Unbound Fitness is all about empowering individuals to achieve their fitness goals by helping them break free from their
limitations and the mindset that is holding them back. I implement the four-quadrants of health and fitness as part of
my personal training approach: movement, nutrition, rest and recovery, and mindset. Using the four-quadrant model
allows me to hone in on the specific needs of my clients to further customize their training program, allowing for greater
results. No matter if you are a beginner or an advanced athlete, I can create the training program that is right for you.

Kendrick has been a wonderful trainer. My best friend and I have been doing his partner training and we are both very pleased with the results. He is very gentle and considerate knowing that I have chronicle neck pain. Kendrick is always making sure that the workouts are comfortable for me to handle.
I highly recommend Unbound Fitness and Kendrick if you are looking to train by yourself or train with a partner or group.

Kendrick is an excellent personal trainer. His approach is gentle, yet firm and backed up by professionalism and research. He will hold you accountable to your goals. I am injured and he is highly concerned about reaching my goals while protecting my knees from further injuries. I have been working out with Kendrick for almost 3 years. He is very patient, responsible, and knowledgeable. He takes the time to really listen to what your goals are and put together a workout plan that fits you. He helps hold you accountable and is very motivating to help keep you on track. He is very well rounded in not only pushing you in the gym but also helping you with your nutrition and recovery goals to keep you feeling your absolute best.
