I really enjoyed this gym the very short time I attended , one staff member in particular I believe his name was Cameron was always great and made the early morning workouts even more pleasant , I feel like that should be said. However you’ll see a sign on their door upon entering letting you know basically anything that happens in the parking lot isn’t their responsibility , I learned why. My window was broken out - all of my things stolen etc the day that I paid my annual fee. I reached out to customer service and they did allow me to cancel my membership at no extra cost which was nice but just be careful, a nice gym in apparently a crappy area . Definitely a shame

I’ve been going to this Vasa location for a few years now, and it’s a solid all around gym. Lately, the staff have been really on point, especially Kyle. I had to badger him with questions today, and he knocked it out of the park. Great attitude, very straightforward and professional. The staff at any given gym are really make-it or break-it, and these guys are making it. I absolutely recommend this spot, especially if you’re an early bird. Keep it up!

I have a terrible experience last night, I had been a member for 2 years at the Nevada location, most for my son a Varsity basketball player, everything was going find 2 teachers of him and 4 school mates looking at the results working out everyday enjoyed the gym, suddenly a guy with glasses probably new( the staff moves frequently new faces, new attitudes or simple not trained for Customer Services they don't have a batch with names) told my son he can't go to workout using my membership that allows 2 people at time, me and somebody else, he need to get his own membership, have to pay an extra membership which totaled $50.00 for both.
He kept developing an excellent shape coaches and players recognize and want to do the same which enrolling was increasing, last night a staff at front desk around 6:30pm, just went to look for him and a new team mate trying to enroll and said, you have to get out right now, he said why and the lady said you can not be here because too young, he is 6.2" 190 pounds, you have to leave premises, he doesn't have a car and was extremely cold, but allow him to stay in waiting arear, when I arrived and complaint Jamie I guess her name she told ne he is 15 and a half years old, I said yes, but you were helping me with another girl to enroll his membership and asked his age and no problem well arguing the lack of professionalism because they could call me to discuss the situation not just kick in front of tye other members which probably believed he was a breaking in guy. Another staff member using a gray shirt started getting in the argument but was very proponent saying things she didn't know how my son got his membership explained several times I'm following the instructions from them, they created the membership not me but impossible to deal to what she said no manager on duty they are the guards in the night, asked for thel manager and the 2 persons said is on vacation, I said will talk to him or her but they insisted is on vacation and is not going to be there until ? .
A company specially this big can't denied to speak to a manager is shady, unprofessional and I hew they were hidding the mistake which will cost not too much just to cancel my 2 memberships and when my son teachers and friends know they may cancel too. I still will look for the manager to tell him what happened being a loyal customer and treated like trash.

To end your membership you need to complete extra steps in the app. I was told my membership was ended over the phone in March. That was a lie. I'm out over $200. I called again to resolve this and they're sticking me with an early cancellation fee, that's not applicable to me.
I got all new account numbers and cards to resolve the issue. Gyms are a predatory business and it's always packed.

I’ve been a member for 8 months, working with personal trainer, Ian for 6 months.
It’s been a positive experience. I find it a friendly environment.
Ian has helped me meet goals of strength, endurance and self confidence that anyone at any age can benefit from a gym membership..
A big shout out to Coach Ian! And Coaches of Aqua Extreme!

I love Vasa Studio Flow classes.
I've had the opportunity to do the 8am class every day as well as several 930am classes during the shutdown. I absolutely love all the instructors. But my favorite classes are with Alayne, Dee, Susan, Alicia and Riley! Only problem is I'll be going back to work soon and will have to find another time to keep up with my yoga practice/obsession 😂

If I could give this gym a 10 out of 10, I absolutely would! VASA is amazing — especially the classes. They’re so motivational and always push you to do your best. Huge shoutout to Emily, Jackie, Susan, and Kami for their incredible energy in Zumba, Body Pump, and Kickboxing!
I try to come to the gym every day when I can, and honestly, while my husband’s been deployed, this routine has been such a blessing. It’s helped my days go by faster, kept me focused, and reminded me that time really does fly when you’re working on your body . ☀️
To any ladies (or anyone!) struggling to get out of bed or going through a tough time — this is your place. The energy, community, and positivity here are unmatched.

I really enjoy the classes that Vasa offers especially Zumba. If you haven’t tried it definitely go in and do a class. It’s amazing. A couple of my favorite teachers are Alena, Laura, and Jackie M. And they keep bringing on more and more wonderful teachers. They all have a passion and love what they do. It makes exercising so much easier.

I really liked Vasa when I started going around May/June of 2024, felt like a more serious step up from Planet Fitness at a lower price but I feel it’s been on a steady decline, machines will be broken for months which wouldn’t be a huge deal if this gym wasn’t always packed, you have to be very selective with the times you go to make sure there’s space and after a schedule change it’s just not possible to get a good workout in under 2 hours due to waiting for machines half the time. The machine selection is meh and the dumbbell section is under stocked for how many people are there. I would recommend spending the extra money to find somewhere nicer or just bite the bullet and go to a PF if you want to actually workout

I've been a member here for almost a year, and I used to really enjoy going here, but lately the pool and hot tub have been just gross. Dirt in the bottom and hair wods, whether this is from lack of care from members or lack of care from employees, who knows, but I'm canceling the membership. Just not the experience you hope to have when you're paying for it.

A nightmare to cancel, hidden fees everywhere. No annual commitment or whatever but a $100 cancellation fee. This is just a nightmare of a gym and management. Total scam, I paid $120 for two weeks of personal trainer and couldn’t even see him because “I ran out of credits” even though I had just paid. After calling I was told to pay $194 to cancel my membership and contract because I moved states, I paid the $194 and a day later was being charged another $120 for PT .

This place is a total nightmare. I joined in February and I canceled my membership due to injury in May, 2025 and they are still charging me! I canceled over the phone, on the app, I sent an email and they said that I still have not canceled my membership and continue to charge me. I have paid them a total of $248.85 from May to August 27. They said there is an early termination fee of $100 which is now an outstanding bill and so they will not terminate my membership until I pay the $100 plus the $27 monthly membership fee. I blocked them on my credit card so they continued to bill me and are still charting me and adding a late payment fee I sent a copy of the email that I sent to Vasa Fitness customer service when I terminated my membership and they said that it was not a valid cancellation because I did not receive a confirmation email response from them. Totally ridiculous and a perfect example or a subscription revenue model that shamefully hinges on access to a credit card.

The sauna stinks so bad! It really needs better upkeep. There’s no reason it should smell this bad, especially first thing in the morning. Last time I went, it smelled like urine. Management should consider adding a squeegee and disinfectant spray for members to use since people are dripping sweat all over. This would go a long way in keeping the sauna clean and enjoyable.

I like the gym, have been coming for a few years. But it would be nice to have flags over the pool. I like to swim there sometimes but you can’t do backstroke without the flags :( . Also not a huge fan of the pool having such clear windows to the regular gym side. Would be nice if they were frosted or something. Other than that, don’t go to the gym at 5 pm (like any other gym) and you should have access to most equipment without waiting. I like that most of the broken machines are working now, like the pec and rear delt machine.

It’s falling apart, it’s employees are rude and unhelpful, also it is always so crowded that no matter the time of day you really have to wait in line for practically anything. Also, I went out of the country for a brief time and had difficulty with one of my accounts that I paid this out of. The level of harassment that the Paramount acceptance corporation, which is the parent company located in Utah, levied against me was astonishing . I immediately paid the account when I became aware of it and cancelled my subscription. A truly unsatisfying experience. There are too many other Quality gyms to put up with this sort of absolutely awful quality and terrible
treatment. Never again.

Gym and equipment are very basic specifically the cardio. Not upto technology.
Mens restrooms are dirty, stinky. Shower are either broken or so slow it's no fun after a long workout when you want hot water with force. No body's gel, it's foam and always empty.
Lockers are never cleaned.
And anyone with the basic membership also can use pool, hottub, sauna , steam area. So why am I paying $25?
Please improve quality and cleanliness of locker room. I stopped using locker room after exercise but that means I can not enjoy pool area which is normally crowded because everyone with basic membership also goes there

The Studio Flow is great when it works. Started out very well. Great instructors. That would have been 5 stars.
Now, the room heats up about 1-2 times per week. Cancellation times and fees have increased. I propose a $3 credit for each class participant that doesn’t get what we’ve ALREADY paid for. How can you upcharge for a feature that doesn’t work…repeatedly?

This gym is going downhill. We pay an annual fee which I was told the day that I signed up that it will go towards fixing and upkeep on the machines and equipment. I've had to tell them 3 times in the last month about bolts backing out of the machines. They clearly aren't doing proper checks on the equipment, they just take our money and don't care. It seems like the managers don't care, they only care about the numbers and not the quality of the gym. They are turning into the old 24hr fitness.

I couldn't wait to finally make this review! I've been using this gym since 2020 so buckle in.
Initially this was a great gym. I was close, had great equipment, fun staff, clean locker rooms, tanning, massage chairs, the works - for $17.99 a month. A great deal.
Now in the last 5 years I have been training there 3-5 times a week. Over the years this gym has nosedived. Here's a list "owner." I'm sure you already know about these things but this is coming from a long time member that has put up with it for years.
-Constant broken equipment for MONTHS
Seriously they have like 5 air bikes and one is usable
-Lazy and underpaid staff
-Overpacked and oversold memberships (vasa is literally a meme) Seriously I go at 1-3 in the afternoon and its shoulder to shoulder waiting for broken equipment
-The locker rooms are absolutely disgusting. Pee on the floors, no paper towels, naked old heads sitting bare ass on the benches, lockers falling apart, and they ALWAYS smell like feces.
-The parking is an absolute joke! Honestly, I have came and left on multiple occasions because there is nowhere to park.
-They drama here is ridiculous, seriously over the years the staff start drama with the members and between them.
-The half dressed, no form having, camera wielding, wanna-be insta famous "pick me" girls are a problem.
Seriously I watched 2 of them making out in the pit while the staff just scrolled their phones.
Now, I have dealt with this out of loyalty to the gym for years but today was the last straw.
The business model is a total gotcha money grab. When I signed up I got the $17.99/mo membership. Little did I know that I was being charged another "rate stability" fee of $50 a year for the last 5 years. So the cost they sell you is a lie. They pack the gyms as full as they can get them for membership fees not actually caring about fitness, just your money. -GLOBO Gym would be impressed. I looked at freezing my account, another $15 charge! lmfao!
I'm out VASA. I hope you get your act together. Because right now you have a bad reputation and its not getting better.

Horrible first experience. My friend tried to bring me in as a guest for the day but unfortunately he didn’t have that feature on his membership and the “gentlemen” behind the counter said if I wanted to work out it would be a 15$ day pass. So as a potential new client that’s not very inviting. One would think you would just let me work out for the day and try to sell me on the place and a new membership instead of place counter police and not offer any accommodation for a new comer in town so I will find a new gym with cooler employees and more welcome environment

This place has so much potential. The staff is awesome. Elise makes exercise fun and the entire staff is super friendly, especially Chad and Cameron. The big things bringing it down are the facts that at least one of the pool area items always seems to be down. If the pool is up, the spa is down and if those are up, the sauna or the steam room is down. Also, the pool and the women's locker room floor could be cleaner. If those items were addressed then this would be a five star place for me.

I’ve been coming here to the Fillmore/Nevada location for a few years now. I’ve been a regular with the Aqua Extreme class and have also taken some of the other non-pool classes. My experience has been great with all of the instructors. I want to give a shoutout to them: Jackie M., Jennifer and Clara are great! In the recent past, Chelsea, Kim and Sharon are of course amazing. All of them are very knowledgeable with aqua classes, friendly, and fun. I look forward to coming to class 2-3 times a week to see what are now friends and get a good workout with my limited mobility. The front desk staff are always very courteous. The pool and bathrooms are always pretty clean, but VASA could use another private changing room. (Perhaps the walls of the single changing room could use some attention!) There aren’t weightlifters yelling and swearing as they lift. No obnoxious clients that I’ve observed. Most of all, this location within Colorado Springs is great! It’s centrally located and easy to get to. Since Gold’s closed, there aren’t many gyms in the middle of the city for those of us that live nearby. I’m glad for this location!

Update 6/30/25: Increasing my rating from 2 to 4 stars. I will say, things have improved; most of the machines I originally took pictures of have been repaired, except for the pec dec machine, which bafflingly is still broken despite the sign that says, "Parts will arrive in early June" (I think it's been broken for ~5 months now, maybe more). There was also an issue a while back where most of the speakers playing music in the gym were emitting an irritating high pitched whine, but that's been fixed too. It seems like they've also been more on top of replacing worn out seat/cushion covers and worn out cable attachments. Workouts have certainly been more enjoyable as of late.
My main complaint is just some of the people that come to this gym. Most members here respect gym etiquette, but occasionally you'll have a few who will take up a machine for 20+ minutes and only do a few sets, or will rotate between two or three machines simultaneously (and get annoyed if you take one), or won't wipe down equipment, or will slam medicine balls against the wall as part of their "warm-up". I know that's not technically VASA's fault, but it would be nice if employees policed this behavior when they notice it.
Orignal review: I've been consistently coming to this VASA for the past two and a half years, but in the past 4-6 months, I've noticed a sharp decline in the quality of maintenance and care this gym receives. There are at least a dozen or more broken machines or equipment, some of which have been broken for literal months and it's now impacting my workout routine. With how busy this gym gets, it's even harder to find an opening on the working machines, and a broken toilet in the men's bathroom means there's frequently a line for the two remaining working toilets. There are so many broken machines that they've resorted to using a taped-on handwritten note because they've run out of the laminated signs.
The only saving graces for this VASA location is the cheap membership options and the friendly staff (but considering how often I see new staff working the front counter, it sure seems like the turnover rate is high). I'm going to be considering paying more for a membership at another gym if it means cleaner, better maintained equipment. For how insanely busy this gym gets, you'd think they'd be flush with cash to actually maintain or replace their equipment, but I guess they don't care.

If you value integrity and safety in a gym setting, I urge you to reconsider this location. Management has fostered a culture that enables harm and silences survivors. Alex was amazing for my first studio red class! Motivating, knowledgeable and personable. Alex played great music, gave good tips and motivated me to do my best even when I was tired. Alex wanted to know me and how I am best supported whether that be encouraging or to push me harder and I think that's really important as a coach to know how to best challenge people. Definitely a great workout and I will be back!

I love the Studio Red Clases! Great way to start my day.
Edited- 6/10/2025 if you are considering joining Vasa to attend Yoga Classes. Reconsider immediately. The cycle/spin class next door is so incredibly loud I can’t close my eyes and focus when everything is reverberating as she coaches them on. Until you know that classes aren’t at the same time or that they have added sound padding to the walls.. I would reconsider locking into a membership that ruins the zen meant to be found in yoga.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint about the behavior of an employee named Sam (last name unknown) at your VASA Fitness location at 455 East Cheyenne Mountain Blvd, Colorado Springs, during my visit on June 6, 2025, at approximately 9:50 PM.
My 12-year-old daughter and I entered the gym so that she could work out with me as a guest under my membership. Upon entering, we were immediately met with hostility from Sam. When my daughter began providing the phone number associated with the guest pass, Sam abruptly and loudly yelled at her, saying: “I cannot hear you!” in a very blunt and rude tone. The outburst was so loud that other members nearby turned around to see what was happening.
I had to take a moment to calm myself before addressing Sam. I then told her that she needed to calm down and that if she was experiencing stress, she should not take it out on us. Sam responded by saying, “No, I have just been at work all day and I am getting tired of people aggravating me.”
I firmly told her that I did not care what kind of day she was having but she had no right to yell at my daughter. It is absolutely unacceptable to berate a 12-year-old child who was simply trying to enter the gym with her father.
I usually have very positive experiences at the other VASA Fitness locations in Colorado Springs. However, this incident was extremely upsetting and left a lasting negative impression. If an employee cannot manage their own frustration and chooses to direct it toward members especially children that person is in the wrong line of work.
I am also concerned that if Sam displayed this behavior toward my daughter and me, it is likely she may have done the same to other members, possibly young guests who did not have a parent with them to advocate on their behalf.
I strongly urge VASA Fitness management to investigate this matter seriously and take appropriate action. Behavior of this nature will certainly cause members to cancel their memberships and tarnish the otherwise good reputation of your gym.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and to seeing this issue addressed so that no other member or child has to endure such treatment.

steam room is always broke and they take forver to fix it. The showers in the mens room flood and never have soap. Usually there is mold on the walls and ceiling. The machine that drys your shorts in the mens room always smell like rotting shit and is now also broken. shower door locks are either missing or are broken as well so it wont lock. the inside of the lockers are just as gross. The hand dryers are broke. but atleast i can over pay for a vasa hat. paying for a membership feels like paying taxes on the road. i can use it but nothing seems to get fixed lol

I’ve been a member for almost a year. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They’re always waving and greeting people as we walk in. The acknowledgement is nice and even if my headphones are in I know they’ve given me a wave. The size of the gym helps offset how insanely busy it is at all times for the day. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed more and more pieces of equipment broken with no sign of any repairs happening. The pool is constantly down and the sauna is hit or miss for being operational. It’s pretty frustrating to not be able to use all the amenities that I pay for. Outside of that, I enjoy my workouts here and appreciate how courteous everyone is. I’ve had one weird interaction with a male and the staff took care of it as soon as I reported it. Please fix the sauna. As a bonus, a sign recommending deodorant in the men’s locker room would be appreciated lol.

I used vasa for 2 months. It was great, for the childcare most of all! I did have an experience when I used a RED yoga class, and apparently my child had pooped. Being in yoga, you’re not on your phone, as it’s tucked away in a locker so when they tried to call me, I didn’t hear it.( They also have you write down where in the gym you’ll be when you sign them in, so yoga was written in)
When I came to pick my child up, the looks and attitude I received from the staff was unprofessional and unprecedented. It wasn’t until later in my car when I checked my phone, did I realize what the hostility was when picking up my son. Other than that, they have been great.
The reason I am giving one star is because when I signed up, i couldn’t log into the first thing they sent, so I tried again and was able to fully register. Not until they pulled out a large sum of money from my account did I realize that they had activated the other account. I had my husband call about this, and they worked with us and had it credited to the active account. We had also requested to cancel the current account.
My reasoning for canceling the current account was this: in order to work out, I needed the child care. To schedule childcare, you must schedule 2 weeks in advance and at 8 in the morning to secure a spot before they are filled. (Having 2 infants, slots are limited at the same time) They charge a late fee if you cancel or don’t show up for childcare within 4 hours of the scheduled time.I would go in the early mornings after dropping my daughter off at school, but at this time in life, the kids were getting sick and spring break was upon us, and the amount I was paying in late fees for x2 babies was more then I was paying for the monthly membership. We canceled in mid march. It is now 2 months later, and a large sum was removed from my bank account.
Confused because my account should have been closed, I call, and they say there is nothing they can do. They see I haven’t used the service since before the last call, but they are a third party and that all they can do is take more money from us to cancel the account. This has totaled into over 300$ just to cancel the account and the payment they took. This is awful! I will never recommend this gym to someone who is on the fence with working out and have kids. The child care is wonderful, but the customer support for overdrawing on an account is apprehensable!

Wet area amenities are always broken. Hot tub is broken every other week. Steam room breaks once a month. And the pool’s heating has been broken for 3 weeks now (and the second time this year— it’s only March) so the water is freezing. The pool has also been dirty lately (hair floating in it and trash and dirt on the pool floor). I told staff and it hasn’t been fixed. I go to vasa exclusively for these things and it’s annoying I can’t enjoy them.
Update: the pool’s heater has been broken for 1 month and today it was closed completely. Went to another vasa location and their pool was closed off also! I can’t swim at any vasa!! Come on! Get it together 😡
Update 2 (last one): pool was open on and off after they finally fixed the heater but now after a month it’s closed again for almost 2 weeks. Steam room has been broken for 2+ months. Never in a hurry to fix things. Called corporate. No one ever has an answer for things. Don’t waste your money going here. Literally incompetent.

Do not recommend if you have a child on the spectrum or with special needs staff Was giving my son one on one treatment in the back room, but the district manager Decided that was a problem Even though there are three women working in the front when you don’t need that many in the front, why not put one more person in the kid care lobby? And there are three working in the kid Care lobby so if your son behaves well Go ahead and take them here, but if they are on the spectrum and get overwhelmed around people do not bring them here But I will say for the two weeks I had my membership, the ladies in the kid Care Were very patient with my son that was until the district manager wasn’t allowing them to be one on one with him anymore

I am very disappointed that VASA is getting rid of cycle and moving to StudioLift. Cycle is the main reason I joined VASA in the first place because they made cycle affordable and gave people diversity to achieve their goals. Women are 90% of the people that are in classes and why do we need more lifting equipment. Men are the primary individuals that lift and they are not going to attend a class. Bring back cycle at least at one of the locations!! I might have to end my membership. Unhappy customer!

Horrible kept gym.
High employee turnover.
Manager will not do anything. Letting them know so many machines are down....all you hear is will pass it on.
The hierd another maintenance man but no accomplishment. The pool we are told is being shocked for the last 2 weeks. The clock in the pool area has the wrong time.
Employees walk around with tablets take pics but no accomplishment.
This company is not for the member .
It is all there locations. They are opening up gyms however necolect the once that are open.
No cook but 1 in the trainer area.
Trainers are not nice to other trainers. A person felt of the bisycle in a class because the bike was broken. Ambulance come.
If you look they have more free weights then machines. Have if them are broken for a while. Out of 8 stairmasters only 3 work. It's hard to cancel your contact. Read read read before you sign. They can print it out prior to signing. Do not just sign on the computer. Consumer beware.
They call it a spa...really no temperature gage in hot tub sauna steam room. Sauna is not proper temperature for a sauna. Hazard because people put their gym backs in front of the door.
No hooks for swimmers lady's to hang your town. No teal bench for relaxing or since off shower after you come out of steam sauna or hot tub. 1 metal bench by hot tub beeping used to put stuff on it. It is not a complement to the gym. People come in with street cloth to sit in the sauna then go work out. Horrible smell.
Poorly designed and build. Not kept up.Woman
only have 4 showers 1 handycap shower no towel hook. Because there is no rince off shower people entering the pool sweety from sauna and steam room. It's all a joke.
When you call you do not get corporate but a 3 party. There manly there to collect your payment.
Vasa needs competition.

I’ve been coming here for 2 yrs and over the last few months it’s become even more crowded and it absolutely does not matter what time of day it is. With 24 hr fitness closing and all the classes you charge extra for there should be an influx of money but who knows where that’s going. Several machines have been broken for upwards of two months, some 5, and more equipment keeps breaking everyday. Sauna hasn’t been in use either. Do better

The heck am I paying for every month? There are probably 6 or 7 broken machines at any given time of the day, sometimes more. The chest machine has been "out of order" for 6 months. Pool / spa goes out of order once a week. Equipment is worn out and never maintained. Extremely crowded unless you show up at 4 in the morning then 6am it's swamped with people until close. Management needs to take initiative and get this place in good order again or shut it down. Going to invest in a private gym if it doesn't improve.

I agree with what everyone else is saying. So many of the machines have been broken for months, with no end in sight. When I’ve asked the staff they always say “it’s being fixed on Friday,” which is obviously the line they have been instructed to give. And I can only imagine they have had plenty of new customers now that the 24 hr fitness closed, or at least the opportunity for a huge new customer base. Unfortunately, as soon as someone else opens a gym in this area, this Vasa will definitely close. Pro is that it’s cheap.

I’m giving a poor review because of a huge parking ticket I received, and think everyone should be aware of. It is common to arrive to a full parking lot and to have to drive around for a while waiting for someone to leave in order to get a parking spot. There is one spot out front that is lined with yellow lines… it is not a parking spot, and it has no signs posted stating it’s a tow away zone. People always park there when the lot is full. So I made the mistake of thinking it was okay after years of just waiting patiently. When I came out of the gym my car was gone. I had to go back inside to find out who took it because there are no signs posted. I view this as a shady opportunistic scheme and it cost me $455 to get my car out of the lot at Bugs Towing. Although I’m aware that I was not in a true parking spot, I’m also aware that it is a predatory practice for a company to prey on people this way. The unfriendly people from Bugs Towing said it’s a “fire lane” supposedly. However, on public land a sign must be posted and typically a warning ticket is given before a vehicle is towed. Yes, this is a private lot, and therefore they have every right to prey on people. I am a single mother, and $455 is just a lot of money for most people to fork out to a shady business, especially in this economy. It may be the property management company and Bugs towing that have this deal going, but shame on Vasa for allowing it and not treating their customers better.

I used to love coming to this gym, but I now realize it’s because I hadnt tried very many others in the area. The community used to be so supportive here, the trainers cared about their clients etc. I’ve noticed and been inconvenienced by the constant broken equipment. I literally Couldn’t do my last three exercises today because the machine was broken or only one worked and everyone was waiting to use it. The trainers have all been fired and replaced with trainers that are motivated by money instead of the health of their clients. This doesn’t apply to all the trainers there, but I go every day and there’s only two there whose opinions I listen to anymore since they fired Robin. Btw I’m SO angry y’all fired your best freaking trainer!!! I’ve been trying to get on her roster for the last year because she’s SUCH an amazing trainer. Y’all just got mad that she was training people ON HER OWN TIME, IN A DIFFERENT GYM. When I approached Her in the gym about working with her she constantly suggested another trainer at vasa that I do Respect, but it wasn’t her so I declined. She is a person of integrity and strength. Gross treating your employees like trash and therefore offering a subpar experience to your clients. Actively looking for a new gym near my house that’s open at 4am. This place ain’t it anymore. Firing my favorite trainer brought on my review yes, but that doesn’t fix the machines or shady attitudes of your trainers. Maybe if you had a great training program you wouldn’t be worried about you clients leaving you for a better trainer.

As others have said, this Vasa Fitness has far too many members, far too few maintenance staff and not enough equipment. I've seen the same machines sit broken for literally two months. You need endless flexibility or lots of extra time, because the machine or weights you want to use next will undoubtedly be broken or already in use. Disappointed with New KidCare Leadership
I’ve been going to VASA off E Cheyenne for over a year and have always appreciated the incredible KidCare staff. The veteran team has been kind, patient, and supportive, and my kids absolutely love them. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the new lead and GM.
Since the leadership change, the atmosphere has shifted. Yesterday, when I picked up my one-year-old, the new lead told me, “Your child is being aggressive and throwing himself on the ground, and if you cannot get it to stop, you will need to leave. He is a hazard to himself.” I almost laughed at the absurdity of being told my toddler was a “hazard to himself,” but I refrained. Before I could even respond, she walked away mid-conversation. Other long-time staff members assured me that he hadn’t been acting aggressively at all, making the way this was handled even more frustrating.
Beyond my own experience, I’ve heard from multiple parents that the new lead is neither warm nor patient with the kids. Leadership changes are inevitable, but how parents and children are treated matters. KidCare used to be such a welcoming space, and my kids still look forward to seeing Ms. Sydney, Carla, Hailey, and the rest of the veteran staff every day. These amazing caregivers are the heart of KidCare, and it’s disappointing to see poor leadership overshadow their hard work.
It’s always best to promote from within—the kids love the long-time staff, and they make it such a fun and safe place. I truly hope this is addressed so KidCare can be the positive environment it once was.

Not to mention they had to finish their conversation before asking how can I help you . I'm not one to complain because at the end of the day what someone says doesn't matter but it matters when you're messing with my training and performance . Not sure their background but some of them have an attitude of a bartender or a waiter who's ready to go home and is annoyed by your presence or request .

I attend Amy’s Body pump class on Tuesday mornings. I enjoy her different workouts and feel so accomplished at the end of class. Amy is funny and always gets me hoped for class. I recommend anyone wanting a challenge and a stimulating workout to go.

Terrible collection practices. Signed a membership in 2022. Had a hip injury and was unable to use my membership. Called and told them to pause my membership until I could return. This was in late 2024. So almost three years after signing the membership. Then they charged me a fee of $75 for yearly dues on top of it. Four months after surgery I got a call from a Utah Law Firm that my account had been submitted to collections. I owed the full balance for the year and it was 10 times the monthly dues. Never again. After collection they asked if I wanted to return? Are you kidding me?? Be wary. I would not do business with Vasa ever again.

Oh I absolutely love going to Vasa, for the community and the staff is always so available and I just wish the tan beds could go full time at 12 minutes.

I've attended 4 Vasa's. 2 in Colorado Springs and 2 in Littleton and Englewood area.
All have been great but the one in Littleton and in COS on N Nevada have had the best customer service, and have consistently been the cleanest and always very clean.
Love the amenities. And the equipment. And I loved studio lift and can't wait for it to come to Colorado Springs.
Overall a great place for the price.
Cons: I miss the racquetball courts. And it gets too crowded for me during peak times. They need more branches.
I feel they need to add another pull up machine, and I think they should add a Jacob's ladder. If they could add a pair of rings and a couple of in ground trampolines then that would be perfect.

Overcrowded, broken machines galore, no parking. This place used to be okay but it's almost not worth it anymore. Cheyenne mountain location especially. FIX THE DAMN MACHINES

The parking at this location seriously needs to be addressed. I was in the gym for 13 minutes and my car was towed costing over $300 to get it back! Will not let you know or have signs posted. That is highway robbery. I'm really disappointed in this location as well as the tow company they have doing this. Beware!

This is seriously THE WORST GYM EVER. I have tried going at EVERY TIME that there is and it is always packed. Packed to the point you can’t even work out. They should seriously consider limiting the amount of memberships they give out because it is ridiculous I can’t wait to cancel I seriously HATE IT

Update: The chest fly machine (pec deck) has been broken for over 2 months. It would be great if this highly sought after machine was fixed.
Past Review 2: The gym has started to verify memberships, which seems to have significantly reduced the number of undesirables and has alleviated the parking situation. Thanks for getting after the problem. I would give it five stars, but machine maintenance and condition are starting to be problematic.
Past Review:
The amenities, variety of machines, and weights are excellent. However, the gym is consistently packed with people without gym etiquette. The culture is terrible, and the parking is worse. I can't wait to cancel my membership.
