Loved this place. Disappointed to see it closing Jan 31st. Wish as a member we would have received more notice and more options. Notice of closure came on January 9th. The last two weeks of my membership I am allowed to use / workout from 615 am to 715 am or 530 to 630. In order to not feel/ be duped it would have been nice to be offered a transfer/retention discount (to the Highlands Ranch location, 10 miles further from me), some swag, something to make up for the 2 weeks of limited access.

Like other members, I am very disappointed with this place. All classes are one-size-fit-all. You cannot use the ring. Weights etc. are crammed up into a side. The coach are there to make money from private lessons. Don't even get me started on their billing and membership. The new manager is the worst manager of any service business I've met with. Stay away from this place. I can't believe how anybody real can rate this place five star.

What a great place, ran by a great general manager, great trainers and coaches and just a clean and great gym to get your sweat on, burn some calories by hitting a punching bag, and having fun. Yup, highly recommend this gym!!

If you are interested in getting fit while learning self-defense, this is the place. The staff is great and truly enjoy helping the members achieve their fitness goals. The kids program is excellent. My daughter is learning Boxing, Ju-Jitsu, and Kick-Boxing and enjoys every class.

I just joined the gym and I have to say that it has exceeded my expectations. New owners, VERY friendly environment, and I have no idea what I'm doing lol. I work out every day, in great shape, and I don't think I've ever worked as hard as I do there. Very nice owners, great instructors, and I happily recommend them.

We love this gym! Totally not what I expected. I've been a member at a large fitness center for a long time, and thought a boxing gym was more for guys who wanted to fight. I was totally wrong! The staff is awesome! The coaches are excellent! We love taking Pam's classes every chance we get! Amy, Eric & Rolando are awesome too! It's by far one of the best workouts I've ever had. Never boring, always a challenge, and the time flies by! Been there for almost 4 months and I'm thrilled with the results I'm seeing.

I started as member of this gym back december 2009. I started boxing here at age 15 and fell in love with it! I then with all of the classes they offered started doing the MMA, striking, and jujitsu classes widening my horizons. After a few years i started competing in local events and still am as well as coaching at the gym! We have the best coachs here that will get you to where you want to be wheather it is building muscle, burning fat, functional fitness, or training for competition. Come check us out and get the best workout you have ever had!

First of all...I like my pink boxing gloves! Second is that I have defined arm muscles for tank tops this summer...horray!
UFC staff and Trainers are the Best! They are upbeat, encouraging, knowledgeable: weight loss/gain, building muscle/strength. Classes are 1 hour of working every muscle. Instructors are so awesome in helping to get combinations down. Only positive energy at UFC Parker....BOOM!

First of all the staff is very friendly when you first walk in the door. But, they talk pretty fast. Before you know it you are in a long expensive contract. The workouts are basically aerobics with boxing gloves on (add kicking) and they are one speed and pretty much one routine all the time in other words no beginner, intermediate, or advanced for the most part. Most of the trainers are friendly but the egos are definitely there except for Chris. The personal trainers are out to make money by doing "personal training" bottom line-don't get suckered in. Again this is except for Chris. The boxing ring when you first walk is all for show so that when you walk in the gym you think it is a real boxing gym or at least there is a possibility of it. The only way you get to use the ring is if you pay a personal boxing trainer a huge amount of money over time to work with him. It is not a boxing gym-not even close. It is a great gym if you like someone trying to yell instructions at you over the music to your aerobics with boxing gloves on. Or, you have money to for an overpriced membership and overpriced training sessions. Basically it is a bunch suburban mid-lifers trying to recapture their youth who have the money to waste at la boxing doing it. It is all about the name and the brand. I saw one of the instructors threaten an individual during a youth class. If you want a real gym that is not over priced and is what it appears to be this is not it. It is small and crowded, loud, and often uncomfortable. And, the weights and weight machines forget it unless you want to be tripping over everything and banging your shins up. The only good thing I have to say about it is that Chris is very professional and knows how to instruct. It is too bad that all the other stuff I mentioned above did not exist there because it is not worth what you have to pay to be a member there-period. Like one of the other posters posted if you want a gym to work out at unlike 24 hr fitness or la boxing there are plenty out there that are affordable. If you want a fight gym join a fight gym. This is not really either-sorry to say.

LA Boxing prides itself on numbers, like car slaes, rather than health, fitness and positivity and I find this extremely troubling. Constant preasure to purchase overpriced monthly dues, with no spa, pool or really room to workout not to mention the lack of equipment and the fact its completly out dated. Profanity in the music while kids are in the gym, rude and judgemental coments by trainer Ashley, the owner's daughter. The "family dynamic" if you will, as most have expiranced this can either be a great thing or... well what we seem to have here. Trainer Steven at the Westmininster gym constanly making sexual advances on memebers creating an awkward envirornment but it seems his numbers remain steady so the owners turn a blind eye. Parker has run off many memebers as well as great staff by there overall lack of integrity and ethics but wont give you the time of day when approached with the opportunity to fix or even discuss on going issues. STAY AWAY!!! Long contracts yopu can't get out of at very costly monthly dues, plenty of local gyms offing so much more for less without the drama and same old bag classes! 24HR Fitness, Lifetime or even Fitness 19 are much better options!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! In my former life I worked in health clubs in the marketing department... also as a gym junkie, I've spent a lot of time in gyms in general. I can say without hesitation, and from experience, that the parker location is top notch ~ from the trainers and all of the staff being professional, helpful, and most important ~ REALLY good at what they do! To the classes, equipment and cleanliness - all excellent! The only warning I would have is to not be put off by the music (volume or choice) it wasn't what I normally listened to either, but I roll with it now and find it motivational. Lastly, the price... I didn't get it as I'm a "Lifetimer"... but when I saw the results etc and how much I looked forward to each class, I got it. You get what you pay for and I need someone to kick my butt as I would never work out this hard on my own! If you're on the fence.. go for it ~ you won't regret it!

Yay for the heavy bags at LA boxing--those elliptical trainers at the gym are for wimps after this! This class is as hard as you want to make it and a TON of fun. If you are in bad shape, these classes will kick your butt into shape in no time. If you are in good shape, you can still get an AWESOME and challenging workout in just an hour--and let go of your suburban angst!
