, whether you want to lift heavy things or get a sweat going on the treadmill. They have it. And you can even do your own thing in open gym if you're not in the mood for a group class. The amenities are amazing. They have a sauna, cold plunges, coworking space, recovery equipment, an amazing food & beverage selection, and more!
And the community is the best. They recently launched a community on WhatsApp and there's plenty of groups for different interests: a book club, a run club, park days, you name it! That, combined with the incredible event planning and friendly faces create such a welcoming environment. It's truly a family!

Traverse Fitness is an absolutely incredible gym! The energy is always high, coaches are there to help you every step of the way, and you feel like a (fatigued) champion after each workout. Classes are tough, but always flexible in how hard you want to push yourself physically and mentally for the day. The social events are an added bonus, especially as someone working from home.

My husband and I have been members at Traverse for two years, and without a doubt, it’s the best gym we’ve ever been to! In 2024, they expanded to offer more classes and amenities, which has made the experience even better.
Our favorite is Chad's Strength Class. He’s encouraging, hilarious, and also truly badass. Chad pushes everyone to work their hardest. I never thought I'd be able to lift heavy weights until he showed me how. He’s an incredible coach!
We also love HIIT with Adam, Altitude with Jeff, and anything with Billy – all of them bring something unique and challenging to each workout. Traverse is the best part about Denver!

From the outside this gym looks like nothing. On the inside it’s world class!
They run three types of classes; Strength, HIIT and Altitude. All are very well thought through and push you accordingly. They also run variances of the classes switching focus between lower, upper and full body, which is great. Additionally they vary classes via build, grit and performance. Focusing on strength (build), endurance (grit) and then more of a competition style workout (performance). Ultimately this means you don’t get bored and (more importantly) you’re increasing your athletic performance over time!
Worth mentioning the altitude classes. They have a large training room that they can set the oxygen levels to mimic different altitudes. It makes for a much harder work out and is awesome for improving overall fitness. This morning the altitude was set to 13,900ft!
All the instructors I’ve met so far are awesome. Shout out to Adam and Julia. The GM, Ashley, is also great.
Finally they have Sauna, cold plunge and various recovery devices, and a coworking/social space. Good discount on their couples memberships too!
I highly recommend this gym and I’m very happy I found it!

I’ve tried many gyms in Denver and Traverse is my favorite by a long shot. With their different class types you can set up your week based on your goals are or what your body feels good with. You can choose between lifting focused days or include a bit more cardio. You want cardio but stuggle to run? They have a class for that too! Programming in all formats is incredibly well done by someone who understands fitness.
Energy levels from coach’s and long time members makes it hard to not get a good workout. The admin staff are welcoming and helpful.
If you’re on the fence or tired of the same boring workout give them a shot. I’d be surprised to find anyone who can’t find the type of fitness they enjoy at this place.

Wow…what can I say? The first thing that comes to mind is, shame on me for not joining Traverse sooner. This place is beyond special. Between the incredible instructors, world class equipment, and the friendly and competitive community, this is the closest thing I get to capturing my glory days of collegiate sports (perhaps even better??). The programming is second to none, I feel more athletic than I ever did in college, and the workouts have created a strong foundation for my endurance races (half iron mans, marathons, bike races, etc). I’ve made some fantastic friendships with like minded people, and make new friends every class I take!

Traverse Fitness truly is the best of the best! Amazing HIIT and Altitude workouts that challenge you but make you feel accomplished! The coaches truly do care about everyone and show it with their energy, form corrections, check ins, awesome music and post conversations! The front desk staff and ownership greet you with a smile, know your name and can help with any questions. Love the recovery space to stretch, chat with others and sip on some free coffee or use the cowork space to get some work done.
Out side the works the community aspect is tremendous! From free park workouts, happy hours, run clubs, their own Olympic Games, to their mind blowing expedition trips to really get to know some of the amazing people at the club! The expedition trips are a staple on who Traverse is to the core…work hard to play hard while doing it surround by friends and family. Taking the workouts to how they can help you in real life….if that’s hiking, skiiing, snowmobiling, rec sports, to just picking your kids up to play everyday!

Finding traverse has been the greatest thing to ever happen to me! I took a few classes back in July 2023 on ClassPass and realized how much I loved the coaches, the style of classes and the people, and decided to become a full time member in August of 2023. The style of HIIT is awesome with kiesers, tread (combos of running/sled) and benches/dumbbell section. I personally always HATED running which is why many of the gyms with treads never worked out for me but the style that they combine running with some sort of sled combo helps make a 15 min “run” less intimidating. Also the first day I did have to run the full 15 min and legit dreaded it, trainer ashley was so sweet and encouraged me the whole time and even said “everyone can be a runner”. 20/10 recommend this gym and community to anyone who needs a lil extra push or motivation to get back to the gym.

This is more than a gym! Instead of a gym with a competitive vibe where you are intimidated to try new things and push yourself, you are surround by people cheering you on and motivating you! Hands down the best all around workout in Denver! The coaches and staff are so welcoming and make it a point to get to know you and help adapt the workout to your ability. Loved coming here but our experiences wasn't so great. I had a client pay for space to film her client videos for her social and her app and they didn't tell her that other people would be in the space. Members were rude, it just caused a huge inconvenience for everyone. The manager was extremely rude to my client and so unfortunately I will not be coming back here. It's just disappointing and extremely unprofessional.

Let me preface this by saying that I’ve never considered myself to be athletic. I really enjoy intentional movement, but I didn’t grow up playing sports or having a strong relationship with fitness. Over the years I have experienced over 50+ studios across the country, from yoga to spin to pilates and HIIT. I’ve always utilized beginner member deals and sought out variety while on my journey to better identify what I really needed. After my first class at Traverse it was clear that this gym isn’t like any of the others. I have never felt so supported, seen and strengthened as I do within the walls of Traverse. Every time I walk through the door it is filled with warm welcomes, friendly faces, a killer workout & relentless determination to be a better and stronger human. I have never felt so empowered to not only reach my goals, but to raise them higher. The community, the energy of this space and the humans that train here are some of the best I have ever encountered. Before leaving the studio after my first class I purchased an unlimited membership to the HIIT workouts and haven’t looked back since. I am so thankful to have found this space & I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Traverse Fitness has easily become my favorite place in Denver. This gym is truly for everyone. You can find people just starting their fitness journey to D1 athletes to Ironman athletes and everyone in between. The owners and coaches of this gym are incredibly thoughtful in the workouts to ensure everyone is challenged and pushed to their individual limits. After all, as you'll see on the murals within the space, and hear from all the coaches, it is you vs you & everyone is facing their own mountain.
Obviously in order to have great workouts, you have to have great people. Traverse is filled with the BEST coaches in Denver and the greatest members. Each coach has the same kind, encouraging, and intentional spirit about them but bring their own personality to the classes! Having great coaches makes choosing classes to attend easy, because regardless of the coach I know the class will be awesome.
Ultimately what sets Traverse a part from other gyms is the community. Its truly filled with the kindest and most encouraging individuals. Everyone is always rooting for you and pushing each other to succeed. The inviting nature of this gym makes it easy to come back to and hard to leave (don't worry it has a coworking space, so you really can stay all day!!).
And if you still aren't convinced to try our Traverse, please go for no other reason than to try our the recovery area and get a great cup of coffee. I am thankful my gym provides the tools I need to recover properly pre and post workout.

Incredibly thoughtful is the best way to describe this place - from the programing, community and equipment - no detail left unturned. I have been to HIIT gyms before, where I have avoided many coaches, not one coach here has disappointed me. They always show up and put in the work to make you stronger, mentally and physically. I also love having the co-working space so I am able to have meetings before and after a class...not to mention the great coffee :) Highly recommend!

I’ve been apart of the Traverse community for 4 months now… Safe to say it’s changed my outlook on health, wellness, and fitness in a big way. The workouts are fun, yes I did say fun, energetic and challenging. Not 1 workout has ever been the same.There are experienced and motivating coaches, continuous activities that join the Traverse fam together outside of the workouts, and smiles all around. Can’t say enough great things about this place.. check it out!

This gym is top notch. In fact, it's so much more than just a gym. The owners and coaches have done a phenomenal job in creating an atmosphere that people (of all fitness levels) feel welcome and look forward to being a part of!
I can say that I've always been an extremely active and fit individual, but this is the most fit I have EVER been (including when I was a D1 athlete). There is a purpose behind every workout at Traverse and the coaches are extremely attentive to each individual's personal motivation styles, needs, and goals.

Amazing energy and people at this training facility. I dropped in for an evening HIIT class and got WORKED. They pushed me on the treadmill in ways I would never do on my own followed by intense interval training on unique cable machines. Strong culture and people to help motivate. I enjoyed decompression pants for a solid 20 minutes post workout. It was such a good experience I had to buy a shirt. I’ll be stopping by here for workouts anytime I’m in Denver.

Traverse hands down is one of the best fitness communities in Denver. The coaches, staff, and atmosphere are top of the line. The growth I have personally have had in my physical performance has been outstanding, and have built great friendships! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to get fit, and build community in the Denver area!

Traverse is by far the best gym and community in Denver. This is the next level of fitness. The coach driven classes are tough. The coaches will keep you accountable and help you define and reach your goals.
