Have been attending their JKD classes for a number of weeks now and am loving it. The instructors (Mark and Johnny) are thorough on technique and challenge me to focus on fundamentals and improve my form. As a newcomer to a group that seems to have been attending for a while, they have been really accepting and patient with the "new kid" on the block. Highly recommend for anyone looking to learn practical self-defense techniques and get a great workout in as well.

Always fun to train JKD at UMAC with Mark and Johnny. Mark is an excellent technician. Johnny keeps me honest on attacks!

JKD/Kali at UMAC is taught by certified Guro Dan Inosanto instructors and includes many combat disciplines. The instruction is excellent and the classes fly by. I could not recommend these classes more highly, a solid 5.

Kicks Martial Arts is the best place to bring your child to learn Taekwondo and build leadership skills. The classes are interactive, kids are having fun, and build confidence with each belt level. Curriculum is well balanced and builds on gradually. I'm so glad we were presented with the chance to become part of the KMA family. The family nights are my favorite as a parent, my kids ask to go every time!

My son has learned confidence, teamwork, fitness, and developed his mind and body together at UMAC. The instructors are challenging and flexible. You will learn a lot about martial arts and yourself.

UMAC is the place you want to take your kids for karate! We tried a number of places throughout town and this business is truly the top for many reasons:
1) The instructions are amazing! They not only are at the top of their martial arts fields but they also know how to tailor the lessons for kids. They are very empathetic and were able to get our son (who has a hard time focusing) to enjoy karate in such a way that he is very focused and looks forward to each lesson.
2) The facilities are very clean and constantly sprayed (important during these covid times)
3) Prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of the instructors
4) Great communication
5) Love how this is a family business (Master Nick, one of the main instructors, is the son of the owners and his sister is the head of marketing). You can feel the warmth of a small family owned business as soon as you walk in!

When our daughter turns 3 she will also be joining her brother in the program!

Friendly owners and students. Good high belt instructors whom also train in other MA systems. NOT a Cobra Kai type environment (which is good). Nick Teti.

Absolutely love this Training Center. Both my husband and myself decided to join in on the fun after watching the great time that my two sons 5 and 8 had during their training sessions. Great knowledgeable staff I love how they connect the skills to personal success factors and character traits to build a well rounded martial arts student.

United Marshall Arts and Fitness is the best marshall arts and kick boxing studio I've ever visited. Theresa, Byrne, the owner, takes great care to meet students where they are in their pursuit of fitness and marshal arts.

From attending her kick boxing classes alone, I have lost 25# with thanks to Theresa's excellent instruction and coaching. I HIGHLY suggest getting to know Theresa and her instructors when searching for marshal arts and fitness classes for children, women and men. Follow their Facebook page to learn about class schedules and specials.
