I've attended many Pilates classes with Michelle over the years with everyone different than before. She is very aware of her students abilities and offers modifications as needed. I had 2 hip replacements and she was very careful not to put me in a compromising position, and when I had hip flexor issues as a result of the hip replacements, she offered modifications that worked wonders. I've seen her work with beginners to seasoned athletes all with the same grace and charm. Her workouts were always challenging but fun, and I would not hesitate to take classes with her again. Enjoy!!

I have been taking Pilates classes from Michelle for the better part of 3 years. I love her classes and she is such a fun and knowledgeable teacher. She has a classical Pilates style while also being creative and providing having plenty of variety in her workouts. You will be challenged in Michelle’s classes but most importantly feel included in her community with her loving warmth and kindness.
