Staff are fantastic.
Weight are 10/10.
Cardio equipment is amazing.
Olympic lifting area is tops!

Unfortunately the most commonly used piece of equipment seems to be the "spa area closed" sign which is frustrating as it was expressly why I signed up for this gym.

Let's keep track of additional days that the "Spa Closed" sign was up:
20SEP2025
22SEP2025
26OCT2025 (gone for a month and still issues)
03NOV2025
24NOV2025 (DOING SO GOOD UNTIL THIS)

I got fed up with 24 Hour always being dirty and made the switch to Vasa — out of pure spite at the time.

Hated the culture immediately: ALWAYS CROWDED, people just sitting on equipment scrolling on their phones, plus some arrogant gym bros and girls who’d look at you like you just asked to hold their baby when you ask to work in. Some people seem to treat this gym (E County Line) as their personal office, while others are just trying to get their workout done and leave.

The final straw for me: I came in for my 60-minute workout, and three bros were on one bench. I finished my whole workout, sauna, and shower — and GUESS WHO WAS STILL ON THE SAME BENCH as I was leaving. Absolutely terrible etiquette.

Some major equipment items are broken or take forever to be fixed also (i.e. the Spa).

I also had coworkers tell me Vasa tried to send them to collections after they canceled, and it seems to be a common theme on online forms and word of mouth with Vasa. I hope this piece of advice helps: when I canceled, I made sure to talk to a manager and get it in writing that my membership was officially canceled after paying the cancellation fee. Regular employees wont give you anything in writing, they just say "trust me, your membership is cancelled."

It's a pretty good gym but thete are some things about it that are frustrating. I think one of the most frustrating is that there are not enough tricep ropes and the few there are look like the ones in the photo. These should be replaced way before they get to this point.

Wish they would notify their members when something as big as the lap pool is closed. Just started getting back into swimming for cardio in the mornings and when I went into swim this morning at 6am the pool was closed. Very disappointing.

I’m at this gym every single day, and it’s honestly ridiculous how nothing ever gets fixed. The sauna has been broken for over FOUR months, the showers smell awful, and half the treadmills are either broken or make so much noise it’s impossible to use them. Every day something new is broken. I’ve told the staff about these issues more than 20 times, and still, nothing changes. The staff is friendly, but that doesn’t make up for a gym that’s falling apart. When I leave work to come here, I expect to have a good workout — not walk into a place that looks and feels neglected. It’s honestly embarrassing for a gym to be in this bad of shape for so long.

The sauna is never hot in the afternoon has been broken for months nobody has fixed it. A lot of gym equipment is broken and has not been fixed. They are doing nothing in terms of maintenance and are not fixing anything. Their management sucks as well as their maintenance. Do not get a pass here..

I switched over to VASA in January, along with a bunch of others from a close by rec center, and really was pleased with the experience and price. Until summer hit and the air conditioning broke in the group fitness classes. It has consistently been over 80 degrees to START class - it only gets hotter with all the bodies moving and sweating. I'm worried someone is going to have a medical emergency in the middle of class! Over the past few weeks, there has been at least one person leave in the middle of class due to heat and most participants are having to take more breaks and rest. The air conditioning seems to be working throughout the rest of the gym but not in the group fitness and Studio Red rooms. Every time the front desk is asked they act like they have no idea it is still broken and we get a different story/answer every time. I understand things break but it's been MONTHS and no improvement. This week a small useless fan has been brought in to the front of the class but it doesn't help at all. I get at least 3 emails a week from VASA encouraging me to sign up for a higher membership or to invite friends to join but have never received an email acknowledging the broken AC or an apology! It's ridiculous and has me avoiding workout classes on warm days - this is not how you treat paying customers!

Good gym and staff. But apparently hair spray and grips are way out there budget. Certain machines have been triples for a year. Which seams to be a pretty gross oversight on basic up keep. We are now at 5 months since mentioning machines without grips and it being multiple months before that. Will they ever replace grips and do basic maintenance unless a machine is actually all the way broke: stay tuned to find out

DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM! It’s overcrowded, there is equipment constantly broken and won’t get fixed quickly, and trying to cancel is a nightmare. I canceled 3 months ago, and they continued to charge me the annual fee and monthly fee. I’m currently in dispute with my credit card company and their billing company paramount. Vasa will make canceling extremely difficult. Do not join this gym. There are plenty of other reviews saying the same thing.

I have been to many commercial gyms in the Denver-metro area over the years and this was one of the worst experiences I've had. The gym is extremely overcrowded nearly all of the time as the workout space isn't as large as other locations. This location is old, run down and missing some amenities that other gyms have. Giving two stars because there are plenty of squat racks and cardio equipment but otherwise zero incentive to be a member here. If you live in the area, skip this location and head down the road to the Chuze. I had a much better experience there.

This gym used to be my go to, now it’s consistently busy with broken equipment everywhere and a staff that seems to only vulture for sales. I have to now try to enter the building and ignore the staff or else I’m harassed to sign up for personal training or classes every single time I enter (which I don’t want) on top of that the building feels and smells like a swamp. Given the building flooding over a week ago and the damage to the building is just now getting worked on a week later it makes me wonder what mold I have been or still will be inhaling. Going to cancel my membership later this week and move over to Chuze which I should have a long time ago

Don’t go to this gym, it is managed by children and the culture is toxic and unsafe for women. Serious complaints are disregarded, women are called crazy if they think male trainers act inappropriately, profit will always be prioritized over both members and employees so it is best to steer clear!

Yes it's a super cheep membership... you get what you pay for. Currently that is no working adductor or abductor machines.... the abductor has been broken going on 6 wks & the adductor apparently decided to join it sometime over the last week. It's a gym- how hard is it to fix the bloody machinary? Apparently, very.

While I am here...
Do not sign up for a training package I feel mst ppl who train knw this, ppl new to training like myself at the start of the year hwever- may feel urs an o kt option. Nt worth it- they make you sign up for three mnth minimum and ofc train you to keep u with them... like you are not going to learn how to train on your own. They're just horrible trainers, from what I saw. I watched the others as well. Maybe for mobility. Or rehabilitation... maybe.

They focus on resistance bands, kettle balls (which I do like) but they keep u almost exclusively in the 'trainer pit'- despite me stating wanting to learn to use the machines.
Mine was on his phone texting the majority of the time. Every single time. He would tell me what to do but he was not watching me do it 80% of the time. I learned more as to form from tt videos regarding RDLs than my trainer. I wish I was kidding. My trainer also was trying to sell me stuff (protein powder, etc) constantly and it got excessive & annoying I do not know if this is standard.

Ok rant complete.

I started doing yoga in this gym around February 2025. I just took Carolina‘s Flow class, 9 AM on Saturday. I have been taking her class for at least four months now. She has helped me improved my form in so many ways. She has helped me achieve some poses I never thought I imagined. I love that she has a curriculum which equates to goals being completed. Carolina is an amazing yoga instructor.

Vasa Willow Creek has some amazing yoga instructors aside from Carolina. Wendy, Cindy and Lori are one of the most challenging yoga classes and they are great as the well. I wish I can just do yoga everyday and take everyone’s classes! Thanks for bringing yoga into my life, Vasa Willow Creek!

Severely overcrowded, does not limit how many memberships they issue out, stand around for hours attempting to get a workout in, hidden fees and shady cancelation policy make VASA not worth your time or money. Save your cash for a better experience.

Edit to the reply: bullshit on that cancelation fee. Canceled through your app and now facing collections for hidden charges. Your club is trash, is over crowded, and offers nothing that cant be found elsewhere at better places. I gladly pay way more for a better place that I can actually use.

I had such a great experience in VASA Fitness! I needed some help to get a membership as I am not from here (but from France), and Alisa kindly took the time to help me. Great explanations + a really friendly conversation made my day! Lifting is kinda my main thing, so imagine my surprise when I got to access pretty much everything (swimming pool, sauna/hammam, basketball, cardio…) for a very reasonable price? I surely will keep going to this gym that has been my favorite so far!

Dirty gym. This place has really gone down hill the last few months. Trash everywhere, gross bathrooms, no soap in the dispensers broken sauna door for months and the water filter hasn’t been changed in over 3 months. Plus most of the employees don’t care, told them about the soap dispensers and the picture of the trash cans and her response was, “oops” and continued to just sit in the break room and talk and gossip and not do anything. Really sad how downhill this gym has gone since management change. Really sad to see

The staff here at Vasa are all amazing. They are friendly, welcoming, and attentive. However, there are machines that have been broken for over a month at this point. I’ve been highly communicative with the staff and they have gone above and beyond in helping me find alternatives for my workouts. But for the price of the membership, upper management should have this fixed by now. I don’t mean management within the building, I mean the owner and corporation itself. It’s abundantly clear to me that the staff does not have the support they need to keep machines up and running and that corporate is providing mixed signals on when they will get machines fixed. Not only that, but they are left to deal with disgruntled members because VASA does not have a contingency plan to get these machines fixed in a timely manner. Very disappointed

They have horrible customer service. There are a few gentlemen that are very nice but all the managers and this one young African American girl are so rude. I've had guest privileges but they dont let my guests in. I tried bringing in my brother who is 16 and they said he needs a parent even though I'm his 20yo brother. So they told me that the parent can send them an email and give permission for him to go with me and then we would be good. So I did that and they were letting us in, but now we went and this one dude said that was false and hes not allowed in and they turned us away after we drove all the way here. Give us a document the parent can sign!!! It says on your website that there's one and that that's all that's needed for him to be able to go. I've been going to this vasa for 2 years but I'm very disappointed in it and thinking of switching if they dont lock in and fix this issue.

It's pretty clear that there are renovations going on. Shame that this rating is also based on the clientele - nobody seems to care about showering before using the sauna/ stream room; it would be nice if there was some way to enforce that so the sauna doesn't smell like people's dirty laundry.

Update: just canceled my membership (for which they charge a cancellation fee). The tipping point was reached after someone took a dump in one of the showers. Again, this is more a review of the type of clientele rather than the gym, but still, the level of cleanliness overall was not to my standards.

HORRIBLE Experience at VASA Willow Creek!

I used to recommend VASA Willow Creek for its great equipment, but after a recent visit, I’m beyond disappointed and honestly embarrassed for ever suggesting it. When my guests arrived, they were not greeted professionally. They simply asked about getting a day pass and were rudely shut down by a young African American woman at the front desk. I’ve personally witnessed her being rude to other members on multiple occasions — it’s become a pattern. She seems to go out of her way to make everyone stop and feel uncomfortable instead of welcomed.

There was no offer of a tour, no courtesy, nothing that shows even a basic level of customer service. It felt more like we were bothering her by showing up. To make matters worse, the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. The smell alone made us want to walk right back out — and according to my friends, the men’s bathrooms were even worse.

Where is the old crew and management who actually cared about this gym? The current state of this location is unacceptable. VASA needs to seriously retrain its front desk staff on how to interact with members and guests, and major improvements are needed in cleanliness and overall atmosphere.

Until then, I won’t be recommending this location to anyone. Do better, VASA.

I’ve been a member of Vasa Willow Creek for over five years. I had always been active and did so prior without a gym, I finally had decided to give the gym life a chance. I started attending their robust fitness classes, and fell in love with the impact it had on my health and friendships I’ve made.

Over the years they have been removing several classes, limiting many members options to have a group fitness experience. I believe this has been done in order to force members into higher premium $$$ “Studio Red” classes. Two of the main classes that has kept me at Vasa were yoga and Rebel strength classes. Yoga is no longer offered at the lower rate, now you have to be a “studio red” member and now they are removing two of the Rebel classes. To replace with what? These classes have a consistently high attendance on Monday nights and Wednesday mornings. Why would they remove such a highly attended class? Why would they try and force a Studio Red membership when those classes are not what many members want.

Thankfully South Suburban offers these classes and will be an option for Vasa members who wish to go else where ..

Disappointed that a gym that has provided such an opportunity for health, wellness and community is making such a decision. I will be taking my business to a gym that will value what the customers want. I was a good, loyal customer who promoted Vasa. South Suburban will be happy to have me.

I’ve been a VASA member for years, specifically because of the Rebel Strength classes at the Centennial, Willow Creek, location. They’re high-energy, effective, and led by phenomenal instructors—and they’re consistently full. In the last almost three years of attending, I’ve lost 80 pounds thanks to this program.

That’s why I’m absolutely outraged to learn that VASA is canceling not one but two of the most attended Rebel Strength classes—Monday night and Wednesday morning—under the excuse of “adding variety.” Meanwhile, there are plenty of other empty or low-attendance time slots that could be reevaluated instead (including the class right before us on Wednesdays, which often has fewer than 10 people). This feels like a corporate decision made without understanding what actually works—or what members actually want.

VASA has been slowly eroding quality group fitness offerings over the past year, and this move feels like the final blow. You’re eliminating one of the most effective, in-demand programs at the gym, and it’s completely tone-deaf to both the business and the community.

If these classes go, I’ll be canceling my membership—and I know I won’t be the only one. VASA should care more about the loyal, paying members who show up, do the work, and make your gym what it is.

VASA Fitness has good equipment and plenty of space, but someone really needs to have a heart-to-heart with the hot tub. This is the second time I’ve seen the water looking like it’s auditioning for a role in a swamp documentary. Cloudy, grimy, and just straight-up uninviting. If I wanted to stew in questionable water, I’d sit in a puddle in a gas station parking lot.

And then there’s the staff… I’m not sure what their job descriptions are, but it seems like a combo of professional walker and full-time people-watcher. They’re constantly roaming around, not cleaning, not fixing anything — just getting all up in your personal space and eyeballing you like you’re about to steal a dumbbell. It’s weirdly uncomfortable. I came to lift weights, not to be monitored like a three-year-old in a candy store.

Still giving 3 stars because the gym itself is decent, but between the hot tub petri dish and the security cam energy from the staff, it’s starting to feel more like a reality show than a gym.

I never write reviews, especially not negative ones but this place is disgustingly dirty. I went in the pool once and the pool and locker room were so gross (literally someone scratched “clean me” into the side of it). Tried to resolve with vasa and was unable. Now I spent $125 to go one time for less than an hour. My friend that still goes there says that months later the pool has still not been cleaned. Warning: Avoid Vasa Fitness at all costs!

My experience with Vasa Fitness has been nothing short of a nightmare! I joined in June and July 2024, hired a personal trainer, and made it clear I was leaving the country at the end of July. He assured me everything was fine and that my account would be taken care of. I froze my account, and he promised to cancel it for me.

Fast forward to January 2025—Vasa hits me with a $270 renovation fee. I called them, and they gave me Paramount's number. After 23 calls, they finally responded and told me I couldn’t cancel without "proof of move." I sent them my lease as requested, but the charges kept coming. Week after week, I was hit with a $270 charge and a $70 charge. I disputed this with my bank, but it didn’t stop.

I reached out to customer service, begging them to stop charging me—now they claim my account hasn't been canceled, and my balance is somehow up to $850 because of all the failed charges. Seriously?! My bank even tried to block the account, but Vasa keeps generating these automatic charges. How is this even legal or professional?

This is beyond frustrating and unprofessional. They refuse to stop the charges, and it's a complete circus. Stay far, far away from Vasa Fitness unless you want your bank account drained and your sanity tested!

It would be great if there were more settings available on the new massage chairs. The 3 settings are extremely harsh on my tailbone. It feels great on my neck and upper back, but when it moves down to my rear, it is very painful. I have to lift my bum up off the chairs until it goes back to the upper body. Half the massage is waisted as I strain to avoid the lower back and butt punishment. Other than that, it's very pleasant to work out at this gym.

Fantastic experience so far! I just joined this club after being at a more expensive competitor for years. Amazing value for the money and their new class LFT (think heavy Olympic lifting but in small group format) is better than any similar heavy lifting format I have experienced at any gym, and I have been to many. I attribute it to many factors - the dedicated space is amazing, the equipment is superior, and there is enough equipment to go around. The music, the social aspect (having a partner) the video guide along with a motivating and helpful live coach. And the exercises are spot on as far as form and technique goes. They’ve really done their homework and have really dialed it in.

Lisa G at Vasa is also a rock star and leads the charge like a boss! This is a must do if you want to get gains and results!!! I’m still sore from my first class on Friday and I’m used to working out hard!

Did a 1 day trial here, and there was no tour. They don't rent towels for any of their amenities, and you need to bring your own lock for their lockers. Overall, this gym was overcrowded, all stretching mats were taken, all benches used, etc. Maybe a different VASA would be different, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Weights are left on machines never put away counted 8 different machines just from where I was sitting. The heat is always blasting in the place. It's like they don't want to keep up an inviting image.

They have allowed way too many people to workout here for it to be worth it. One machine of everything and only a few squat racks. You have to wait in line forever to use the leg press and you cannot keep your heart elevated. The only stuff you don't have to wait for forever is the pool, the tred mil and the ab workout area.

I trained at this gym in November. It was amazing! They have tons of Hammer Strength equipment including belt squat and hip thrust machines. There is an area with squat racks and deadlift platforms. I was there for 3 hours trying out as much equipment as I could as I live 2 1/2 hours away and my local gym had limited equipment. It was clean, well maintained and the staff was great. Shout out to Cameron at the front desk. He was very helpful and friendly. Wish I lived closer so I could train here everyday! Day pass is $15.

They have great equipment but it’s not worth it since this location is incredibly oversold. Whether you come at 5am, 1pm or 8pm this place is beyond packed. Every machine is taken, every spot on the turf, and almost every cardio machine is taken. It’s to the point you’re losing money since you wait more than you workout at this gym.

There are a lot of gyms to choose from . Vasa continues to raise the bar with value and results. This particular location I’ve always found to be friendly and efficient. At first, when they asked me what I was working on when I came in, I was like, “This is a gimmick, lol.” Yet every time I pass by that desk on my way in, I get the same consistent question: “Welcome in ! What are you lifting today?” I’ve come to expect it and appreciate the subtle challenge it gives me to step up my game. Keep providing value; everyone, no matter economic standing, deserves a place to better themselves physically and mentally.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am beyond grateful to have encountered such a beautiful soul at Vasa Fitness. From the moment I stepped into the class, I was greeted with an uplifting smile that instantly brightened my day. This amazing instructor not only possesses an extraordinary talent for teaching but also has an incredible ability to motivate and inspire everyone around them. Their passion for fitness and community is infectious, making each class a true joy to attend.

What truly sets this instructor apart is their commitment to fostering unity and connection among us. We often come together to create Instagram and TikTok videos, capturing the essence of life and showcasing the incredible bond we share as a group. It's more than just a workout; it's a celebration of togetherness and strength. Together, we stand united, and our instructor leads by example, reminding us that we can achieve anything when we support one another.

In a world where we often feel divided, this beautiful individual embodies the true definition of community. I highly recommend joining their classes if you want to uplift your spirit, enhance your fitness journey, and be part of something truly special!

VASA eliminated cycle classes at Willow Creek as well as at many of their other locations! The cycle classes were the reason I joined VASA post-pandemic! There was no solicitation of members' opinions but simply a limited distribution email and word of mouth announcing this change. And with very short notice. The mass email campaign to request a reconsideration resulted in no response by company management. The gym was never clean and the staff was only friendly when they were trying to sell individualized training. I was willing to overlook all of this because they were offering cycle classes which were great and from which many lasting friendships were made! I've accordingly cancelled my membership! Extremely disappointing VASA Fitness did not consider many long-time members but simply decided to eliminate cycle classes and upsell members to other premium programs - but they won't upsell me!

★ 1

Extremely disappointed VASA is getting rid of cycle classes at Willow Creek! The cycle classes have a cult following at this location, now displacing members and instructors who joined VASA specifically for cycle. We have been members since before Willow Creek opened - will be cancelling and looking for a new gym! These cycle classes stay full and remain full. Extremely disappointing VASA Fitness did not consider demographics of the specific locations that are converting. Also extremely coincidental that a VASA employee is soliciting the Willow Creek Classes Facebook group for positive reviews, almost immediately after releasing the disappointing news that cycle was being removed at this location. Seems like they are trying to intentionally drown out negative sentiments from other frustrated members.

The front desk guy with a broken tooth was not the nicest. I had talked with someone from the gym earlier to inquire about plans and personal training sessions and told me to come check out in person (i forgot the name of the guy whom i talked with earlier but his voice seemed familiar with the broken tooth guy). Later when j came to check about the plans and all other stuff he was being rude and straight away said you have to be a member to know plans and all that. I mean whats the point of calling up here and later saying to check it online kinda weird. Also there were few people ahead of me and he had the same tone and arrogancy while talking with customers as if he's the owner of some big thing. VASA Fitness should take time and check with those kind of person before hiring and if not should train them before talking with any customers.

This gym is the worst. It does not matter what time of day you come in - the place is packed. You will easily spend half your time waiting for a machine, a spot in the green area, or space by the dumbells. It literally doesn't matter what day, time, or what you are lifting. They have obviously oversold this location. The only good thing is that the machines are designed better than most gyms. It is a lower price point, but when you spend half the time just waiting, it's not worth it. Spend the extra money to go elsewhere.

Vasa is a great gym with lots of equipment, friendly staff and fun classes. The only thing I’ve disliked is that they are incredibly busy! Which is of course great for them, but some more openings of new gyms would be nicer so that there’s not so many people waiting for machines at almost all hours of the day. I had a membership and then quit it for a while as I had a home gym but recently renewed. Back then I did have issues with payments and they over charged me and I was directed through to corporate which didn’t get relayed to my membership so I wish the communications between corporate and individual gyms were easier to navigate for issues when they arise, but hopefully now that it’s been a few years that’ll be better. Keep up the good work!
