Looks like a cool place that has helped so many people. But I really didn’t appreciate how I was treated at the end of the consultation. Was rushed about my decisions and made to feel bad about my questions like I was a bother. The owner was pretty condescending about his time and his response to the questions I had to ask. He was saying he had to get back to his wife. I understand perhaps I was not a fit candidate at the end, but my questions were just as important considering I was definitely interested in (and asking about) possibly doing something with them down the line. I personally don’t feel good about that, the way someone was not treated very well who did not fit their agenda, so I do not recommend.

My husband and I started with the eight week challenge. We decided to sign up because we wanted more health benefits than the eight week challenge. It has been four months and combined we have lost 70 pounds. We are both barely 40 years old and have never been in good health. We finally for the first time in our lives put us and our health first. This was the easiest live decision we ever made and we don’t see ourselves ever going back! Feels so good to finally feel muscle tone in our bodies and put clothes on that we haven’t been able to wear in years. I don’t think any other program would work the same for us. I first used WHC a couple years ago with outstanding results. I was able to lose 20lbs in 6 weeks. I had to quit at the time because I moved states, but have been able to rejoin long distance as they now offer zoom workout classes and long distance support. WHC isn’t just about exercise but the whole health picture. Nutrition is also a large part of the program and they will provide you with meal plans and grocery lists. They have cooking classes in person and online. The staff is friendly and helpful and I have thoroughly enjoyed working with my fitness coach, Austin. He is great at holding me accountable and checking in to answer any questions or concerns I have. If you are looking to improve your overall health and well-being then I would recommend you go to WHC. If you are willing to be honest with yourself and put in the work you will definitely see results.

One of the best gyms I've been to. I found them on Facebook and did the 2 week trial and I've been going for over a year. If you need a gym that keeps you on track, teaches how to cook healthy meals and has great work outs this is the place you need to be! The entire staff is AMAZING! I just joined Whole Health Club and I’m so impressed at the outset. I called to ask questions about personal training. I got a return call within a few hours, asking me about my preferences and needs. I was set up with Paige for a free personal training/get to know each other session. Paige contacted me immediately and was so flexible about my limited schedule. We met last weekend for my trial session. I immediately knew I was in great hands. Paige gave me a tough but reasonable workout. She asked thoughtful questions about my history and was attentive to my old injuries. It felt immediately like the right fit. I’m stoked to improve my health and fitness, and I can’t wait to eventually get into group and cooking classes. This place really seems to care and takes the time to meet my needs.

Everyone at WHC truly cares about each person that walks through the doors and they're so supportive and encouraging. This is the first place I was able to really feel at home and stick with regular workouts. They will tailor exercises to specific needs of applicable. This place has been life changing for me. I’m not just losing weight but I’m learning so much about how easy and fun it is to eat healthy and live a healthy lifestyle. The instructors truly care about us clients even after we hand over our money. They are committed to community and they go out of their way to make me feel like a part of it. I’m an extreme introvert and they have tailored activities that I enjoy. There’s never any pressure, just authentic support. The on-site kitchen is amazing. When I joined this club I had no idea of the amazing education I was going to receive.

I have been with WHC since December of 2019. I was starting to see results when the Pandemic brought on quarantine. I was really concerned about falling back into bad habits when the gym closed. WHC immediately went on line and I did not miss 1 day of working out. I had 1 on 1 coaching and have been able to lose weight and continue to tone and gain strength through all of this. The healthiest that I've ever felt.

First Impressions:
Honestly, I was skeptical at first during the initial consultation because I discovered Whole Health Club through a Facebook ad that offered a free trial. It seemed too good to be true, kinda spammy, and outside of my comfort zone. However, by the time my free trial ended, I was already recommending Whole Health to friends and family.

The Staff:
Within my first few visits, the staff already knew me by name. You can tell they make an effort to make you feel comfortable, included, and valued. All of the trainers are passionate, but not overbearing, which is nice.

The Classes:
I never thought I'd enjoy a high intensity group class style but now I don't know what I'd do without the motivation of the trainers and classmates. Each day of the week offers a unique class with different challenges and plenty of time slots to reserve.

The Gym:
Overall the gym is great. The staff cleans the equipment before each class and maintains the location nicely. Personally, I wouldn't mind additional extra sanitation, as (the floor mats especially) can get nasty.

The Benefits:
The membership, while expensive, offers a ton of great benefits including cooking classes, semi-private personal training, tracking apps, meal plans, home workouts, daily fresh fruit smoothies, and more.

My Results:
What I expected to achieve in 1 year I've surprisingly already achieved in just two months and now I want to set even better goals. Not only in numbers, but in overall health as well. This is the healthiest I've ever felt. It's not just building more muscle, or losing some weight, it's about feeling healthier every day. This means more energy, happier, more confident, balanced hormones, etc.

My disclaimer:
This is not a "Planet Fitness" or "24 Hour" style gym, not a body builder's atmosphere, and certainly not priced that way either. It's more centered around, well, whole health and losing weight. I wish you could come in and lift weights as you please, but it's classes based only. This is not a place to go bench 250 and throw weights on the ground. If you made it this far, thanks for reading my review. I highly recommend Whole Health Club!

The worse customer service I have experienced. I drove over 1 hour and was turn away for being 7 minutes late. I explained that drove for over 1 hr and that there was construction and traffic that was unavoidable . I had received a text while driving there and I tried calling the # back to let them know I was stuck in traffic and would be a few minutes late- it went to voicemail. The owner when I finally got to speak to a live person after numerous text exchange told his time was valuable, which i agree but so was mine. They may have a good concept but they need to work on customer service and how they treat their clients.

Whole Health Club is an excellent spot. The staff is super friendly, they have a kitchen in the gym where they teach you to cook (!), and their group workout classes are KILLER (in a good and challenging way!). I didn’t realize that their nutrition plan was basically vegan until after I’d signed up for the six week challenge. Having spent the better part of a decade figuring out how to eat with food/gut/blood sugar issues, I didn’t go vegan, but I did still receive some support from their in-house nutritionist on how to tailor their plan to meet my needs. I’m not continuing with WHC because they don’t yet offer mid-day classes - my only complaint! - but I’m really going to miss the community. THAT is really saying something from an introvert like me!

Nothing has every worked for me before, but they helped me lose 26 pounds in the 6 week challenge. They give you the meal plan and the recipes, you go to the challenging group workouts, take some cooking classes, they provide accountability, and the pounds fly off. The Six Week Challenge is fantastic! I usually hate going to the gym because I don't know what I'm doing, but the group fitness classes and repeated class structure gave me the confidence and knowledge I needed to finally commit to a goal. Throw the nutrition side in, and the Challenge can't be beat! The meal plan and cooking classes are incredibly valuable by themselves - plus delicious! I've been trying to eat healthier and incorporate a more plant-based diet for years, but the meal plan finally gave me the tools to do it. I participated in the Whole Health 6 Week Challenge. First of all, the entire team is extremely kind and welcoming. Shout out to Ted, Carrisa, Cayla and Kayla!! If I am being 100% honest, I was disappointed in the nutrition program recommendations. Prior to starting the 6 week challenge and paying a deposit (they work hard and need to know you're invested - this deposit is 100% refundable if you stay committed and meet the contractual mutual agreement that you set at the initial meeting - don't let this be a deterrent!!) I had inquired about the nutrition and was told that I would be going over that in a separate meeting - which we did, however, I interpreted it as 100% plant based. For someone that has not had a great relationship with food, this reminded me of other various "diets" I have tried in the past vs. healing my relationship with food. I made modifications and ended up losing 19lbs. It was a little intimidating going to the workouts - let's just say the trainers are amazing at helping with modifications and so incredibly supportive and positive. If you are looking for a place to start or to be challenged - please do yourself a favor and give this gem a go!

After losing all motivation to keep up with my health, I signed up for the 6-week fitness challenge to kickstart my workouts and meal planning. I started out at 24% body fat and 114 lbs.

I was given a meal plan, workout plan, and a fitness goal. After just a few weeks, I noticed results, and I didn't think I had as much weight and fat to lose as I actually did. The people there are amazing--they're friendly and they motivate you to perform at your best and get as much out of the workout as you can. If you have any concerns, they listen and find tailored solutions.

I ended at 100 lbs and under 20% body fat! I'm leaner, eat much healthier, and my body feels stronger. Most importantly, I found the motivation I was looking for to keep up these healthy habits. Littleton Whole Health Club is an amazing place! My husband signed up for the six week challenge not knowing what to expect. We were a little skeptical about putting money down and worried that it would be difficult to get the money back, if his goal was met. Whole Health Club set his goals to lose 15 pounds. Not only did he lose 15, but from the help of the gym, he lost almost 30 pounds. This place really does care about you and holding you accountable to your goals. My husband loved the workout classes, the cooking classes and the benefits he received during his six weeks. At the end, we were very sad, but decided that we couldn't continue. The workouts were great, though they only change every 2 weeks, so you'll do 6 of each workout (3 per week). I liked the trainers and made a few friends along the way. I don't think the plant-based life is for me, but there are some really great recipes that are provided with the nutrition plan which made it far easier than I expected - I found myself looking forward to some of the meals.

My first week was definitely different from the food to the workouts, what a change in lifestyle it was! I was very committed to this challenge, I was tired of getting bigger and not doing anything about it.

I was fully committing to this challenge to make a change. I was strict on myself, no cheating, salt, high carbs, no sugar or sugary drinks. 4 days into this challenge and I lost 8 pounds 8!!!

I was so excited! And I was very pumped to continue the next five weeks. Each week after I lost 1-2 pounds.

This was a wonderful experience and a great way to jump start healthy living!

Pro's: I got healthier, lost weight, I finally beat a challenge (a goal unaccomplished until now), I learned to cook great new meals, the new workouts every two weeks really help to keep things fresh and aid in losing weight because you do not get bored or in a rut, the trainers and everybody there are amazing!!! Special shout out to Cayla and Drew!!!!

Con's: The recipes for the first meal plan we were on was not entirely beginner friendly, some parts that were simple to understand were unnecessarily detailed and some parts that needed details were lacking. The new meal plan is MUCH easier to use and tastes so much better. Highly recommended!

I love that the gym takes a holistic approach to health and offers nutritional coaching and cooking classes in addition to group HIIT clases or personal training. Plant-based eating and their workout routine is not for me, but may very well be for you! Overall, I liked the atmosphere and trainers, but for me personally, it’s not a lifestyle I could do long-term. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something to bust them out of a rut; it definitely did that for me! Whole Health Club breaks the mold when it comes to the gym world. To me, 3 qualities put WHC in its own league:

1) Genuinely supportive staff - I actually hesitate to say “staff” bc they’re more than that. They are people who are passionate about what they do and practice what they preach. Everyone on their team is like this: Sam, Kayla, Chase, Paige, Cayla, Austin, and Drew. How many gyms have you been a part of where you knew all of the staff’s names and had genuine conversations with each of them?

2) Knowledge - I’ve learned so much from conversations with Sam and Chase. Everyone there is more than happy to share what they know about nutrition and fitness, and they know their stuff on a deep level.

3) Philosophy - They embrace and promote a holistic view on improving health and named their club appropriately. Getting truly fit isn’t just about minutes on cardio and reps. It has to involve nutrition too for it to be a real health and lifestyle transformation. I NeVeR thought going vegan keto (special option I chose) would be possible for me. I could not have done it without their support. Now I know I can do it, feel fantastic, and will keep on with it!

The lifestyle mindset change has been the most important change WHC helped and supported me with. Losing my 12 hard to lose pounds and 6.2% body fat in less than 6 weeks was just the icing on my vegan cake ;)

I am almost at the end of my six week transformation with Whole Health Club, and I can honestly attest to the greatness of the facility. Within three weeks, I lost eight pounds and a grand total of 3% body fat. To put it in perspective, in other programs I've done, I've only managed to lose ~1% body fat in an entire month.

The trainers are wonderful and the atmosphere is uplifting. They will know you by name and motivate you the entire way. If you are looking for a fitness regime that embodies a sense of community and an emphasis on nutrition, well, then WHC may be for you!

All the staff are passionate and bring a different energy to the table. Chase is knowledgeable, kind-spirited, and offers genuine advice to his members. Paige is friendly and sincere, as well as an obvious expert in fitness. She regularly asks for feedback to better improve the facility. Cayla, whose classes I've been to the most, is the epitome of exuberance. Her energy and positivity are contagious and undeniably helpful in the last stretch of a difficult workout.

I have been with Whole Health Club since March of this year. Before that, I was very much a meat and dairy eater. I had never even considered a plant-based diet nor had I worked out with professional trainers before. But after losing over 30 lbs and lowering my body fat percentage by more than 16% in a span of 5 months, I owe it all to Whole Health Club!!! I currently train with Austin, after my previous trainer moved to another state. I was a little apprehensive at first to start all over again with building that client-trainer relationship, but Austin made the transition effortless! I leave each and every workout completely exhausted but also motivated, proud, and excited for the next one! Early on, Austin asked what my specific fitness goals were and he makes it a point to really focus on those during each of our workouts. But he also focuses on the smaller building blocks that will help me to reach those goals. He is very intuitive and knows exactly when I need to be pushed harder, when I need encouragement, or when I just need to let my body do the work. I just finished my 8th session with Austin at Whole Health Club. I started back on August 21st. Since then, through a combination of diet and exercise, I've lost 22 pounds. During my first session, Austin took extra care to assess my abilities and flexibility. With each passing session, he encouraged and pushed me. As we moved into the laster sessions, I found myself telling him its ok to push me even further. The workouts provide a variety of different forms of activity so no session is boring or random. I use Kenzie Spears as my personal trainer at Whole Health. She totally rocks! I have referred friends to her because she does such a phenomenal job understanding your goals, assessing your fitness and adapting your workout routine to your abilities. With each workout, she makes tiny goal adjustments so that 3 months later, before you even knew it, you are now doing all sorts of things you never thought were possible.
With Kenzie's coaching, encouragement and guidance, I have been able to shape up, reduce my BMI, lose weight and drop multiple clothing sizes. I look better today than I did 20 years ago. Let me start off by saying the entire staff is so knowledgable on both training and nutrition. After my collegiate career was over I still ate like an athlete but didn't train like this which led to quick unwanted weight gain. I started lifting again but wasn't shedding weight. My wife and I worked out with Chase for quite a while. He got us in the best shape of our lives in less than 6 months. Unbelievably knowledgable about the human body and its capability and capacity. He's amazing to work with, won't let you push yourself to the point that you hurt yourself and will train you on the whole life and body experience.
