At Tr.uCore we’re redefining the yoga experience through a medically-directed approach rooted in physical therapy expertise. Owned and operated by a licensed Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant, our studio specializes in pain relief, injury prevention, and personalized wellness.
We believe every body is different—so we begin each client journey with a one-on-one assessment to understand your unique needs, physical limitations, and goals. This allows us to tailor your yoga practice for safe, effective movement that supports healing and long-term well-being.

I have recently returned to yoga after a long absence and I have absolutely been amazed at the wonderful experience with trucore yoga and fitness - Lorie and Eric are both outstanding instructors and I have found a huge improvement in my strength and flexibility in just a short time - I really enjoy the yoga class it is both challenging , but achievable - I thoroughly recommend trucore yoga and fitness -

I took the Strength and Strengthen class with Lorie. I arrived with fairly painful sciatica after a great deal of travel, and left feeling much better. I've been doing yoga for more than 25 years with a variety of practitioners and practice styles and found TruCore to be a unique combination of PT and yoga that really focuses in on improving the conditions you arrive with. Would definitely do it again!

Both Dr. Avery and Lorie are amazing, compassionate teachers! They have helped me tremendously from a physical therapy view point with all my complicated physical, medical issues.
