I’ve never left a negative review before, but what happened tonight deserves one.
I came in around 8 PM on Saturday, not knowing the gym closed earlier. The front desk employee, Anessa, didn’t greet me or say anything when I walked in and she was chatting with someone so I assumed the gym was open. I put my headphones in and went to start my workout.
I began to warmup for my workout when out of nowhere, she screamed across the gym at full volume that they were closed. Not called out, not waved me down — literally screamed. It was so loud that I thought someone had been severely hurt. When I went over to talk to her and explain I didn’t realize, her attitude only got worse. She spoke to me with open hostility over a simple misunderstanding and acted like I was somehow being rude for not knowing the change in weekend hours (I literally just started a membership here this month.)
I’ve worked in the service industry for ten years, including being gym staff in the past, and if I talked to a customer the way she talked to me, I’d be fired on the spot. Completely unprofessional behavior.
I like VASA as a gym, but this was hands down the worst customer service interaction I’ve ever had. Management needs to address how their closing staff treats members.

Okay so the facility is pretty good. It’s open and the equipment is up to date. None of it looks like old middle school gym equipment.
The staff is friendly and chill and they always greet everyone. They seem to like working there too.
I love the classes as well. Studio red has helped me improve my endurance and strength as well as stamina. I used to only be able to do one class a week. Now I can do 4. I often mix up a couple of studio red classes and a couple of studio LFT classes and will do flow once a week too.
The massage chairs are amazing and the hot tub is great. However it seems like it’s almost every weekend that the spa is closed. Steam room gets HOT which I love. Sauna is hit or miss.
All that aside, I decided to cancel as I was charged $23 in late/tardiness fees last month for the classes even though the coaches vouched for me and told their managers I was present in the classes. I tried to call their support number too but had no luck. It’s the late fees that influenced my decision to cancel.
I paid the ridiculous cancellation fee and was still charged the monthly dues which I’m pretty sour about.
It just seems like nobody that is above a coach or regular staff actually cares about the customer experience.

Gym is cool. Staff are chill. Only downside is, bathrooms. Tend to be dirty or smell like urine. Showers aren’t cleaned. They change the curtains which is cool, but they clearly don’t scrub down the showers. Many Vasa locations are like this, unsure why.

Bathrooms are still disgusting as ever, especially showers. Clearly, the owner lied (shocker). They can afford a proper cleaning crew, but refuse. It’s disgusting. They should be reported to the BBB for running an unsanitary business

Overall I like this gym. I've been coming for a few weeks now. I like that you can schedule your kidscare so there's never a question of being turned away due to no vacancies. The gym is busy, but most people are courteous and have a good flow. I haven't noticed very much "equipment" parking, which is nice because you're never waiting long. There is quite a large selection of equipment which is nice as well.
What I don't like, is that they allow content creators to block off large areas of workout space for extended periods of time during peak hours. This is the second time in as many weeks that I've been unable to use the turf/wall area (specifically for throwing a medicine ball, which reasonably can't be done elsewhere) because content creators have their tripods setup and 2/3 of the wall space blocked off. 4 people could easily fit where one person is. I understand they allow filming, which is fine, but allowing people to obligate large areas during the busiest times of the day is just inefficient and rude to other paying members. It would be better to designate times that are less busy (like mid mornings and just after lunch) where people can do this. Otherwise other members are missing out for the "needs" of one.

The staff at Vasa are all great, but Bailey truly makes a difference in my day. He works at the front desk and always greets me with a huge smile and a positive attitude. It's a small detail, but it really sets a great tone for my workout. He is also super helpful and efficient, whether I have a question about my membership or need help finding a piece of equipment. Bailey is a big reason I enjoy coming to this gym so much!

Vasa is the first gym I've ever actually wanted to come to. Most I've just forced myself to show up, but here the staff, the trainers, the culture are all amazing. If more gyms were like this I truly believe more people would workout.

Vasa Fitness has still not resolved are membership billing issues after several attempts of talking to staff and customer support. We signed up and were told the first 30 days we could try the Studio membership for free, if we decided to downgrade we would could do it before the first 30 days were up. When we attempted to do so on the app (as we were told by a VASA employee) it wouldn't allow us to, we asked staff and they told us they could not help us at the gym and we had to call support. After calling support I was told they would have to call me back the following day because their supervisor was not in and a because it had to be approved. Because of this we were charged for the Studio membership which we did not want. All they did was waive the $25 fee that we were then assessed because we decided to downgrade. THIS was never discolosed to us. The issue has STILL not been resolved, we've paid another additional fee to "lock in our rate" on top of all this. This is bad business practice and customer support has been useless, it's been back and forth with ZERO results.

So beyond frustrated with the Personal training program!!!! When I 1st joined this gym I gave it 5 star review. My husband and I have been members since it opened. This year I signed up for personal trainer sessions. It was supposed to be a 3 month trial. But I am being told it's 6 months. I have been assigned 2 different trainers and am now having to start over again with a different trainer. I am told I am not able to cancel the contract but I can freeze it for 3 months at a time for an extra $15.

This rating isn't for the gym staff itself necessarily. But for the gym members. They're rude and terrible. It's the norm to be pushy and aggressive like 5x more than any other Vasa, and I've been to them all. Most are good or decent. The people throw plates all over. Leave 3 plates a side regularly. Cut you off. Don't work in with you. Etc. All around just rude and ignorant people. It's on my banned list. I will never go here again. And I advise others to steer clear as well. Not sure what the staff can do. But they should definitely have signs up or try to educate people to some degree. As it is.. this is a warning sign to anyone with class or respect to stay clear.

I've absolutely loved being a member of this gym, especially thanks to Sophia, my personal trainer. From day one, she’s taken a genuinely thoughtful approach, making me feel completely at ease as she guides me toward my fitness goals. I've been going to Vasa Fitness for over 1 yr now & absolutely LOVE IT!!! From the first day I walked in to now. Everyone is so very friendly. The gym is so clean. I've been working with the best personal trainers Nicole for over a yr as well. She is also one of the greatest managers at Vasa. Let me tell you that every member gets one free Training session. I've worked with most of the personal trainers and they are all AWESOME!! I understand with covid everything has changed, they are doing their best to keep our lovely gym open. I highly recommend the personal trainers at Vasa Fitness.. It won't let me do another Google review so. I'm adding to this one.. Jenny coach for Studio Red is just AWESOME! I totally enjoy taking her classes. Today she stepped in last minute to teach Studio red. I was so happy when I seen her. Normally I take her class on Tuesday nights.

I really like VASA overall, but every time I go in almost every single massage chair is broken! I mean 4/6 of the chairs are broken making it very hard to use that part of my membership.
Edit: I had posted a review only about 3 weeks about almost all the chairs being broken down and the management really listened and fixed every single chair! Now I am able to come in and use the chairs very easily! The management really checks the comments and wants to do what they can for their customers!

This place is big and nicely spread out. The icing on the cake is their Lift class. To have a personal trainer teach me form during a strength training class that is included in my membership is what sealed it for me. Jason at the front deserves the credit, he took the time to get to know what I was looking for and suggested the Lift class to me. Can’t wait to get started

This VASA is a mile from my house and I drive 5 plus extra miles to other VASAs due to a.) dirty - mens lockers/bathroom is equal to a below average truck stop crack bathroom b.) maintenance is terrible- a river of water from a water fountain was the norm- machines broken c.) joined because the offered Spinning-full classes- got rid of to squeeze $ out people to do group weightlifting- no compensation- why not get rid of the basketball court from the people that just $ the basic rate instead of cycle for the people that $ the fitness rate?

My wife and I signed up in May. They seemed to be a premier gym and selling us on the fact that they were getting all new equipment in June. Here we are in mid-July and they never got the new equipment and have no idea if or when they actually will. Any time we go in, it's always a guessing game if the cardio machines are going to work or not. The machines are beyond beat up and frankly, many are a major safety concern. We love using the massage chairs, however it's normal for at least 4 of the 6 they have to be broken at any given time.
The staff at the location are generally pleasant, yet uninformed of what is happening with the gym, specifically the getting new equipment yet they use it as a selling point to get you to sign up. Needless to say this gym is not what it seems, you will get a lot of promises, empty promises. The restrooms/locker rooms are trashed. We have canceled our memberships and say avoid this place like the plague.

Very inconsistent about their trainers, classes, rules, and times (across gyms too).
I don't think there's been a full month where I can have the same classes (studio or regular) and same times (not including substitutions because trainers take days off)
The gym opens at 4am, but the earliest class you can do (2 days out of the week) is at 5:30am versus the Zuni location have 5:15 am classes (5 days out of the week) or even federal location has 5:15am or 5:30am (5 days).
The staff and trainers at this location compared to the Zuni location and federal location are just okay in comparison. If you can drive the extra 10 minutes to go to Zuni or 15 to go to federal, I recommend it.
I go to this one twice or 3 times a week just because it's 5 minutes away from me and I don't wake up in time to go to the other locations. Keep in mind my experiences across all 3 locations range from Weekdays mornings at 5:15 am and after 5:30pm. Weekends been before 12pm
Throughout all gyms, I love taking classes with David for combat/groove/pump, Celine for RED, Beth for RED, Indira for Step, Mauri for Barre/Conditioning, Veronica for pump, and
Matt for RED and Di for Lift (i believe they're gone gone as its been nearly 2 months now that i don't see them)

I’ve been taking the Studio Lift classes at the VASA Fitness in Thornton, and I’ve gotta say—this location absolutely crushes it. Love this gym in general. Nice equipment and nice staff. But a huge gripe of mine is them not taking care of the showers. Most of the time the showers itself is dirty and the soap dispensers are completely empty. Everyday for the past week they have been empty. I just feel like more care should be taken with this.

Vasa is the spot to be whether it's to pump some iron, run, climb or bike until your heart beats out of your chest, join group classes (if that's your 'thing') including: butts and guts, Zumba, body pump, etc. Or, Studio Lift, Studio Red or Studio Flow en masse. Not to mention the wet area complete with a lap pool, hot tub, steam room and dry sauna. Vasa has everything you need. And an added bonus: the Vasa staff are FAN-EFFEN-TASTIC. Everyone greets you with a smile and a warm welcome and makes your gym experience everything you need it to be.

I’ve been going here for about a year and have watched the high quality I came to expect taper off dramatically, management spent the budget on new studios rather than maintaining equipment and it shows. Every time I come in I wonder what is going to have a catastrophic malfunction that injures me, two months ago it was the steam room overheating causing me to black out within five minutes of entering, thankfully I made it out the door before loosing consciousness, face planting into the cement and chipping a tooth. Rather than fixing this problem they’ve shut it down and deflect whenever asked about it. Most of the resistance machines either have missing padding, and odd hitch at a certain spot in the motion, or intensely bent/stretched locking pins. Seems like 30-50% of the cardio equipment is down every time I come in, and when it’s not the treadmills run a real chance of the belt skipping creating a major hazard, especially at jogging to running speeds. Staff is kinda but underwhelming. Very disappointing

This an older Vasa! while it feels bigger than most ... it is in desperate need of some attention. some of the rests on the machines are torn or very badly repaired. they are either low on plates or some have been stolen. if you are a vasa member or are thinking of becoming one ... I would suggest you try a different location.

Staff are friendly, but machines are always broken, dumbbells are beat up, locker rooms are a disaster, upholstery is ripping on most of the benches. There are other Vasas in this area that are taken care of much better. They do have plenty of power racks, and they have two seated calf raises. But that does not make up for how poorly maintained this facility is.
This is not reflected in my star rating, but the people who work out here are so rude. Multiple times I’ve had someone remove plates from machines I was using, and I’ve had to wait 30 minutes to use a machine because someone wasn’t cool with me working in with them.

I’ve been a member for 2 months now and I would not recommend. Most of the cardio equipment is out of order and the steam room has been out of order for the last 3 weeks. There is another large chain gym about a block away that is cheaper.

After working out here for 18 months there are still things that are broken or have not been fixed since I've started. The mens locker room fan has not worked in those 18 months. Also 3/4 of the cable machine attachments are missing grips. I cut my hand on a lat pull down bar last week. My last complaint would be the 120lbs+ dumbbells. I don't believe I've ever seen anyone use them ever yet the 15-30lbs dumbbells are always being used. Seems like a massive waste and clear that whoever owns this gym doesn't actually workout in it or simply doesn't care.

I don’t know how it’s possible for this location to have gotten worse, returned after 2 months of going to a different location out of necessity to find even more weights missing, EVERY single weight bench only has 45s and 2.5s, scoured the entire gym for 10s and maybe counted 8 of them in total, for the ENTIRE gym. Bathroom toilet is overflowed and smells as if it hasn’t been tended to all day. Idk who is in charge of managing this location but this is abhorrent

Ridiculous business practices. They automaticlly charged my card a 25 dollar fee for a NON contracted membership, for being 1 day late on my membership payment. I asked if that fee could be refunded this one time, this being my first time ever late and ive been a member in good standing for almost a year. They said "No its our policy". I asked if they prefer to lose a customer and all associated memberships which is 4 in total ($1200 a year) over a $25 dollar fee? They said "theres nothing they can do". Are you serious?
What happened to customer service? When did this become a cash grab? Im a avid gym member and take fitness very seriously. I know MANY people in the fitness community and quite a few go to VASA. And i refuse to be taken adavntage of over being 1 day late. VASA isnt the only gym in town, nor are they the best. They were just the closest. I plan on telling ALL my contacts about this nonsence, when im asked for a gym referral VASA will not be mentioned unless its to say "Chuz is way better", Or "I can get you into GOLDS". I know its only 25 dollars, but to have it taken from me without notice or being in accessable writing, pisses me off! It might as well have been 1000 as far as im concerned.
All i wanted was a simple resolution, but was pissed on by their " Customer service". I know this will cost them 1200 this year. Ive been a member of a gym for the past 6 years. My family for 5, and plan on being a member somewhere that appreciates the business. I guess VASA dosnt mind feeding the competition their loyal customers.
This is the same kinda behavior that has almost put 24hr fitness out of business and ruined Bally Total Fitness and countless other gyms. Hope that petty robbery was worth is VASA. it will cost you.

If I could leave a no star rating, I would. I usually go to the vasa off of Zuni and I was quite disappointed how this specific location looked. All equipment is mainly broken and literally scattered all over the place. I did not see one single wipe down station for customers to wipe down their equipment after they are done. I’m mainly disappointed in the fact all equipment was out of order and all handles that are used for said equipment was limited or either broken as well. The environment was completely off and staff was quite rude as well. If you want a better location to work out at with better equipment/ maintenance and better staff, I highly recommend going to the Zuni location.

Pretty disappointed in Vasa customer service. I froze my account when I was having a baby and apparently they have a policy to reinstate the freeze without notifying the customer that the account is unfrozen. Found out I got billed when reviewing last month's bank statement, and my account has been active for apparently two months without my knowledge and I haven't set foot in the gym.
Spoke with customer service who was entirely unhelpful because it's "policy" to not notify.

VASA in Thornton is amazing! This gym is huge—plenty of space to work out without feeling cramped or like you're dodging equipment. The front desk staff is super friendly and welcoming, which makes a great first impression. The swimming pool is incredible—clean, well-maintained, and a big bonus for cardio or recovery days. Everything is laid out really well, and you never feel like you're on top of other people. Highly recommend if you're looking for a spacious, well-equipped gym with a great vibe!

I've been coming to VASA for abt 2 months now, and I would say I'm satisfied:) although, a big downside is that this gym (no matter the location) is packed 90% of the time. Especially during the afternoons, high schoolers flood in and don't share equipment. Many of the machines have also been down, specially the stair masters; there are at least 3 that are broken, and it's been a popular workout lately.
It's not the most convenient, but I do genuinely enjoy VASAs atmosphere and equipment.
I did my first class with Malene on Saturday (Zumba), and it was amazing! Malene was fantastic, and Larissa was also in the class, which was awesome! Both instructors were very helpful, as I'm a beginner. The zumba atmosphere was so cheerful and light, everyone was helpful and welcoming. I can't wait to go back 😊
Just like any other gym, VASA is not perfect. They do have quite a few things that some gyms don't, so maybe it is worth the inconvenience of being busy.

I love VASA FITNESS Studio Classes. I especially like Studio Lift and Flow. For some one that has never lifted in a gym the coaches are very helpful and knowledgeable. I have trained with may of them and they have modify workout to help me be successful and work within my limitations. They make themselves available to talk to and give advice after class. I really like Di, Luca, Courtney and Kiersten.

Kiersten is the bomb! I have taken two different classes she teaches, Deep Stretch and Intro to Lifting and I love the way she teaches. Since Patrick has been here the gym has had a lot of remodeling done, been a lot cleaner and overall a much better experience! Tried to remove someone off my family account the person at the desk told me they’d be removed after the February billing.
Just got billed again for March called them again and the person said that the removal would happen at the end of March. Now my app is showing that it will bill for April too. Called again and they said they do not know how to access billing. Hoping to call again later today and talk to a supervisor but on my three calls so far every time I’ve asked there is none to be found. Not to mention you have to pay an extra 50 bucks a month to even access 70 % of the gym. This place is a scam and I wouldn’t go there if they did not have a basketball court.

The gym is ok. But my main concern is the child care for all my mamas. The staff bring their own kids and they’re aloud to eat but my son wasn’t. And they’re preoccupied with their own children to not take care of my baby. I worry about the safety and happiness. I got a membership because the child care hours were slightly better than my rec center. There was only 1/3 child care attendants that were actually kind and caring to my son. The other two were just standing at the desk the whole time. They were there when I checked in then when I went to go check on my son 20 min later they were still there and when I picked him up they were still at the desk. Not very friendly or welcoming. They were also talking poorly of other members children.

I've been a member of Vasa since 2018. Recently I've been very disappointed with the gym and have plans to find a new fitness center to go to. There have been cardio machines broken for months. The bathrooms/ shower areas are not well kept or cleaned. I understand gyms get busy but if you try to go during any peak time, you are waiting for machines to be open. A work out that takes an hour takes up to two. People will leave personal items at one machine to go do another one simply so someone won't use the machine they are switching between. This gym has no rules which is probably why work out machines are always broken. If you pay for the middle plan that allows access to the swim/sauna/steam area, there is nothing inhibiting everyone access to these areas and defeats the purpose of paying more. VASA was a great gym at the beginning but definitely is no more. I would look at recreation centers or other fitness buildings before signing up for a gym that only wants to make money and does not care about the quality of the amenities you pay for every month.

Just started my membership, was a chuze for a long time. Vasa needs help here, from dumbbells missing in great quantities , to weights that you have to go searching for to use leg press and squat racks are just empty. A lot of the treadmills and other cardio equipment are broken down unfortunately. As well as most of that said equipment looks to be from the turn of the century. I could keep going but to keep it short..... Go to Chuze or some other locations, you'll be sadly disappointed with this location.

Pero si son muy buenos para cobrarte recargos en cuestión de minutos
El cual a mí también me ha pasado que solo hay dos máquinas de Smith y una de adduccion y otra de abducción
Entonces pongan más máquinas para q los clientes q estamos pagando una cantidad elevada y no poder hacer una biserie por falta de máquinaria y aparte que les falta remodelación en máquinas no están actualizados, con tantas clientes en espera de una máquina deben de tener más máquinas para entonces la gente no se despere pq solo hay una máquina para cientos de personas y no obstante siempre hay máquinas descompuestas y los depósitos de agua siempre están con fallas

Snacks are ridiculously priced as can be imagined. About $4.30 a protein bar or snack, mean while you can get a 20 pack on Amazon for $20 even
The fitness trainers are a joke as usual and just money hungry. You actually expect a group of fitness trainers with tiny 1 inch arms to actually convince me or anybody else they're capable of getting me super swole? Lol
Lastly the room with the red light gimmick has to go. Nobody wants to go from paying $25-$50 a month just to go inside a room that pretty much has all the same equipment, but the only difference is it's lit by a red light bulb
Cheaply thought through, cheaply designed, doesn't even have all the right equipment and just cheaply executed. More obvious as an attempt at trying to make a cash grab rather then an attempt at trying to be a actual gym

I started doing yoga about 2 months ago with Shawnie. As someone new to yoga, she made it very simple, while still making it difficult and rewarding. I wasn't a studio member at the time, but after they added the yoga studio and I got to do a few classes with her I upgraded. I now attend yoga with her at least once a week, and I highly recommend attending her other classes as well. Definitely do yourself a favor and stop into her classes, I know she also leads some classes at other Vasa locations in the area.

I'm angry over how the $3.00 cancelation fee for studio classes is managed. Vasa now requires 8 hours notice to cancel a class. For people like myself with busy schedules, I often schedule classes like Red and Lift an only an hour or two in advance.
Recently, I clicked on the wrong time for a class and immediately canceled, still got charged $3.00. There is no grace period. Customer service said "you need to be more careful, because we won't change our policy". This policy is working against the company because the waitlist is now pointless.
Advice on how to work around this. Can't make a class? Just swing my the gym, register your there and leave. This will avoid the charge while taking up space that someone else could have used.

There is a ridiculous new rule that you can't be more than 5 minutes late to dance classes. Thornton is the ONLY location with this strange rule. We are adults who know their bodies. We know if we are warmed up and ready to dance. Life happens, traffic, work, etc., but more importantly we go to multiple classes so we come and go when we can. We are already warmed up and ready to go. Also, we all signed waivers. WE take on the risk. I'm limiting my time at that gym. Even though it's right around the corner from my house, I drive further to gyms with more reasonable policies.
Dance classes (& group fitness) are PHENOMENAL! Zumba instructors are top notch! I LOVE it! Just fix this arbitrary micromanaging overbearing rule and it will immediately improve this gym. P.S. I'm not the only one who feels this way. This rule is universally hated.

Horrible employee knowledge. Challenging to get assistance in person or through the customer service line. Beware if you sign up for personal training sessions and your trainer abruptly quotes or gets fired you’re stuck with whoever is there even if intake not a good fit. Your payment will continue. Make sure to read the entire contract before signing. There are also hidden fees. Vasa is not customer focused.

Been coming steady for 2-3 months and i can confidently say i love it here! Front staff is always friendly, everyone is super encouraging too. Classes are fun and there are many options to choose from; my favorites are studio red, flow, and deep stretch. As a plus size girl, i always felt intimidated in big gyms but Vasa on 104th is just so welcoming. You got people of all shapes, sizes, ages, etc. It can get a little busy after 3pm on the weekdays (duh) but the gymgoers are respectful and everyone takes turns. Big shout out to our favorite coaches/teachers that push us to keep reaching for our goals: Shawnie, Jenny, Victor, and Alex.

I voiced concerns a year ago to upper management about the gym having literally no weights. A year later there is consistently no machines with 10s or 5s despite the Westminster VASA having EXCESS. This is not a consistent experience and I was even informed by a trainer that the owner doesn’t want to spend the money. Why are you putting in new classrooms when you can’t even take care of the existing facilities. Hell the bathrooms are never clean, water fountains stay broke with no water pressure. Do better VASA.

I only go here because it's convenient. But I occasionally will make the trip to the VASA on Zuni. The gym is WAY better with different varieties of equipment this location just can't offer. Also it's cleaner. This location has equipment broken constantly and will take over a month to fix! Can never find 45s or D handles for the cables. Overall this location just sucks save your time and go to the Zuni location.

I love this gym. It's truly a no judgement gym. The only problem I have is the studio class are too close together. You have to choose which one you want to go to because you can't do both (red or flow) because they overlap in time. Please fix this so we can attend all the classes we love.

I’ve worked out in many different gyms in my life and this one might be my favorite.
It is huge with lots of variety of machines, equipment and classes.
The front desk staff, trainers and management have all been very friendly and helpful to me.
Personal Training with Coach Di Andra Romero has been an incredible resource in helping me recover from a knee injury. I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her in improving my strength, mobility and flexibility.
I get great value out of this gym membership, the group classes and the personal training.

I reactivated my membership at the beginning of the year to try and get on a better gym schedule when I'm not attending other fitness classes. I have not gone to VASA in a while and was shocked to see an email from a collections agency today.
I had to cancel my old debit card at the beginning of the year due to fraudulent activities on my card and completely spaced on changing payment method to my new card for VASA. That was my fault. However, I feel like I should have at least gotten a text, call or email to let me know that my payment wasn't going through. I checked and I never once received an email or call from VASA. I was very shocked to see that email from debt collections without any notice from VASA. I think that is poor customer service on their part and that hopefully they will look into this issue so that no one will experience what I did.

I’ve been coming for 2 months and their tanning beds have been out of service most of the those two months. Very slow to fix equipment. Front desk is too busy talking to each other to notice to greet you and spills around the gym that needs cleaned. I seen people walk around a large puddle in the walk way area for over an hour. I had to say something when I left for them to clean it up. Bathroom is cleaner than other locations I’ve been to.

The gym is well equipped, the service is good and it is very clean, but those of us who have time to go only at night find the training incomplete since the sauna and steam room close 10 and 15 minutes before closing time.
